The establishment was nothing like the pictures disappointment from the start. Front desk and lobby was not clean when checking in. The outside of the hotel had garbage everywhere and dead plants/trees. When we got to the room at first we thought it was good but quickly discovered it was not clean. The bathroom had poop on the wall behind the toilet that we cleaned ,the tub didnt not drain, the floors were not clean hair, dirt and sticky the shade had a bra strap so you could open it . I think the cleanest thing in the room was the fridge maybe the top of the beds. Lots of areas were sticky so we were washing hands and cleaning the room I had my own cleaning supplies. We didnt switch hotels at this point because we had already and this was the last place we could find for the weekend . I wish places put more care into what they own be proud and keep it looking good. Keeping places cleaner helps with bugs and cuts costs of repairs. If they aren't going to respect the property most guest wont either. Hotel owners and managers be better.

There was no breakfast. I found roach carcasses in my bedroom and it was falsely advertised and I was charged in extra $100 for 3rd party. Also I ended up calling the hotel staff because of a homeless man knocking at my door they called the police and then also put me out 5 days before my stay was over and never refunded me.

My check in started bad due to my itinerary was booked thru third party and had issues finding on computer about .30 minute check in. Second the entire hotel smelled like weed and inside our room it smelled worse. Floor was dirty under beds and around kitchen hen area. Had a bad smell and then found there was mold all around AC unit. We found roach by sink area and the bathroom door had a hole and with pain over it. We called front desk and we were told nothing they can do and no more rooms available to move. She did say we can leave and money refunded. We looked around area for other hotels and all booked or very far away. Front staff didn’t care of situation at all at this point we made best of it and will never stay or recommend this place. To top things off one elevator and it was not working all weekend !! Just great.
