The day we checked in only one elevator worked and the day we checked out none of the elevator’s worked and being on the third floor and heavy luggage it was a good scenario. Ask the young man a the desk if he knew the elevators where not work, got a sarcastic, yes no apology or nothing not happy

I always love the breakfast at Hampton Inn and the staff are always really good. The only problem I had was I kept hearing very heavy footed people upstairs appeared to just be walking constantly in the morning so it was easy to hear that and there was a wash rag left in the shower curtain at the top. The only other thing I had an issue with is that the the complementary items were a little low like I couldn’t get any lotion out of the bottle to use it. Otherwise, the property was great. The bed is comfortable and everything else is clean.

Sadee did good and helped when we wanted a room change. The reason for the room change was that when we got to our room we were checking it out and were about to go swimming and then we noticed that there were gnats all over the main window, in bathroom on the ceiling and on the floor.

Nice room, good bed, large bathroom, excellent breakfast and effective layout. BUT, they made the connection to WiFi difficult and way too detailed. Also, it was noisy. Someone, probably above us, was jumping up and down in late evening. This morning every door on the floor banged, some quite loud. It was Sunday morning and I was trying to sleep in!

The hotel is very clean, we’ve stayed here before. However this trip wasn’t the best. We checked in Friday afternoon and Friday night the couple next to us decided to get into a fight and it spilled into the hallway. Screaming, yelling, and cussing. Fun times. Then, Friday night we listened to undisciplined kids run up and down the hallway. My kids never would’ve done that. If that wasn’t enough, the people above us had kids stomping on their floor (our ceiling) and no adult seemed mindful enough of others to stop the kids. Oh, the people next door, yeah they returned late and had people in their room partying it up. This was NOT our best couples weekend getaway.

All of the staff are very nice and seem happy. For the amount of money for the rooms I expect to have more staff on each shift. Oftentimes, there is only one person available to check people in or assist others and the wait ican be very long.

The front desk lady literally chased me out the front door to accuse me of not being a guest and stealing breakfast. Literally BREAKFAST. I flat out asked her if it was because she did not see me walk out to put my stuff in the car, in the most condescending and pretentious way possible she said 'YEAH' that why. Man, she was so awful. I have stayed here a few times but never again. They need to train their staff in hospitality, if they are going to be in the business. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

We love this hotel, I’ve stayed here multiple times. This stay, there was a young lady checking us in who was just such a nice and comforting person. We really appreciated her kindness. I didn’t catch her name, but she was back from Lincoln from college to work. I could see why they held her job for her. She was great

Many kind thanks to Shereelee for her kind welcome and hospitality! We arrived late but she still had a smile for us!! The AC was cool and quiet. The room was as advertised, great for two travellers. The breakfast was a treat as always. Great location: easy on-easy-off from the highway, but far enough away you don't hear the noise. Just so thankful for our experience.

The hotel was clean and well taken care of. Check in was smooth and the hostess was friendly. We knew the room was clean as it had a strong bleach smell. The was our only complaint though as the bed was comfortable and the facility was quiet after 9 pm. The hotel is in a great spot located very close to the convention center (about 15 minutes away) and to a variety of restaurants (about 5-10 minutes away). We enjoyed our stay.
