The staff were the friendliest. The food and the included breakfast was wonderful and it changed every day, with both local treats but also food that would make homesick travelers feel comfortable, whether from Britain or China, or Japan or the US. The staff were enthusiastic to help out or respond to requests. There was 24 hour coffee. Fruit most of the day. And, something I had never seen before, and never-ending supply I've noodle cups a various flavors, just a thing to nibble on at two in the morning. This place completely update our expectations.

Super Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und professionell. Fantastisches Frühstück! Frische Säfte & Wasser, Tee/Kaffee 24/7 kostenlos. Adults only 😇 Leider war der Pool wegen dem Erdbeben leer/wurde renoviert. War leider auf der HP nicht ersichtlich. Somit hat sich das Zi mit Poolaccess leider erledigt. Aber da kann man ja nix machen. besser sie renovieren ihn als dass noch was passiert. Von daher alles gut. Tolles Marketing/Branding BED 👌

Beautiful hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Nice hot shower. Breakfast food was delicious and the service was exceptional. I gave it 4 stars as the swimming pool is basically in the lobby. Each person that comes to the hotel or sits in lobby watches you swim. Nice small pool but No privacy.

Hôtel situé dans une petite rue proche des commerces, des temples, de restaurants, de taxis. Personnel à l écoute, très aimable et disponible. Petite piscine situé à côté de la réception et du restaurant. Possibilité collations toute la journée ( jus de fruits, eau à volonté, snackys...) . Dommage que les fruits ne soient pas mûrs donc acides. Petit déjeuner varié et changeant tous les jours. Beaucoup de moustiques dans les parties communes. Chambre mal ventilée d où une forte odeur d humidité.

Bed is one of my favorites Hotels in Thailand. They offer a bunch of options for breakfast and all is delicious. The staff is amazing they try to make your stay a great experience, providing good information about the city and being kind all the time. A plus is that they have water 24 hours, fresh fruit and coffe, soup and cornflakes, and milk 24 hours also. We felt like home at Bed. We really appreciated our stay in this place.

An Exceptionally Special Place Away from Home I don't know how to describe our experience other than my wife and I never felt more at home and welcomed than at the BED Phra Singh. Service was top notch and felt so genuine. The staff members are wonderful, helpful and go out of their way to assist you. The place is kept very clean everyday. It's conveniently located near everything and easy to remember location behind the Wat Phra Singh. Free bike rentals, and 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. Also very close to Sunday Night market. There are a lot of free services given at the hotel as well, like bottle water, fresh juices, colas, cereals, snacks, coffee and teas, and fresh fruit too 24/7. Their check in and check out times are the best keeping to the old standards of 2pm in and 12 pm out times. It is so rare now in days and we didn't feel rushed like so many other hotels cutting short time. The hotel also has 3 resident cats that are rescued strays that call the hotel their home. They are basically loving members of the hotel staff and are friendly as well. The "Adults only" policy is a plus as the place is quiet with a relaxing atmosphere. Sometimes couples or people who deal with children all day just need a getaway place and this was perfect. Breakfast is top tier. Not your typical boring eggs and bacon like so many hotels doing and cheap out. This was homecooked style variety of Thai foods. It was one of the main reasons we chose to stay here as well.

Was overall super impressed with the hotel. Location was a block off Main Street so very quiet. Staff were super amazing and friendly. Breakfast was a big surprise as they had many amazing options to eat. Was nice that juice and water were available 24 hours a day. I will recommend hotel to everyone I know coming this way. Will definitely stay here again. Oh and a bonus is that it’s two blocks from Sunday night market

My husband and I stayed at BED for 3 nights. Absolutely loved everything about it. The staff are so sweet and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a mix of western and thai dishes. Unlimited bottled drinking water! Perfect stay to rest for those who are out on excursions or busy exploring Chiang Mai during the day. Clean with excellent air-conditioned rooms with all the basic necessities. Very helpful to have umbrellas available for rainy season. Thank you to all of the BED staff!

This hotel is one of our favorite parts of Chang Mai! The breakfast is a flavor explosion that’s new everyday! The staff is by far the most friendly people we have met! The minimalistic style is comfortable and the way the hotel is built makes you feel like it’s your own private oasis. We loved the cool temp of the pool and it’s location. The open concept of this hotel is very well done!

This property was a perfect stay in the old town. The location was great. The staff were fantastic, the rooms were simple but had everything and the breakfast was delicious. I will come back for sure if we need another night in the area. Highly recommend.

I loved everything about my stay at Bed. A home away from home. The room was quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is amazing - different options every day and I loved the fresh fruit and juices which were available all day. I thoroughly recommend this hotel for staying in the Old City. It’s close to the Sunday Walking Market and easy to get to all attractions.

Das Hotel hat die die nettesten und hilfreichsten Angestellten! Auch als Alleinreisender fühlt man sich sofort willkommen, der Atmosphäre super entspannt. Die Zimmer sind modern und total sauber. Wenn ich wieder nach Chiang Mai komme, dann definitiv wieder in dieses Hotel!

We stayed here for 3 nights in March 2025. It is a small hotel near Wat Phra Singh, in a quiet location. The rooms are simple and convenient. The entrance, poolside, and corridors are cleaned frequently by staff, making them clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a sufficient number of items. The staff are always attentive to us and smile. We would like to meet the "ninja" who appears from time to time again.

조용하고 좋았습니다. 근데 1층에 있었는데 방에서 살짝 냄새가 나더군요.. 이야기 하니 바로 교체하여 주어서 남은 일정을 잘 보낼수 있어서 좋았습니다. 가급적 윗층이 좋을 듯 싶네요.

