The hotel is very big with lots of facilities . The only thing is that service is quite slow and facilities like sauna and steam are only started when you are physically there . Therefore cannot be enjoyed fully as it takes time to heat up

Before leaving for this trip my wife was getting concerned by the number of negative reviews for this hotel and yes there are a few areas needing a little TLC. BUT - the hotel is beautiful, the staff are amazing and friendly and it is a great place to relax. The main pool is great with plenty of loungers and cabanas. The restaurant is really good with evening buffet which has a huge array of food with a menu that range that changes regularly. But breakfast was one of the many highlights for my kids. They loved the variety of options and would frequently try and one up each other on the amount of different things they had. The games room was good fun with regular inter family table tennis tournaments but also has babyfoot and pool. We walked to the beach one day which was really nice as it was pretty much deserted. Would definitely recommend for a relaxed break. Ps they run a shuttle every hour to and from Essaouira

Inside the hallways, there are scratches all over the wall and the floor needs refreshing. The paint is chipped. The staff at the front desk are not welcoming. We reserved for 2 rooms with a pool view, but had a room with a garden view instead.

We absolutely love this hotel and will definitely be back again. The staff were amazing, especially Mohammad in the restaurant and souad on reception. It was my husbands birthday and the hotel really made it special for him. The facilities are fantastic, from Golf to tennis and the hotel has a wonderful spa. Our only constructive criticism, is in some of the corridors the hotel needs a little maintenance/upgrade/decorating. Apart from that, everything is 100% fabulous. Food, location, all the staff, the grounds and the activities. Fabulous value for money. Finally the BEST bed we have ever slept in! Thank you. We will be back!

Je ne comprends pas vraiment pourquoi la note de cet hôtel est si basse. Il est vrai que certaines parties semblent abandonnées, et que certaines renovations doivent être faites, mais il n'y manque absolument rien . Le cadre est paisible, la piscine principale est superbe, la vue depuis les chambres est magnifique, la salle de sport est très bien équipée. Mais le plus important, le personnel à qui j'ai eu à faire est vraiment à la hauteur de ce que l'on peut attendre. Politesse, sourires , discretion, réactivité... vraiment je n'ai rien à redire. Je les remercie tous et toutes , particulièrement Souad pour son accueil et sa disponibilité chaleureuse durant mon séjour .

La gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel est exceptionnelle et permettent de passer un magnifique séjour. En revanche les chambres ont besoin d'un très sérieux rafraichissement sur les sols , stucs, luminaires, lit, portes de placard ont tous besoin d'être refaits. Suggestion : ajouter un petit bureau et une corbeille à papier ne serait pas du luxe.

The hotel sits in a lovely position with easy access to a beautiful golf course. Common areas are in reasonable shape but rooms are very worn down and badly need redecoration and new furniture. The staff is competent and kind and the breakfast buffet excellent. Also have a good spa.

Un établissement ne mérite pas 5☆. Au fait c'est un 5 étoiles gonflés à l'helium. Les balcons ne sont pas sécuritaires. Il y a des ouvertures béantes qui laissent passer facilement un jeune enfant. Il n'y a aucune animation sur le terrain. Les chambres sont délabrées, le planfond coule, la peinture des murs est vieillotte. A la cafétérias au alentours de la machine a café la propreté laisse a désirer. La poignée de chambre se detache de la porte. Il ya des traces de moisissures apparente sur les placard. La climatisation dans la chambre coule par terre a mon arrivée il a fallu qu'un technicien vient et ouvre la canalisation de la climatisation et l'eau tombait par terre en grande quantité pour qu'une femme de ménage vient nettoyer après par contre le petit déjeuner est très intéressant avec un grand choix alimentaire variés et le personnel en général est courtois. D'après mon expérience je ne le recommande pas au prix annoncé.

Hall bien fait. Chambre dans un état lamentable, vieillissante et dégradée. Ne mérite pas son prix…j’ai payé presque 160 euros pour un hôtel qui ne mérite pas son prix. Petit déjeuner très basique,certains produits étaient durs et froids. Je passe presque tout le temps via hôtel.com…je suis déçu.

Disappointing experience. Check in at 15:00 but one of our rooms wasn't ready until about 18:00. Dirty, poorly cleaned and smelly rooms. The staff, is the only redeeming quality of this hotel.

