The hotel is gorgeous. The rooms have been done beautifully and the staff was great. Two complaints, 1) there is no courtesy coffee in the lobby, only the small coffee maker in the room. 2) the bar is only open on weekend nights. Not a deal breaker, but we would have loved to sit on the porch and enjoy a beverage Everything else was great. Clean, comfortable and good location.

Lovely Botique Inn! Large room. Elegant decor. Gift shop with local products and snacks open 24 hours. Super sweet people tending the desk. Definitely want to return for a longer leisurely stay. :)

The location in center of town is great - easy walk to interesting shops and restaurants. On site restaurant has good breakfast menu; we did not have dinner there because of other commitments.

A beautiful hotel in a small town. Decorated beautifully for Christmas. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The mattresses were comfortable. I was amazed at the bathroom door. Most hotels are going with cheaper doors, but not this hotel. A thick solid wood door. Beautiful hard wood floors too. I loved the little bags of ice. They were so cute. The restaurant was exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. Friendly service and yummy food. I wish I had reserved two nights.

Front desk was extremely responsive. Nice and clean hotel. One major issue for me was the noise from upstairs floors. Could hear every footstep loudly. Difficult to sleep. Front desk tried to help by moving my room but it wasn't much help.

Very clean rooms and the decor was nice throughout the hotel. The staff was friendly although the receptionist could not give a recommendation on the best place to eat when the restaurant at the hotel was closed. The ac unit in the room was a little loud and the bed squeaked when you moved.

Beautiful hotel! It was rainy so we relaxed on the covered 2nd story porch and watched traffic sipping wine we had purchased from a local shop. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing. There was quite a bit of road noise from semi trucks but the road was quiet during the night.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were fresh looking and impressive looking. Rooms were not as quiet as we expected, perhaps because no carpeting in room to absorb sound. We could hear snoring from next room and hear their conversations. Overall a good experience.

Beautiful hotel! We came for a Chappelle show and could not have asked for a better place to stay. Pretty rooms and clean. The restaurant is wonderful. Bring a small cooler in as there are no mini-fridges in room. Also, there was not an iron, but I asked a the desk and they brought one up. Great staff and service!

This hotel was quaint, and the front desk staff was excellent. We truly enjoyed the experience. The only negative was the rooms don't have a refrigerator like standard rooms we have booked anywhere else. It made it difficult to have a cold beverage handy or to have a cold water bottle in the room or to grab as we left the room. The Corgi paintings and stuffies added to the charm. The cleanliness was exceptional! The restaurant food was excellent!

Very nice property... feels like a smaller version in The Grand Hotel. The king room was spacious and very comfortable bedding, outstanding marble= modern bathroom.. large front porch with rockers.. nice touch... the lobby/ gift shop had a very strong rose/ floral scent being pumped through... too strong

All staff was very polite and helpful. Each of them appeared to really enjoy their work and went out of their way to make us comfortable. I especially noted this in the girl who began at 10:00 with the overnight shift. She was cheerful and kind. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Mills Park Hotel in Yellow Springs is a fantastic hotel. Larry at the reception desk was especially helpful! The Ol Trail Tavern is worth eating at. Ellie's is very good but expensive. Overall our stay was wonderful!

Everything about our two night stay was excellent. The only time we called the front desk was to ask how to use the Nespresso machine. The man came up and showed us how to make a cup of coffee and we enjoyed our coffee the following mornings.

Beautiful, well-cared for hotel in the heart of Yellow Springs. Walking access to shops, restaurants and 100s of miles of paved trails. The hotel and restaurant service were exemplary! Wouldn’t splurge for a balcony again as it overlooks a fairly busy road.

One of my all time favorites. Have states here multiple times and have nothing but good things to say about it. Love the way it is localed on main street of the Town. Extremely walkable with excellent dining options including the hôtel. Lovely smallish modern immaculate hôtel with super staff.

Super nice place to stay, absolutely no complaints. HVAC system was perfect - we could choose our temperature and had the option of continuous fan, great feature when sleeping in unfamiliar surroundings. Ellie's restaurant was quite good. Maxie - poo was a great bartender!

We enjoy a classic hotel and Mills Park is lovely. We had a delicious breakfast at Ellies, and enjoyed a bike ride on the Little Miami Scenic Trail between Yellow Springs and Xenia. Will definitely return.
