The pool and hot tub are definitely the stars... Nice quite little area

Dirty, free breakfast was worthless- you can get cereal anywhere, pool was cold and dirty. Horrible stay will not stay again

There was a spider in the tub and it did not drain… it almost over flowed! Rooms were sweltering when we got in and we walked in from a back unlocked door ( did not even have a lock or a latch on it!!!!

For the price range it was acceptable. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Room was a little dated but ok. Rooms Need some updating. Bathroom was not exceptionally clean, hair all over the floor & tub area. Some of the ceiling in the shower was coming down. But my disappointment after an 11-hour car ride was the pool & hot tub. they both need some resurfacing & the hot tub was Hot, but no way to turn the jets on & was stained, small & dated? I would still use this facility again for cost, it was not awful, just Ok.

We had a perfectly nice room. Clean enough. Not a bad breakfast. Lacking fruit, but I get it. Fruit creates a lot of waste. Waste equals higher prices, and these rooms were very affordable. I’d prefer affordable, and skip some things. No coffeemaker in the room, but again. I really appreciate the price, so that was just fine with me. My girls absolutely loved being there, and begged to stay longer. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Hotel is very much in need of and update. There was light coming thru the door jamb. Generally things were dirty, run down, in desperate need of paint and repairs. Hot tub barely functional and rather cool water. I would strongly recommend a different hotel.

There are a lot of nice things about the hotel. The front room is nice, much of the furniture is nice. The outside doors require close attention to be sure they actually close, and the nice granite tables are in serious disrepair. One nightstand in my room wasn't attached to the granite slab wobbling on top. The desk is two sides, held together by the granite, but the legs on each side are separating from the top. You can rotate it 25 degrees from lock to lock, without moving it. Front desk is about as personable as a tree stump, but was kind when she did speak and handled business in a respectable and timely manner. They allege they are currently renovating. As of 3-17-25, i can't see any work being done. I think they're getting ready to start. Excited to see the results! It will help a great deal.

There is no elevator to the nonsmoking room. It was a challenge for my travelling companion. The door to the room did not fit well and scraped loudly when opened or closed. There was no hot water at the sink. There was no coffee maker in the room. The beds were comfortable and clean. There were few options for breakfast.

The door to our room had a hole in the bottom large enough for a mouse to crawl in. The sink had no stopper to hold the water. The bathtub water didn’t drain properly and we never could get hot water in the bathtub. The table lamp by the desk had no light bulbs in it. The floor was gritty like it hadn’t been cleaned. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

They said there were non smoking rooms. Smoke was the first thing that greeted me at the assigned room door.

The sheets were dirty at the first stay. On the second stay, we had no towels.

Checked in late to find a room that needed a generous Frebreze. Did not have any. along. Found used bar of soap on bathtub and pretty much no/very thin inadequate blanket on bed. Should have looked at other ratings.

The beds were dirty. And we had to ask for clean sheets and there were no towels in the room.

This is a ran down church looking hotel that has more holes and bigs than ive ever seen so far tho havent seen any on the bed just like the walls and floor got bit up alot.

Piss stains and hair all over the toilet. Small black hairs all over the sheets. We checked in late after a mistake was made by the booking company, and the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, and very annoyed by our presence. When we saw how dirty the room was we came back downstairs and no one was to be found! After going back to the room and trying to call, still no answer! My girlfriend went back out to the car to get our own blankets and cleaning supplies, and spent 20 minutes scrubbing the bathroom before it was able to be used! The shower itself was about belly button high, so cramped and unusable for people like us who are only average height. Finally after she used the bathroom we were able to find someone who gave us new sheets! Even that was a fight! They tried to defend their horrible service before finally surrendering some new questionable looking sheets. Before all of this even happened, there was a problem when I I made the initial reservation, the date was wrong, and I needed to change it to the evening we arrived. They would not help at all to switch the date, and said they would help me get it figured out in the morning, After I booked a new room for that evening. but then, the next day I was told I would not get a refund for the wrong booking, because It was already a day late. So they lied lied to my face so they wouldn’t have to give me a refund. These people are running a scam and provide a terrible service in a disgusting building.