Je ne reviendrai pas! C’est vrai que la situation géographique est parfaite mais l’hôtel en lui même à ne pas refaire en ce qui me concerne. La caution bloquée par l’hôtel est toujours bloquée alors que j’ai fait mon Check out le 24.10.24 des pratiques nullement exercés ailleurs et je voyage beaucoup, je viens de lancer une procédure auprès de ma banque car l’établissement ne répond tout simplement pas ni par message ni par téléphone. D’autre part, l’état des couloirs de l’hôtel est honteux, le petit déjeuner était ultra désorganisé avec des serveurs qui courent partout et un bruit incroyable, certains serveurs ne prêtaient même pas attention à mes demandes mais accourent quand c’est un homme qui les appellent. Le petit déjeuner a été un moment de stress pour ma fille et moi, le personnel n’est pas du tout adéquat à un 5* et encore moins l’état de certaines installations. Cet hôtel a besoin de rafraîchissement et d’une nouvelle restructration. La piscine, la vue et l’accès à la plage ont été les seuls points positifs en ce qui nous concerne.

Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Hotel war bestimmt früher sehr schön und luxuriös, leider ist es sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es zeigt erhebliche Gebrauchsspuren und manchmal auch echte Mängel. Ich würde zu diesen Bedingungen nicht nochmal dorthin fahren.

Bon séjour. Déçu de la vetusté de l'hôtel en général et de la qualité de service au restaurant. Il manque nettement d'entretien et n'est pas au goût du jour. Divers problèmes de wifi, de fermeture de porte, d'électricité durant ce séjour. Ce qui m'a marqué est la qualité proche du néant du café au petit déjeuner. Pour un complexe se disant de luxe... Par contre heureusement que nous avions Gabriel, superviseur pour apporter réponse à nos diverses problèmes. 1 fois sur un court séjour OK mais plus jamais.

We absolutely love this hotel and will definitely be back again. The staff were amazing, especially Mohammad in the restaurant and souad on reception. It was my husbands birthday and the hotel really made it special for him. The facilities are fantastic, from Golf to tennis and the hotel has a wonderful spa. Our only constructive criticism, is in some of the corridors the hotel needs a little maintenance/upgrade/decorating. Apart from that, everything is 100% fabulous. Food, location, all the staff, the grounds and the activities. Fabulous value for money. Finally the BEST bed we have ever slept in! Thank you. We will be back!

L'hôtel est dans l'ensemble superbe, le cadre, la vue sont sublimes, la piscine très belle.Les chambres vue mer ont une vue vraiment époustouflante. La gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel est exceptionnelle et permettent de passer un magnifique séjour. En revanche les chambres ont besoin d'un très sérieux rafraichissement sur les sols , stucs, luminaires, lit, portes de placard ont tous besoin d'être refaits. Suggestion : ajouter un petit bureau et une corbeille à papier ne serait pas du luxe.

The hotel sits in a lovely position with easy access to a beautiful golf course. Common areas are in reasonable shape but rooms are very worn down and badly need redecoration and new furniture. The staff is competent and kind and the breakfast buffet excellent. Also have a good spa.

Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Hotel war bestimmt früher sehr schön und luxuriös, leider ist es sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es zeigt erhebliche Gebrauchsspuren und manchmal auch echte Mängel. Ich würde zu diesen Bedingungen nicht nochmal dorthin fahren.

The hotel is very big with lots of facilities . The only thing is that service is quite slow and facilities like sauna and steam are only started when you are physically there . Therefore cannot be enjoyed fully as it takes time to heat up

Before leaving for this trip my wife was getting concerned by the number of negative reviews for this hotel and yes there are a few areas needing a little TLC. BUT - the hotel is beautiful, the staff are amazing and friendly and it is a great place to relax. The main pool is great with plenty of loungers and cabanas. The restaurant is really good with evening buffet which has a huge array of food with a menu that range that changes regularly. But breakfast was one of the many highlights for my kids. They loved the variety of options and would frequently try and one up each other on the amount of different things they had. The games room was good fun with regular inter family table tennis tournaments but also has babyfoot and pool. We walked to the beach one day which was really nice as it was pretty much deserted. Would definitely recommend for a relaxed break. Ps they run a shuttle every hour to and from Essaouira

The property is beautiful and the pool is very relaxing and modern. The rooms are up to date but have a mild odor to them. Inside the hallways, there are scratches all over the wall and the floor needs refreshing. The paint is chipped. The staff at the front desk are not welcoming. We reserved for 2 rooms with a pool view, but had a room with a garden view instead.

Disappointing experience. Check in at 15:00 but one of our rooms wasn't ready until about 18:00. Dirty, poorly cleaned and smelly rooms. The staff, is the only redeeming quality of this hotel.

Je ne comprends pas vraiment pourquoi la note de cet hôtel est si basse. Il est vrai que certaines parties semblent abandonnées, et que certaines renovations doivent être faites, mais il n'y manque absolument rien . Le cadre est paisible, la piscine principale est superbe, la vue depuis les chambres est magnifique, la salle de sport est très bien équipée. Mais le plus important, le personnel à qui j'ai eu à faire est vraiment à la hauteur de ce que l'on peut attendre. Politesse, sourires , discretion, réactivité... vraiment je n'ai rien à redire. Je les remercie tous et toutes , particulièrement Souad pour son accueil et sa disponibilité chaleureuse durant mon séjour .

