Very helpful and always making our needs. Clean, lots of room in our King size bed. Kitchenette was great too due to us having to stay way longer than expected

The hotel was dirty, hair globs in bathtub, food in kitchen sink. Roaches everywhere, the tables were lopsided, like leaning,round stuff would roll off. There is cracks in the cement everywhere. No one cleaned up after there dogs , so poop everywhere. There is a guy two doors down from us that is selling drugs all night. Very noisy neighbors. I will never stay at this motel 6 again. There was no coffee maker, telephone in the room, manager had me get coffee maker out of another room.

This property should be condemned! There is literally a sink hole taking the parking lot! Glass top stove was shattered. No tub/shower water. Holes in walls filled with deodorant. Phone charger made up in the bed was HUGE indicator that it wasn't clean sheets! Bugs in light covers. Tub painted where finish is gone. Curtains hanging off hooks. Toilet tank cover held together with red tape. No one available at check out for complaints. IF EXPEDIA IS NOT CHECKING THE PROPERTIES FOR PHOTO ACCURACY AND READING PEOPLE'S COMMENTS AND BELIEVING THEM, WE ARE FINISHED WITH EXPEDIA AND HOTELS.COM. DISGUSTING AND SERIOUSLY MADE US HAVE TO UNPACK OUTSIDE TO ASSURE WE BROUGHT NOTHING NASTY HOME!!! Keep sucking people who truly can't afford it dry! Don't worry, we're smart enough to go to corporate!!! Every Motel 6 and Studio 6 needs to be inspected or removed from your site! Sparks, NV motel 6 had a curfew!!!??? By Reno...are you kidding me? Kingman, AZ was bad too. Done!!!

First I’d like to say that the total you are given When booking a room does NOT include the deposit. The young lady at the front desk seemed like she either didn’t like her job or just didn’t like me. First room we got was on the second floor. The stair to get there were scary. The first step was broken off and on the ground. Steps were broken on the ends where they were bolted into the frame. It was scary carrying my daughter up them. Get in the room and first thing I noticed was the side table was torn off the wall and hanging. It was unbearably hot so we went to turn on the AC and the dial completely came off. The unit was broken and the dials didn’t work. My husband went to the front desk to ask for another room and thankfully we got one. The second room was way better but every time we left and came back out keycard didn’t work and we would have to go to the office. I can’t help but think that it was some form of retaliation but I can’t say for certain. Definitely will NOT be returning. Thankfully I told my family who also traveled not to get rooms there before they booked them.

There was literally a foot long hole directly above our head when in bed, covered with Kleenex and tape. It kept falling off and getting hooked to our pillow case. The light over bathroom sink did not work. The ice machine did not work. There was no one available to talk to about any of this. Would definitely not use again.

This property says in their propaganda st they offer kitchen available, but they even give the utilities!

They need to put there earnings to work in this place

No ice available..unaccommodating ck in.. Unsavory activity all night.. not a very clean room it was late so I tolerated at least I had my own quilt to sleep on

The room and bathroom was nasty. I was having surgery the next day so i drove down a day ahead of time. The seat to the toilet was broken. Ice machines were out of order. Step were broken and when i started up i fell and hit my face on the other step. My over all opinion of the motel was disgusting.

There was poop on the walls and it was filthy

Stayed for 7 nights, never changed towels nor take out the trash. We had to do it ourselves and never cleaned the room!

I was told they had just one room on the ground floor that was clean..... Except there was a small hole in the ceiling that didn't go through to the upper floor. I said fine. Unfortunately, the room was filthy. My white socks turned black within 10 minutes. The small hole was about 10" by 18". They had repaired a plumbing leak but never patched the ceiling. Our stay was on Monday, May 19, so if that hole is still there, above the bathtub when you stay, there is something wrong. On the positive side, they are very pet friendly.

The first room was filthy with food running down the walls. Table not cleaned or counters. Bathroom was filthy too. Looked at a second room and not any better. Did not stay went to another hotel.

Not the best motel. Mold on the walls, the door was falling apart. The bathroom water was extremely hard to turn on. I wouldn’t stay here again.

