This is once a very good hotel around the area. Unfortunately due to age and lack in maintenance, the quality of the room has deteriorated quite badly with crack ceiling cornice, tearing wall paper, decolored furniture and lamp, leaking water pipe and shower cubical in the bath room. Nevertheless the room is clean and the service is still of good quality with polite and efficient staff.

住宿條件不錯，有些小物件壞掉了應該要修好，例如小夜燈和手提淋浴噴頭。他們的餐廳令人失望，第二天早上我去八樓的餐廳吃早飯，等了30分鐘後一直催促他們才上菜，但是收盤子又收得很快，我們還在盛粥就一直想收，搞得很緊張。最後一天早上去吃自助早餐，食物實在令人不滿意，連現煎的雞蛋也沒有，煮麵的人也不耐煩，不會想要再去餐廳。

Ficamos acomodados em um apto mais novo e moderno. Camas super confortáveis, roupas de cama de qualidade. Chuveiro muito bom com banheira. Adorei a experiência! Café da manhã também super bom, apenas se tornava repetitivo pois todos os dias tinha as mesmas coisas, visto que ficamos 10 noites no hotel. No mais, recomendo!

The hotel was in a prime location close to the train station. The service was above and beyond and Carmen was most helpful during our stay. The breakfast buffet had so many options and was really good. Afternoon tea was even better. The view of the garden while drinking tea was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place.
