Very clean and the staff was nice and upbeat. Bfast was basically coffee, toast, bagels and fruit. Room is basic. No side tables by bed, etc., but decent for a short stay.

This place is so hip and cool but it is the staff that makes this hotel truly exceptional. I have never had better service at a hotel. I will definitely stay here again

This place was so disappointing. The price was already pretty steep for what it was but I wanted to give it a chance. The overall room was so small and cramped. The queen bed was tiny (it was an extra $400 to get a king). We got two small tiny towels and had to ask for more. The bathroom was dingey and gross. Holes in the wall where the shower head was and a weird gross spot on the tile in the bathroom. It felt "wet" the whole time we were there. The hot water for the shower barely got hot. And the shower head was just dripping. I doubt that thing has ever been cleaned. The light for the bathroom is behind a door?!?! and it turns off randomly for whatever reason even when you are in it. I stayed in a hotel right before this that was $91 a night and it was a LUXURY compared to this. I think they think since they have a fire pit and a bar that they can charge what they are asking. But it was just not good. It seems cool but it's kind of dingey and everything is just sub par. I am a little mad I had to pay what I did to stay here. It was for work and close to where we needed to be. But I kind of felt cheated staying here. I am now staying in another hotel that is $120 a night and is 10 times as nice as that place. I dunno. I just feel mad.

At 1am we had a stranger come into our room after he’d been given a key at the front desk. He ran off as we all screamed. I caught up to him back in the lobby and he profusely apologized for something that wasn’t his fault. The guy at the reception desk was basically unfazed and didn’t offer any apologies. We immediately packed our stuff and dropped our keys at the front desk. That was Friday night. Someone from the hotel messaged me the next morning saying someone would call, that they were very sorry and would do anything to make it right. That was Saturday morning. Not only have we not heard back from them, they have not refunded our money, they haven’t even refunded the $100 they put on your card for any incidentals - of which we used zero. We literally thought we might get killed for a few moments.

The parking filled up on the side are room was on. There was mold in the shower. There was a strong unpleasant smell in the drawers. The toilet was loose and sounded as if it came off from the wall when you started to get up from it. The walls didn’t insulate the outside noise. However the room temp was comfortable and so was the bed. The bedroom was very clean and the staff we interacted with were nice and helpful.