There was a huge hole in the wall like someone had punched through.. bathtub was nasty everything looked like it just not have been taken care of but the fact you sent me to a room with a hole in the wall.. they have let this place go down tremendously and even the people they rent to

The room wasn’t clean. They had dirty diapers in the Trish and bathroom towel on the floor. The front desk said the room was showing clean. The hotel staff couldn’t find another room. Therefore, we checked out and he gave us a refund. Very disappointed!!!

Room was spacious, but bathroom was not clean. On 2nd morning there was a water leak in the restroom ceiling which sprayed water all over restroom. Went to notify rep of leak. Was told they'd look at it later. No concern or inquiry of stay. Will NOT stay or recommend for later stays.

Clean rooms not pests of any kind

Well… no one was ever at the front desk. Had to either call a number or push a button. They stayed in their rooms 100% of the time. Now. The rooms, I booked 2, one was so badly damaged I had my daughter go around taking video and pictures to show we did not do any of that. (I wanted my deposit back). Lights didn’t work, toilet seats not attached. It was just.. bad. Also, had fleas jumping on me. Idk

No tv in first room then I get a different room and this room had no shower curtain. Asked twice for a shower curtain and never received one. Won’t stay here again

Air conditioner in room didn't work at all. Remote had no batteries. Never will i stay there again. Couldn't get ahold of anyone to let them know about air conditioner not working.

After waiting at the window for fifteen minutes, we called the main number for help. A man walked from the gas station next door and checked us in. Our first room had no tv. Second room had no remote. Bed was comfortable.

first room ac did not work. Moved to another room where no coffee pot, no hot water in hand sink, no water in shower, tv did not work, telephone did not work, mattress moved off base

Tv remote wasn’t working, the guy at the front desk was rude and the bathroom door knob was broken and there was a hole in the bathroom door on the inside.

I felt comfortable coming and going at any time of the day. A few functional issues: only 1 clothes hangar and it was a joke, there was a partially useable ironing board (see pictures). The heater/AC unit looked like it didn't work but it worked fine. The in-room phone did not work to call the front desk, it looked like a prop phone from a comedy show. Calling the motel from my cellphone was a complete waste of time, no one answers during normal business hours

The first room we got in did not have a telephone to call office because ac did not work. Second room the tv did not work, no coffee pot, telephone broke, in the morning we found out there was no water in the shower, hand sink did not have hot water. Staff told us they did not know things did not work if we did not bring it to their attention. ALL the above things should be working if you rent a room.

I travel with my service dog. We've stayed at hundreds of hotels around the country with no complaints or issues. The only issue I ever have is when I am discriminated against by staff that treat us like criminals and make the stay very uncomfortable. This was the experience given to us at Studio 6. I have a quiet, respectful /well trained service dog and I am a responsible owner who cleans up after my dog. I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you have a service dog or any pet for that matter. I did not feel welcome at all.

They rent me a room me and my family go eat come back they rented the room that we were inn again,give me a key to another room they apologized get to the next room i walk inn on someone having relations with another persom.....

The staff was always so helpful and got us anything we needed and our stay was very comfortable we stayed for about 4 to 5 weeks. I would recommend it to anybody

The staff was nice. They allowed us to get another room due to the 1st one having mold in the ceiling. The bathrooms are not cleaned very well.

The owner is super nice, there were storms coming in producing tornadoes, and he gave me no problems coming in. The hotel was clean and neat, great value for the room. Best Hotel 6 I have been to.

The guy at the front is rude to women and ilut take forever for him to come to the window he never had the door open for anyone to go to the counter

Office worker took a while to help us. Ap said pets welcome and didn’t say fee, but they charged a fee. Room was a bit rough, writing on the door, floor could have been cleaner, when we left office guy never came to window even though we rang several times. Sketchy part of town.

This was the worst stay ever. It was noisy well into 2:30 inthe morning the room was disgusting and much more

Studio 6 has been my go to place to stay for a couple years now. Never had an issue. Rooms are always clean, convenient & comfortable. This visit is the longest I’ve stayed (a week) and it went as good as I hoped. Booking again for another week. Much thanks to the team for servicing me and my mom’s needs.

Trashy place, rooms are horrible. People up all night with noise. Prostitutes walking the pkace

Couldn't sleep from all the commotion outside from other guest, AC was leaking in room TV did not work

It was a great price because we just really slept there.We would leave really early in the morning and came back late!
