Hotel from hell. Recommend to take this hotel out of the selection. Hotel room was dirty with mold on ceilings, mattresses were old and full of stains and bed frame itself was repaired in a poor manner and under the bed was full of leftovers from previous guests: hair, and other garbage. Bathroom was disgusting with poor drainage that made the water leak into the room. Staff was laughing at the comments and not helpful at all. Request for room move was not possible and we decided to check out immediately for health reasons. Again this was responded by laughter from Front desk staff with the message you will not be reimbursed. Thankfully we managed to book alternative hotel.

Our experience at this hotel was unfortunately very poor. We arrived at check-in time, but our room was not ready until 1.5 hours later, which was frustrating after a long journey. The room itself was in unacceptable condition. During the night, rain was leaking in through both the windows and the ceiling. The room showed clear signs of water damage – the floors were uneven, the air felt damp, and there was a smell of mold throughout the space. The air conditioning was not working, which made the situation even more uncomfortable given the humidity. Additionally, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel – the skybar – was closed, so there was no opportunity to enjoy the advertised city view from the hotel roof top. Breakfast was also disappointing. The buffet area was not clean, with old bread remnants, hair, and butter left on the tables. We chose to leave and have breakfast elsewhere. Overall, this stay did not meet basic standards of comfort or hygiene for a normal, and we cannot recommend this hotel.