The room smelled moldy. The bedding had a cigarette burn.

Theroom was absolutely disgusting! Hair in the tub.floor was not vacuumed. Will never stay there again!

Very old and not clean at all. Could hear the people in the next room having a conversation and they weren’t even screaming. Went to check out in the morning and the front desk clerk had their head on the counter sleeping. Will never stay there again.

Water Damaged base of wall needs replacing Hot water in shower when turned on sounds like dying cow.

My fiancée and I stayed here to visit her family. The bed was not comfortable, the pillows were extremely flat as well. Whenever she took a shower the water would change to extremely hot and feel like it’s burning her. With all the 11 wifi none of them truly worked, other than that, it was an okay stay, especially in Concordia.

Faucets dripping. Floor sticky. Bed cleanliness questionable.

Cracked molding things falling off walls bad patchwork needed a coat of paint the bathroom shower curtain rod wouldn’t allow a curtain to stay in one place. It was sliding down. Looks like it was a bad patch job.

Hotel was extremely dated no updates in years! Carpet was worn! Husband tripped coming from parking lot to room had to call ambulance! No calls from management to see how he is!

Clean and nice bed for price. Very old furniture. Very thin blanket on bed. You get what you pay for!

Decor, paint and plumbing need a serious update.

I had a major leak in my room. Not sure where it was coming from, but it seem like its been there for a while.

No one at desk when I arrived. I rang bell and still stood there for 10 minutes waiting. When we got up to room the hot water didn’t work in sink. There was a lamp with missing light bulb, so an empty socket on a plugged in lamp. Water damaged ceiling and overall dirty look to the place.

My 4yr old daughter ending up forgetting her stuffed animals there and they went above and beyond for us by saving them up and then mailing them back to me. These guys are the best and deserve a raise for the amazing customer service they provide!!!!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The check in clerk was friendly

My busses card had an issue so they just canceled my reservation. When I tried to get in touch with the them - nobody answered the phone (I tried calling 4 times).

The rooms are not cleaned as they should be.. there was hair on the towels and the bathroom wall. There floors had not vacuumed, the cable wouldn’t work, it did for about 30 minutes. We left and came back and had nothing, the rest of the time. There are horrible water spots all over the ceiling, and there was chicken bones and trash on the floor. It was also very loud. Someone knocking on our room at 2:00 am and no one there.. would only allow us a 30 minute late check out. Owner is nice though!

A woman came out then to answer the phone. She needed all my info that I had filled out online (name/address/phone/cc#/car, etc.) In the room, the bed was comfortable. The toilet was making so much noise after flushing, we had to turn the water off. No plug on the cord of the bedside lamp. Easy chair was old and sweat-stained. Shower was just ok. Breakfast was meager. No fruit, no yogurt, no hot food, no waffles. Outside doors had chipped, faded paint, broken window taped over. Very disappointing.

Convenient to I70 and bed was comfortable.

Property and employees were great. Easy location to find. Easy access to highway. I recommend this location for your overnight needs.

Had a great night. Very quite inside of the hotel. You can hear the OCCASIONAL Jake brakes from the highway but it ain't that bad. Great experience will Def come back if I'm around here again

This hotel is a little dated but clean, and the staff was very nice. Slept very well despite being very close to the highway.

It is not the newest property out there, but was a convenient and welcoming place to put our heads on the pillows.

The staff was nice, the property is OLD. Very Old the toilets look super old everything looks very used and old. They had only Cereal and Mufffins for breakfast, pancake machine was broken. No fruits. Just plain Cinnabuns/muffins/cereal.

While I was sleeping the picture fell off the wall at 3 AM in the morning and landed on my face. Also the breakfast was not good.

This place is fine for a quick one night stay. The following night, we stayed at a different Days Inn and the difference was night and day. Concordia location was moderately clean, i was not comfortable walking barefoot on the carpet and the bathroom could use a good scrub. The breakfast in the AM was bread, muffins and coffee. I was shocked at the differences when i stayed at the next location the following night.

The Ice machine did not work well and the breakfast was far below average.
