This hotel is convenient and reasonably priced with the 222 bus stop just outside the car park making travel to Hounslow West Undergtound and then central London really easy. Every member of staff we interracted with was lovely. However, on arrival, the pool...one of the main reasons we booked the hotel (it was a wedding anniversary celebration) was close without notice. Also, the restaurant prices are ridiculously high and beer is up to £9 per pint and a glass of white wine as high as £16.50. Yep...unbelievable and a shame really. I know its London but come on guys.

Parking is bad, always lots of coaches taking up the front so are forced to park miles away and then they charge you £20 a night to park.

Pool was full and really not worth it. Food selection although buffet was not really a selection 2 pizza and the rest was indian! 30 pounds for that and then no drinks included just not a great experience.

Having stayed at this Hotel on numerous occasions,everything was as normal at first.Usual nice spacious room,and good facilities.But on this occasion the Hotel parking was a nightmare.This car park supposed to have 500 spaces,but there wasn’t one to be found,with Cars being parked here ,there,and everywhere.I think they have turned it into a mini Airparks,or Jetparks,with most of the Cars not moving at all for the whole week of my stay.Never had it like that before on previous stays,so will be avoiding Redisson Red in future!

It was a great stay. The crew are accommodating and good. It just that the changing room in the pool side smell horrible, there’s no deodorizer, the shampoo and conditioner canisters are empty (in our room and the poolside changing room), there was no plastic for wet swimwear in the ladies changing room.

Booked double room and got a twin room. Dreadful service at the bar (Morrison was the one that gave me my drinks- service was that bad I asked for the service charge to be removed and with that came attitude). Lights flicking above curtains. Bedside lamp damaged next to bed.

Had to stay overnight in London Heathrow with my kids. Found their cool family room, which it’s the first time i see bunk beds in a hotel room, Kids loved it and couldn’t beat the convenience of being this close to the airport. It took us 9 min from airport to hotel (terminal 5) and 5min from hotel to airport the next morning (terminal 3). I also very much appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom, it seemed recently renovated.

Convenient location for connecting flights at Heathrow, helpful staff, weird decor and style. Jarring lighting, black walls and ridiculous paintings. Perfect for a quick stopover but I’m not sure you would want to stay very long. Also incredibly busy.

Close to the airport and great included breakfast. Rooms spacious and clean BUT bathroom shampoos etc were empty, phone was completely broken, etc. Check in was crazy - they send you an email to pre-check in and skip the line, we did it, arrived and there are a bunch of computers to get your pre-check in key so we try one and it doesn’t work, try another and it doesn’t work. An employee comes over and says they’ve been broken all day and to go line up at regular check in. Now we’ve wasted ten mins and still have to line up. Get to the front and they can’t find the reservation because it’s been processed through pre-check in. Eventually they found it but their pre check in is a complete disaster - they shouldn’t be using or promoting it.

We love this hotel and have been using it for years. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff, especially "Jason" of the wait staff, is a 10. The only trouble we had in our most recent stay was a light in the bathroom that was blinking on and off. We asked for maintenance but they never came. Other than that, this hotel is tops!

Staff extremely bad in the hotel at reception and check in. Took my paymet for hotel twice. Spoke to several different people said they couldn't help but reservations have refunded . They haven't. Very bad attitude too

The shuttle service is lacking and you have to pay to get there. The check in process was horrible. They make you do it yourself and after a 12 hour flight, paying for the shuttle and doing it with five kids…. It was not fun!

When we arrived, our payment hadn't registered on your system despite having the receipt from hotels.com. I had to show the transaction on my banking app to prove I had paid. Before this, I was quoted a significantly higher price to pay on the desk which didn't match the price I paid on hotels.com. Eventually this was resolved but then upon check out, we were charged a second time on a different card we have on our hotels.com account. My receipt should have been enough proof of payment, I shouldn't have needed to show the transaction on my bank account to prove that I had paid for my room. Not happy in the slightest.

Checking in was a disaster. Arrived about 11 pm Heathrow after a long flight. Waited on line with 1 desk clerk about 45 minutes. Each check-in took 10 to 15 with the growing queue. Staff seemed incapable. To top that, my key didn’t work so I had to return for another 10 minute interaction. Got to the room by 1:15 just to leave at 5:30 am for my flight. Unacceptable

Nice large well appointed rooms. The shuttle is only twice an hour to airport from 5:10am with high demand, so we took an uber that weas fast and roughly the same price as 2 seats on the shuttle

Couldn't believe how bad the food was in this hotel. The restaurants are all bad with the Italian one being the worse of the bunch. I had to eat in both restaurants because the Italian potion was soo bad and small that I left there hungry.

Honestly a bit of a let down. Paid extra for airport view. Couldn’t see anything due to the condensation on the window. Room was nice but the bed was maybe a bit too firm. I would just pay for a normal room then rating would be higher. Biggest gripe was the restaurants service. Took like 20 minutes to get served. Servers were just standing around not doing anything and trying to get their attention was impossible. Pricing was a rip off for what it was. I know you are limited for choice but still. It is convenient with the hotel hoppa service. For £40 more we could have stayed at the Sheraton by T5, so might look tab to at next time

A very busy airport hotel. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable, with quality toiletries and a good choice of hot drinks etc. Buffet breakfast had an excellent choice of food, catering for most needs. Staff helpful and friendly.

Room was nice and the restaurant and bar area was good. Carpet in the hallways was very worn and desperately needing changed. Drinks in the bar are very expensive and there is a service charge added on even if you go up to the bar yourself! It can be removed if you ask but really a service charge when you are paying £17 for a glass of wine!!

Very comfortable rooms & excellent breakfast options. Super convenient for an overnight before flying out of LHR & well priced. There was an issue parking due to it being very busy, but the staff were accommodating to us parking the vehicle outside of a designated space.

Our experience at the hotel’s restaurant was underwhelming, to say the least. We waited an astonishing 1 hour just to have our order taken, which is far too long by any standard. Unfortunately, the delays didn’t end there. When the food finally arrived, the portions were disappointingly small, leaving us both hungry and disheartened. The restaurant appeared severely understaffed, with the few employees on duty struggling to keep up with the demand. While we understand that busy nights happen, the lack of proper management and preparation made for a frustrating dining experience. Overall, it felt like the establishment was ill-equipped to handle even a moderate crowd. Sadly, we left feeling more frustrated than fulfilled.

great airport hotel and to be able to park car at the hotel whilst away, an added bonus. you keep your keys so know the car will remain where you left it in the car park. excellent choice of food for breakfast.