서비스가 S클래스입니다. 직원들이 젊고 매우 친절하며 자발적으로 나서서 도와주십니다. 수십번의 싸고 비싼 호텔을 이용했지만 이곳이 최고의 서비스입니다. 1주일정도 숙박했는데 같이 여행온 친구들 모두 매우 만족하고갑니다. 조식도 매우 맛있으니 조식 신경쓰는 분들은 추천합니다. 다음에 또 치앙마이에 오면 다시 이곳에 숙박을 적극 고려할것 같습니다. 다만 방 컨디션은 냉정히 보면 보통입니다. 벽이나 천장 등 리모델링하면 좋을것 같습니다.

I was very happy with the food and beverages that were included with the stay. Breakfast had western and Thai options available. Very pleasant, friendly, and helpful staff. I didn't like that the shower was separate from the toilet. In addition, the shower had opaque or frosted glass walls that didn't provide full privacy. With the shower separated and located next to a bed, there was no dressing area.

Right next to one of the most important temples in Chiang Mai and the Sunday street market. Small and cozy hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Asian style buffet breakfast prepared by the staff. Free water, fruit and noodles all day at your disposal. Rooms are not so spacious but comfortable. Definitely recomendable

Absolutely amazing hotel. We cannot fault it in any way. We stayed for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon trip. The location is amazing for exploring the city (temples, markets, shops - we walked everywhere whilst here). We booked a last minute additional night (originally had 1 booked) and whilst the staff couldn’t keep us in the same room for the duration, they moved all our luggage whilst out into our new room. Staff asked us if there was anything they could do for our next room, we asked for slightly smaller pillows, which they kindly ensured we had! Breakfast was amazing, a mix of pastries, cereals, freshly cooked warm food, as well as including unlimited water, juices, hot drinks & noodles for your stay 24/7. The staff were all so nice and friendly, chatting with us at breakfast and giving tips of where to visit. They also had a small chocolate gift on arrival for our honeymoon with a lovely handwritten card. The room was clean, with a working TV, aircon, good shower & balcony. When planning our trip to the airport, they arranged a transfer for us at 4am and had prepared take away cups for hot drinks and a breakfast box each of pastries and milk. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and cannot fault it at all. The staff are amazing and if we were to visit Chiang mai again, we would be staying here without a doubt! Thank you all so much!

This hotel is conveniently located. The rooms are small but efficient and clean. The best part is the breakfast that’s included. The chef is phenomenal and all the staff is very friendly and helpful. You can easily walk all over Chiang Mai from the hotel.

BED had AMAZING customer service! They helped us get a taxi early to the airport and packed us breakfasts to go. They also gave great information on the area, provide umbrellas if it rains, and have the BEST breakfast! Amazing food fresh ground coffee. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. My only complaint is the bathroom door was frosted so if you went to the bathroom in the middle of the night it lit up the room a little and could disturb your sleeping partner. But we LOVED this hotel and highly recommend them!

If I could give Bed Prasingh 20 stars I would. This is the best place I have ever stayed. From the moment you walk in you will feel like family. Every employee here is so welcoming and nice. They go above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. They have fresh meals daily (the best I had from any hotel in Thailand) I will definitely be staying here the next time I visit Chiang Mai.

The staff at BED Phrasingh are so helpful and so friendly! It felt like coming home each night after a day out adventuring. The breakfast was awesome and they served different stuff every day. There’s also resident hotel cats that roam around the grounds! 10/10 recommend staying here. I know I will be if/when I come back!!

Absolutely amazing hotel. We cannot fault it in any way. We stayed for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon trip. The location is amazing for exploring the city (temples, markets, shops - we walked everywhere whilst here). I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. Everyone was pleasant, kind, and helpful. The staff helped me book tours and took care of me when I got ill. The extras like unlimited water and coffee are nice perks. I can't wait to visit again.

Was overall super impressed with the hotel. Location was a block off Main Street so very quiet. Staff were super amazing and friendly. Breakfast was a big surprise as they had many amazing options to eat. Was nice that juice and water were available 24 hours a day. I will recommend hotel to everyone I know coming this way. Right next to one of the most important temples in Chiang Mai and the Sunday street market. Small and cozy hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Asian style buffet breakfast prepared by the staff. Free water, fruit and noodles all day at your disposal. Rooms are not so spacious but comfortable. Definitely recomendable

We had an amazing stay at BED Phrasingh! It was excellent value for money, the staff were really friendly and breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and it was quiet at night time. There were plenty of restaurants, convenience stores and pharmacies nearby. It was easy to get around Chiang Mai by walking/calling a Grab. Would highly recommend it!

We loved our stay here . The staff were wonderful especially the chef. Mai prepared the most fabulous dishes for breakfast that I would say is the best hotel breakfasts we ever had! It is great place for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Lovely rooms but the staff make the place fantastic with how helpful they are. Can’t wait to come back.

The customer service at this location is beyond amazing. The staff go out of their way to serve you all day. They will bring you snacks, cook delicious food for you, and give you any helpful local tips. 10/10 for customer service

Great staff. Free coffee, including espresso. Nice pool. Free bottled water. I slept like a baby. Free breakfast and snacks all day. Clean.

What a treat it was to stay at this wonderful hotel. I must start with the staff. Everyone was friendly, personable and accommodating. My room was clean and quiet. The AC worked great. Great water pressure and hot water all the time. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The location of this hotel is on a very quiet street but just a few minutes walk to restaurants, coffee houses, and famous sites. My time in Chang Mai was exceptional. The hotel helped make my stay memorable. I will be back!
