Falta mejorar el estacionamiento

No Bueno!! Our room had mold, high voltage wires exposed, dirty, smelly rooms. Parking was a huge problem. At night, they made us park on the street like a block away. The pool had bugs and algae growing at the bottom of it. Do not waste your $$$ in trashy places.

El servicio de los empleados fue excepcional, sin embargo no funcionaba el wifi, no funcionaba la tv y la alberca estaba en mantenimiento, por lo que no fue una experiencia grata.

La alberca necesita mas limpieza

Well maintained , with a pool , and close to the Riviera

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, restaurant had good breakfast, the pool area nice and clean, only the parking area kind of thing for a big car like mine but for a small or medium size car it's good.

Está muy descuidada nada que ver con las fotografías que muestran no limpiaron el cuarto muebles muy viejos nos dieron un cuarto donde llegaban todas palomas había escremento de palomas se gym había jacuzzi y no hay el agua de la alberca estaba muy sucia

Staff friendly and accomodating. Needs ALOT of simple maintenance it looks like it has never been maintained. Seem to wait until it just breaks and even though it looks terrible they manage to keep it even if its falling apart with some tape or awful glue. Things from 2nd hand store are probably in better condition. Have a family room with a tiny table and one chair. Missing fridge and microwave. ( We had to change rooms and previous room had it- but the elevator was broken and my mother in law is handicap and we were on 3rd floor) lamp with no cover. Outside lights of patio had wires hanging out. Towels were so old with strings hanging out. Shower curtains were hanging loose. How much does it cost to replace a cheap shower curtain or buy a lamp cover. And the shower head was so old small splurts of water were diretcly hitting the cieling or in every direction other than me. Owner has really let a potentially better hotel fall apart to pieces. The only thing keeping it somewhat together is nice staff.

El horario de la alberca me gustaría más extenso

Horrible! Desde las 7 de la mañana niños corriendo por los pasillos y haciendo ruido! Es una burla! Y el personal del hotel no hace nada al respecto, al quejarme por teléfono me dijeron literalmente: “ya casi van a ser las 8 de la mañana”. Es un hotel en el que NO se puede dormir, además que no sirve el elevador, tienes que subir tus maletas tú mismo hasta el 4to piso y el estacionamiento es muy poco. La verdad una experiencia que NO les recomiendo para nada. Lo barato sale caro. Terrible experiencia.

Hotel is terrible , The room conditions are not sanitary , restroom was not clean , The blankets had stains on them . The hotel overall was disgusting and I ended up booking a hotel stay at another location that was more comfortable and sanitary.

Es un hotel que esta muy descuidado, la limpieza deja todo que desear. Hay cucarachas y salen en el área del baño y lavamanos. En general solo si se trata de una súper emergencia y que no haya nada más disponible se los recomendaría. SI LO PUEDEN EVITAR, EVITENLO.

Place is old paint it chipping sheets are stained shower barely runs water not fully warm.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The cleanliness and hygiene were unacceptable — the place was very dirty. On top of that, the staff were rude and showed no professionalism. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Small parking lot, dirty room unfriendly staff.

Property was okay, room was clean but definitely need to update the sheets and comforters (all were stained) The lady at front desk was not friendly or helpful at all. Food at restaurant was delicious!

Esta en mal estado, no le dan el mantenimiento correcto a las habitaciones, mal olor, mobiliario sucio y viejo, aires acondicionados viejos y sin funcionar adecuadamente, toallas, sábanas mal lavadas.

La Habitación que me asignaron 312 tenia chinches , yo y mi pareja estanos llenos de ronchas

Las paredes a del cuarto estaban sucias al igual que las sillas manchadas y rotas, había chicles y mocos pegados en la pared.

Disappointing Experience – Misleading Listing and Poor Service I booked this hotel because the price was slightly lower than the average in the area, but I quickly realized why. The location is far more remote than it appears online, and the photos are misleading. Upon arrival, the front desk staff received me slowly and with confusion, almost as if I had done something wrong by booking. The hostess questioned me in an unprofessional manner, saying things like "How did you book online if all our rooms were blocked?" and asking "When did you book it? How did you do it?" — as if their system couldn’t confirm that information. It felt disorganized and unwelcoming. To top it off, I arrived at 2:57 PM and was told I had to wait because check-in was strictly at 3:00 PM — a pointless and petty delay of just three minutes. The hotel itself feels neglected. The carpets are old and dirty, the hallways smell musty, and I could see staff members gathered in regular guest rooms with doors wide open — not exactly a professional image. My room had no windows, making it feel stuffy despite the air conditioning. This place has potential, but it’s being wasted. It badly needs an upgrade in both appearance and customer service. Either invest in it properly or sell it to someone who will.

Gave us a room towards the traffic could not sleep very noisy the cars then birds and sun hitting our window the curtains were not wide enough to cover the whole window. Parking was too small to park and limited. Tv was not working asked to come fix and no one came. Terrible experience will not stay here again.

El servicio de los empleados fue excepcional, sin embargo no funcionaba el wifi, no funcionaba la tv y la alberca estaba en mantenimiento, por lo que no fue una experiencia grata.

El hotel esta viejo y ya los muebles no estan en muy buenas condiciones. La regadera esta terrible, sale para todos lados sin presion y la tina esta muy maltratada.

The parking compacted, the room poor lighting, shower head broken, noisy, bed very uncomfortable, bed sheets stained & ripped, no bath rug, WiFi very slow.

Los apagadores de la habitación no servían y solo podía prender algunas lámparas. No servían todos. Tiene muebles viejos y se ve viejo el hotel.

From the moment we arrived the staff was very helpful and kind. The family room was Amazing and there was plenty of room for our family of 4. We plan on staying here again for our future trips.

Es un hotel sencillo y el personal muy amable, te hacen sentir cómodo. Mi observación sería que las cobijas, toallas y almohadas a pesar de estar limpias, ya son muy viejas e incluso tienen manchas que no se quitan, pero fuera de eso la cercanía con la playa es tanta que se escucha a los lobitos marinos☺️

Really nice hotel clean room freindly staff, within walking distance to the town center. Good food all around and entertainment I was able to see the carnaval from my room in the 3rd floor.

La fachada está muy deteriorada, la primera impresión fue mala, el servicio bueno, la habitación limpia y el restaurante buen servicio.

Overall Good, rooms were not like on the pictures of the ad, I got a package that includes breakfast ended up getting charged for it. Pricey and not so clean.