Je ne reviendrai pas! C’est vrai que la situation géographique est parfaite mais l’hôtel en lui même à ne pas refaire en ce qui me concerne. La caution bloquée par l’hôtel est toujours bloquée alors que j’ai fait mon Check out le 24.10.24 des pratiques nullement exercés ailleurs et je voyage beaucoup, je viens de lancer une procédure auprès de ma banque car l’établissement ne répond tout simplement pas ni par message ni par téléphone. D’autre part, l’état des couloirs de l’hôtel est honteux, le petit déjeuner était ultra désorganisé avec des serveurs qui courent partout et un bruit incroyable, certains serveurs ne prêtaient même pas attention à mes demandes mais accourent quand c’est un homme qui les appellent. Le petit déjeuner a été un moment de stress pour ma fille et moi, le personnel n’est pas du tout adéquat à un 5* et encore moins l’état de certaines installations. Cet hôtel a besoin de rafraîchissement et d’une nouvelle restructration. La piscine, la vue et l’accès à la plage ont été les seuls points positifs en ce qui nous concerne.

Before leaving for this trip my wife was getting concerned by the number of negative reviews for this hotel and yes there are a few areas needing a little TLC. BUT - the hotel is beautiful, the staff are amazing and friendly and it is a great place to relax. The main pool is great with plenty of loungers and cabanas. The restaurant is really good with evening buffet which has a huge array of food with a menu that range that changes regularly. But breakfast was one of the many highlights for my kids. They loved the variety of options and would frequently try and one up each other on the amount of different things they had. The games room was good fun with regular inter family table tennis tournaments but also has babyfoot and pool. We walked to the beach one day which was really nice as it was pretty much deserted. Would definitely recommend for a relaxed break. Ps they run a shuttle every hour to and from Essaouira

Bon séjour. Déçu de la vetusté de l'hôtel en général et de la qualité de service au restaurant. Il manque nettement d'entretien et n'est pas au goût du jour. Divers problèmes de wifi, de fermeture de porte, d'électricité durant ce séjour. Ce qui m'a marqué est la qualité proche du néant du café au petit déjeuner. Pour un complexe se disant de luxe... Par contre heureusement que nous avions Gabriel, superviseur pour apporter réponse à nos diverses problèmes. 1 fois sur un court séjour OK mais plus jamais.

We absolutely love this hotel and will definitely be back again. The staff were amazing, especially Mohammad in the restaurant and souad on reception. It was my husbands birthday and the hotel really made it special for him. The facilities are fantastic, from Golf to tennis and the hotel has a wonderful spa. Our only constructive criticism, is in some of the corridors the hotel needs a little maintenance/upgrade/decorating. Apart from that, everything is 100% fabulous. Food, location, all the staff, the grounds and the activities. Fabulous value for money. Finally the BEST bed we have ever slept in! Thank you. We will be back!

The hotel sits in a lovely position with easy access to a beautiful golf course. Common areas are in reasonable shape but rooms are very worn down and badly need redecoration and new furniture. The staff is competent and kind and the breakfast buffet excellent. Also have a good spa.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Frühstück war schlecht organisiert, es dauerte lange, bis der Kaffee endlich kam. Einen zweiten zu bekommen war noch schwieriger. Ansonsten hat das Hotel eine angenehme Atmosphäre.

Je ne reviendrai pas! C’est vrai que la situation géographique est parfaite mais l’hôtel en lui même à ne pas refaire en ce qui me concerne. La caution bloquée par l’hôtel est toujours bloquée alors que j’ai fait mon Check out le 24.10.24 des pratiques nullement exercés ailleurs et je voyage beaucoup, je viens de lancer une procédure auprès de ma banque car l’établissement ne répond tout simplement pas ni par message ni par téléphone. D’autre part, l’état des couloirs de l’hôtel est honteux, le petit déjeuner était ultra désorganisé avec des serveurs qui courent partout et un bruit incroyable, certains serveurs ne prêtaient même pas attention à mes demandes mais accourent quand c’est un homme qui les appellent. Le petit déjeuner a été un moment de stress pour ma fille et moi, le personnel n’est pas du tout adéquat à un 5* et encore moins l’état de certaines installations. The pictures on all the websites are from 2010 it has gone down hill a lot since then and could be fantastic. Do not take any notice of them. We actually went to see a room and the hotel the day before we booked so knew what we were getting.The food was really good and for £75 per night with a golf course view it was really good. We ate at lunchtime at the golf club, again great food, wine and beer. One pool is shut most things are shut or broken it looks really like a three star hotel. But again we played golf and had a great time.

The hotel is very big with lots of facilities . The only thing is that service is quite slow and facilities like sauna and steam are only started when you are physically there . Therefore cannot be enjoyed fully as it takes time to heat up
