朝、エレベーターが混雑し、高層階までなかなか来なかった。

駐車場に限りがあるのはわかるが、提携の駐車場もなく、駐車料金のサービスも無い。 4台程度しか止められないのであれば駐車場有りという説明はしない方が良い

駅近で駐車場も安かった

ホテル側の駐車場が満車のため、提携駐車場をご案内いただきましたが、提携駐車場から徒歩移動で思ったより距離があり、大荷物で大変でした。また、事前説明もなく、駐車証明書をお渡ししたところ、1000円ですと無愛想のフロントスタッフに言われました。サービス品質を改善したほうがいいと思います。

東三国駅が近く飲み屋もある。ホテル1階に隣接。セブン-イレブン。すごく便利でした。 スタッフさんの対応に朝食の際も厨房の方々も丁寧に話しくださりすごく快適な宿泊ができました。駐車場も数に限りはありますが1000円で止めれるのは助かりました。 ありがとうございました。

This property is great option around Shin Osaka station. There is a subway station very close to the station that take you to some major stations in the Osaka area like Namba for Dotonburi. The hotel was clean, quiet, and has a great healthy breakfast. Water, ice and coffee are always available. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if I’m in Osaka.

I stayed at the Toyoko Inn-Higashi Mikuni for 11 nights, and was very satisfied. I found the property well-maintained and the room very clean and easy to move around in for a business hotel. The bathtub was medium-sized (for Japanese standards), and had a large shower head above for the "rain shower" effect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's only a 1-minute walk from the Midosuji Metro line, and about 7 minutes to the JR Kyoto Line. There are various restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in the area. I also found a good dentist, ear doctor, and eye glasses shop on the walk to JR Higashi Yodogawa station. For long term stays, they clean the room every 4 days, but leave you clean towels hanging on your door every day. There is a washer and dryer for doing laundry just off the lobby that are cheaper than an outside laundromat. The only thing that could be better is the breakfast. However, it's included with the already very reasonable price, so you don't feel like you're throwing your money away by skipping it once in a while. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Japan by myself again. By the way, if you're a yakitori fan, visit the Torikikozu shop in front of Higashi Mikuni station. You may have to wait a bit, but it's worth it.

The hotel is clean & the staff are friendly. It is about a 15 mins walk from Shin Osaka station. The complementary breakfast is not as good as other Toyoko Inn that we have stayed in. There is no cleaning for the first two nights.

駅近くでしたが静かでした。

Wi-Fiの不具合で未明までインターネットに接続できなかった。

Small room with just one plug socket at one side of the room. Only one of us could charge devices as a result at one time. Beds comfy but too close together in an already small room. Breakfast wasn't great. Location was excellent being just 10 mibs from Shin Osaka train station.

電車の騒音がやばい。

There's one huge issue with this hotel: it's right next to the main road. Suppose I should've known that. But then they put me on floor 11, ever closer to said road. And the planes flying over? Just as annoying. Other than that, the hotel was fine.

This hotel is unrivalled value for money; providing all facilities required for a traveller, including free parking and inclusive breakfast. The only downside for a soft European like me, a characteristic of all Toyoko Inns I've stayed in, is an overly hard bed.

狭い、ダブルベットで部屋は一杯でスーツケースを広げるスペースが無かった

大人2名子供1名の家族3人での宿泊だったけど、予約時喫煙ルームにしてしまって、すぐメールにて禁煙ルームに変更できないか依頼したら、すぐ対応してくれました。 スタッフの方は親切にご対応頂いてくれて安心しました。 シングルベット2台だったので、くっつけて3人ゆったり寝れました。

Pelo preço é razoável. Equipe do atendimento noturno não muito receptivo. Equipe da parte da manhã bem atenciosa e cortez. Pelo preço vale a pena se for de passsagem como foi meu caso.

Very cheap, very clean. Room is only cleaned once a week, with fresh towels being provided daily. Water pressure is good. The bad: I've so far had two bookings here. Each booking, the first room offered had a problem. First, it was a noisy plumbing system from room above. Staff quickly changed my room with no issue. New room on that occassion was fine. Second booking, the window didn't seal properly so let in lots of noise from outside. Staff response on this occassion fell WAY short of good customer service. The female staff said 'We are close to a railway station, so I cannot do anything about the noise', even after I explained there is a fault with the window. Eventually, she slams a new key down on the desk. Really really bad attitude. I was polite at all times and explained the problem. There was no need for her rude behaviour. I will not stay in this hotel again.

荷物預かりなどスムーズでありがたかったです。お部屋も快適でした。

The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English when my Japanese failed me. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed and there seemed to be a focus on being environmentally friendly. The Hotel was a short and mainly flat walk to shin Osaka station. I’d definitely stay again.

初めての大阪旅行で利用させていただきました！ 朝ごはんは美味しいし、近くに色んな飲食店はあるしで最高でした！ ただ、フロントの方の私語で｢クソ野郎｣と言っているのが聞こえて困惑しました。 喋るなとは言いませんが、私語の内容は少し考えて欲しかったです。

チェクアウト後、スーツケース等荷物を預かってくれたので助かった。

Convenient and comfortable hotel, 10 mins walk to Shin-Osaka station.

新しく綺麗な部屋で快適は滞在でした、東三国駅から至近、夕食に飲食店が多い。新大阪駅からも徒歩10分、一本道で分かりやすい。 スタッフの皆さん明るく良かったです。

ホテルに一番近い方の東三国駅の出口はエレベーターがないので、8泊分の荷物を持って雨の中階段を上がるのはかなりきつかったです。

Nice location by the Higashimikuni Midosuji line. Convenient and easy to get around from this location. Staff was helpful. Rooms were clean.

朝食無料とは言え8時に行ったらパンがなくなっていて、他の食材も無いのが多かった。

チェックイン、チェックアウトに専用のサポートの方がいて良かったです。朝食も無料とは思えないほど充実した内容で満足しました。

The hotel breakfast is very delicious and menu changes every morning. Staff are friendly and attentive.

Friendly staff and breakfast was great but crowded

朝食がとても美味しかったです。

The place feels like a bording house not a hotel. Lobby smells like cafeteria with a stink. If you like western Breakfast, this is not the place to stay.
