Excellent value and the shuttle to the concert venue was a great surprise! The only con was lukewarm water in the shower never got hot. We only stayed one night so didn’t bring it up but a longer stay it would’ve been an issue.

Perfect stay for a concert down the street and super close to downtown. Breakfast options were good and we were able to enjoy breakfast outside at the tables so that was awesome. Jetted tub room was amazing and the features in the room were beautiful. There was a cool chandelier above the bed and the aura of the room was nice. Great property I can't wait to come back

The staff was pleasant. But the property needs updates. The carpets have stains, pink mold in the bathroom, A/C was extremely loud and in desperate need of a cleaning (turned it off when we entered as it was loud) the beds are old and extremely uncomfortable. Had to unplug the mini fridge as it was very noisy when it kicked on all night. Windows open but no screens. The good the towels and linens were clean. It appears that part of the property is long term stays. Pictures on the website are misleading. It may have looked like them years ago.

The bathroom was so filthy with so much hair on the floor and walls. I asked to cancel my stay but was unable to do so. They sent housekeeping to clean, but I still had to use lysol wipes to wipe away black hair on the floor, walls, and in shower.

Inspection of our room the blanket was stained n dirty. I called the night before,Asst manager said they had keurigs in rooms. Brought our supplies. Only to find out the suites only. Also front desk was not helpful or apologetic for us being misinformed. Carma took over 5 mins to talk to manager. I asked her opinion about being told their was a keurig and she said go buy one. I said that was unacceptable answer. . Asked for more coffee as 3 of us. Only enuf for 2 in room. Housekeeping visited and told i had no right talking to carma at front desk the way i did as she was her spouse. She did bringb towels n coffee. Also Room was missing a coat rack where towels go and we could hang coats. Then we had a mouse in our room saturday but they did not attend to until we left on Sunday. Simple apology for misunderstanding would of went a long way.

I only liked the location in the city. I didn't like that the room was dirty, the bed linen wasn't changed, someone's hair was still there. The bathroom was dirty, there wasn't even a trash can there. The shampoo was half full, and the bottle was very small. There weren't even any glasses in the room and it smelled really bad, we had to wash our things, even the clean ones, because everything stank. I wouldn't stay there again.

Overall, the property is very dated and in dire need of updating. The mattress was old and moderately uncomfortable. The wall A/C was quite loud. Breakfast essentially had only one viable option - waffles. Otherwise there was not much worth eating. The only worthwhile aspect of our stay was the price could not be beat. So, bottom line is that our stay was worth the price paid to stay here, but you get what you pay for.

Font desk staff was nice. Like other say, I think they may house homeless people so maybe keep that in mind, not necessarily somewhere I would bring a family, it was fine for a night. Booked a non-smoking room but it reeked of cigarettes.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms with 70's style decor. Comfortable beds. The doors to the room lock but they don't feel real solid. The doors to the parkinglot are not locked. Ok for price but I wouldn't stay here again.

Pros-the beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean and spacious Cons-the room vaguely smelled of old cigarette smoke, it was extremely dated (1960ish), there was no coffeemaker or blowdryer in the room, the bathroom was very small

The doors to the room are like a door on your bedroom, not really secure. Ours looked like it may have been kicked in and repaired. Bathroom outdated, no ledge for toothbrush. Nowhere to hang a hand towel nd very small. The water sprays everywhere when you turn on the tap. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was the best part. Make your own waffles, eggs, yogurt, bagels, muffins, bread. Coffee and selection of juice.

Nice to park outside my room and carry my luggage in. Room was clean. Not a 5 star hotel but you’re not paying 5 star prices. Front desk attendants were very polite and helpful. Action item for management: Management needs to update Expedia and any others sites the rooms are marketed on. The booking confirmation says front desk unattended after 7pm but when I spoke with the attendants they confirmed the desk is attended 24/7. If I had seen the incorrect information I may not have booked and moved on.

The breakfast area was clean and convenient with friendly, helpful staff. This hotel badly needs repair and updating. Maybe we just got the oldest, smallest , rundown room in the hotel, but it was very disappointing. The airport shuttle is not dependable so don't count on it. After calling the hotel the first time I didn't hear back, so I called again. The clerk said he forgot and would get right on it. We waited 40 minutes at the airport before we were picked up. (No available drivers) I would not recommend this hotel.

The Stay was good, at the time of check-out, I have asked for a Toothpaste which I forgot to ask the previous night and the front desk person said, sorry we don't have it and buy in the Walgreens adjacent to the Hotel. I have never experienced such a situation where I am literally did not hand over the keys and did not get the final bill printed, to deem that I am no longer a guest at the Hotel. I am not sure if this is acceptable or not. Stayed at a lot of Hotels, everyone takes care of the Guest, until they leave the premises.

We had called the property before hand to ask what the deposit and what the breakfast was like was the gentleman who answered said with card there is no deposit only with cash and that the breakfast would be hot. When we got there for checkin the lady said that there was a deposit but because of what I was told she didnt charge me only needed my card for safety measures. The next morning we went to breakfast and it was bagels and poppy seed muffins there wasnt anything hot other then waffles the juice they had was so watered down it didnt taste like juice. Theit washer and dryer didnt work the washer didnt clean the clothes they still smelled and has clear signs of dirtiness and then the dryer didnt dry the clothes even after 2 rounds of 45 minutes in. we had to hang them up in the room when we got back. The sink in our room was leaking and the handle was coming off. The only reason this isnt a one star is because of how nice that lady at the desk was she did a really good job but sadly her night manager didnt know what he was talking about even after working there for 10 years, very disappointed with my stay and I will jot be back.

Parking was free and close. Clean room, hot showers there was a microwave, small refrigerator and clean towels. Bring anything else you may need. If you are going to Arcadia it's a 45 minute drive, but will save you $$$

The room was spacious and the bed and room were clean. At first blush, the inn is dated but I saw on the inside of the room they they have updated the amenities: new towels, bathroom fixtures, lighting. Maine is in need of a good pressure washing everywhere so the inn fits into Maine’s no attention to detail. It’s a “that a do state” with very little upgrades. The attraction in upper Maine is of course Acadia National Park! Excellent! Other surprise locations were Bucksport and Bar Harbor. The inn is better than many of the other privately owned rentals.

Older inn, but we were looking for economy. Our room was very clean with lots of room to store for suitcases out of the way. Staff was helpful, friendly, and polite. The coffee was excellent. Standard breakfast fare for this type of motel (waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, packaged and fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, oatmeal, bagels.)

The breakfast was worst because they didn’t refill frequently. We had yogurt and cereal bar on the first day. Then they didn’t appear the next day. Even orange juice and cream cheese for bread were disappear the other day. They had coffee, bread, bagel, small apple and self-made waffle all the times for breakfast. They tidied up our bed only after the first night and no more.
