I booked Villa and it’s totally different facilities. Far from main resort and inconvenient. Two bedroom villa itself is humongous for 4 ppl but bedroom are very tiny and outdated. The villa are very old with partially renovated but still you can smell old building. It is just big but very hard to live there. Example, there is only one outlet for electricity in one room. And no hot water more than 5 min. We have to wait 20-30 min for second shower and even for first shower, hot water is done after 5 min. If you have little kids, stay here since it’s big. But if you not, this location is very isolated and nothing to do. I probably won’t go back

3박4일 숙받하고왔습니다. 첫날에는 방에서 냄새가 너무 나서 방을 바꿔달라고하여서 방을 바꿔주셨는데요. 4일째되는날 아침부터 온몸에 붉은 반점이 올라오고 엄청 가려웠습니다. 침대보에도 붉은 반점같은 자국이있었구요. 베드버그인거같습니다. 체크아웃후에 상태가 심해져서 따로 프런트에 얘기하지는 못했네요. 베드버그 조심하세요

ホテルにあるカフェインドシンは、夕食のアラカルトで１回朝食で２回も食べ物に髪の毛が入っていた。夕食の時、それを伝えると、持って行った時は入っていなかったとスタッフに言われた。部屋のバスマットにも、従業員の髪の毛の束が付いていて、うんざりした。5つ星なのに、客より上目線のスタッフが多くて、とても気分が悪かった。二度と行きたくないし、お勧めもしません。フエにあるヴェダナラグーンリゾートのほうが、同じような値段でスタッフがとても親切で、サービスも行き届いていて清潔で、滞在中とても気持ちよく過ごせました。

オーシャンデラックスを予約。はじめに案内された部屋は、一階で大きな木が目の前で海がほとんど見えず…フロントに伝えると部屋を三階に変えてもらえました。変えていただいた部屋はとても素敵な海の景色で、早朝には朝日も見え、またこのホテルに泊まりたいと思わせてくれたした。ただ排水とシャワーの水圧はあまり良くないです。サービスのチョコレートが美味しかったです。メインプールは日陰がな水もぬるくなってしまっていたので、子供はラグーンプールの方で毎日楽しんでいました。鳥の声が聞こえてきたり本当のジャングルの中で泳いでいる気分になりました。市街地にもタクシーで5分から10分なので便利。ベトナムに来たからにはベトナムを感じられるホテルに泊まりたかったのでこちらは私たちにとってはベストなホテルでしたー！

Overall, our stay at the hotel in Da Nang was memorable, albeit with a challenging check-in experience. Despite having emailed the hotel beforehand about the possibility of an extra bed for our daughter without receiving a response, we arrived only to find that we weren't given the option, and there was an additional cost involved. This departure from the standard practice we encountered at other hotels during our two and a half weeks in Vietnam was disappointing and left us feeling uninformed. However, the hotel itself was exceptional in many ways. The staff members were fantastic, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The amenities provided were great, and the surroundings were truly wonderful. One standout moment was meeting the general manager, Andre, who impressed us with his thoughtfulness and excellent representation of the company. His responsiveness to our concerns was commendable and added to the positive impression we had of the hotel. Despite the initial hiccup with the check-in process, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

Staff was incredible. Made us feel so special and welcome and were so helpful in helping with all our requests. My wife also wasn't feeling well on the last couple of day and they were so sweet with trying to find solutions to help her be comfortable. We would return again as we appreciated their service so much. We ended up staying in the ocean suite and was a huge beautiful room! They also were so quick at room clean up and keeping our towels fresh. A true 5*

Check-in process was terrible with long waits and they forgot to tell me that my room was ready - I had to check in with them multiple times after they inaccurately told me the wait times. The communication via Expedia was worse, Furama only responded when they needed questions answered., otherwise, took a few follow ups (and days) for them to respond to simple questions like shuttle service etc. Just to get a passive aggressive response like “as mentioned in our previous email”… what previous email?! We’ve been communicating through Expedia site only where you can check past messages! So rude and unprofessional.

チェックイン時間に掃除が終わってないとのこと。お詫びとしてレイトチェックアウトすると言ったきり、ほっとかれた。３０分待って聞きに行ったら掃除が終わっているとチェックイン。部屋に入ったら、ウエルカムカードがほかの人の名前。フロントへ電話するも確認しますと言ったきり。再度フロントへ電話。ウエルカムカードが間違っていただけで部屋は合ってるとのこと。こちらから確認しないと返事がないのは５つ星ホテルとしていかがなものか。部屋の設備やロケーションは申し分なかったので、スタッフの対応にはがっかり。

2025 1／23〜3泊　女子旅宿泊初日に、ホテルより乗ったタクシー内に財布を落とし、大慌てで急遽ホテルへ戻り、スタッフの方に話しました。日本語堪能なスタッフは、冷静に直ぐに各方面に手配して下さり、無事手元に戻りました。外国での紛失物が戻るという奇跡に感謝すると共に、日本語の話せるスタッフ常駐の安心感を今回つくづく感じました。プールもビーチも目の前です。ただ、市内への行き帰りにはタクシー必須。ビーチでのんびり過ごすには最高だと思いました。

ヴィラに1泊しました。清掃は行き届いており、プライベートプールもあり家族で楽しく過ごせました。出かける時はバギーを呼ばないといけないのですが来るまで時間がかかる時があります。また、周りにはスーパーマーケットくらいしかないので観光に行くときは毎回grabを使っていました。ビーチやプール、ホテルステイを楽しむ目的の方には良いと思います。

Breakfast was under expectations for the resort level. Coffee was served room temperature if you don't specifically ask for it to be from the machine. Service was good until you actually asked for something then they were more interested about continue with their task and not help with your needs. Bell boys just wanted tip and are not helpful. And everything in the resort has a add on fee that is more expensive the doing it by your self, like their shuttles are more expensive then local taxi. Room cleaning was good. But sleeping was not easy due to a cook starting making noice at 4.30. In total the resort is OK but does not feel of a higher level.

Fantastiske omgivelser, super service og personale. Lækre pools og træningscenter. Don Cipriani’s laver gode pizzaer. Selve villaen kunne godt trænge til lidt vedligehold. Dørene lukkede helt tæt, så der var meget støj udefra. Armaturer på badeværelse samt afløb var nødt til at blive repareret da vi ankom. Men dette blev dog klaret inden for et par timer.
