Room had a few areas that needed some updating Pool was open snd clean.

Not handicap accessible

Hard to get in off interstate due to construction, very congested. Pool wasn't Clean or open yet, but its cover was off. Staff very friendly and room was clean, beds very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Staff very accommodating, I can’t do stairs well and didn’t know there wasn’t an elevator when booking. They upgraded me and gave me first floor. Very clean, spacious room. I would stay there again!

Stepping into the lobby felt like entering a time capsule – and not the charming, nostalgic kind. Think more along the lines of a forgotten attic from 1985. The absence of an elevator, a detail conveniently omitted during booking, turned the trek to my upper-floor room into an unexpected and unwelcome cardio session. The room itself? A masterclass in neglect. The air hung heavy with a musty, stale odor that stubbornly clung to everything. My eyes were then assaulted by decor that screamed "last renovation during the Reagan administration." Peeling wallpaper, threadbare carpets, and furniture that had clearly witnessed decades of questionable use completed the depressing tableau. And the bed! Oh, the bed. Describing it as "uncomfortable" is a gross understatement. It felt like sleeping on a collection of strategically placed rocks covered by a thin, lumpy excuse for a mattress. The warning not to use the blanket, offered by a staff member with a weary sigh, spoke volumes. I heeded their advice, but the chill in the room did little to improve my "rest." The towels provided felt like sandpaper, relics from a bygone era that had long since lost any semblance of softness. Their faded appearance suggested they were on their last, very rough, legs. Even the designation of my room as "non-smoking" proved to be a cruel joke, as the lingering scent of stale cigarettes permeated the air , need I go on?

The hotel was extremely clean, service was great, the pool was excellent. The only thing is the bed was very hard and they need umbrellas for the tables at the pool. But i will still give this hotel a 5 star rating. If i ever come back the area that is where i will stay again

I felt I got a great deal at this hotel. It is an older hotel but it was nice and clean. I was by the pool but still felt it wasn't too loud during the day with kids playing. I would stay here again even though I usually stay at newer higher tier hotels. I really, really couldn't beat the price and location.

Nice stay - pool was great, room was fairly clean, and staff kept the area around the property well maintained. Okay breakfast - coffee, waffles and cereal but not a whole lot to choose from. Good vending options and tv package.

Room was clean and smelt good, pool was super nice and relaxing, and there is close/convenient places to eat within walking distance. The bathroom seems a little rundown - ceiling dirty or moldy and saw the super tiny roaches just in the bathroom but nowhere else in the room - didn't bother me much considering I've seen much worse at places - just closed the drains at night and all was good. The bath towels were really soft and great vending options close by. The rooms were spacious and nice tv. The breakfast was okay - just cereal and waffles, but good hot coffee. Was a good stay and I'd stay again.

Clean spacious rooms. Nice clean swimming pool. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

I did not like anything about this property. I had to step over someone doing drugs on the stairs an when I turned on the light in the room cockroaches scattered. I left immediately and they still charged me for the night.

The rooms smelled like smoke, and they left food from another client in the room.

Sheets dirty washroom not clean. Headboards dust-full Broken toilet leaking water. Terrible breakfast, Only had cereal milk waffle and juice. Don’t waste your money at this place.

Woke up to small blood spots all over bed and bites on our body. Absolutely disgusted. We left early evening. Didn’t even stay the night.

The room had cockroaches and was dirty. Maid service came early in the morning and woke us up and never came back to clean the room.

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. Also, there was a very loud party going on till late in the night that was very noisy. Many people outside smoking more than just cigarette's. Staff was friendly.

The rooms are not cleaned properly, when I walked on the carpet barefoot my feet were filthy. The carpet was filthy, the bed sheets had a nasty crusty mess on it.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The first morning when housekeeping came by we requested clean towels & some toilet paper (there was very little left on a partial roll when we arrived). She initially refused to give more towels but after a few minutes of talking she agreed. Although she didn’t have them with her & had to come by almost an hour later to drop them off. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever attempted to sleep in. It was hard with springs poking out & had a large dip on one side. It was truly terrible. We had no remote to the TV which isn’t required but is expected. There was good water pressure but the shower head didn’t spray evenly. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay & you don’t really care about comfort at all, then this is the place for you. If you want to be able to sleep & shower, find a different place to stay.

Fair enough hotel nothing special. Only real complaint was the mattress. Very thin and not comfortable at all. And I’m not a very heavy person.

The front desk service staff was front desk service staff was wonderful and very courteous however, the disappointment that I had was my TV not working the entire time our two day stay. Now understanding electronics sometimes just go out. It makes sense that it’s no one‘s fault however, I expected some type of apology or compensation. When I called the 800 number a gentleman asked me so what do you want me to do about it? What do I want from this experience? Huh!? That was inappropriate because I’m expecting someone to tell me what they’re going to do about my inconvenience! Again, the staff on duty was very courteous so there’s no problem there. Even the gentleman tried to change out the remote for me to see if that was the problem but the 800 number that I called is what I had an issue with. The representative seemed like he was sleepy on the phone and Lethargic. This is the second Wyndham Hotel experience that I’ve had that didn’t go so well, although the first situation was more of a refund issue with a previous stay. It’s just not a good look, and I am second-guessing whether or not I stay at Another in the future. I do want to reiterate that the actual room was clean and convenient. Parking was wonderful. Staff was very nice however again don’t know if I’m gonna do this again.

Shower head needs to be replaced.

The property was nice. It felt safe and private. The lobby was clean and the staff was helpful. Breakfast is just cereal, toast and a waffle. The waffle was good. The coffee was good. My biggest complaint is that the bed was rock hard and really uncomfortable.

Although everything was adequate, the shower head was mounted terribly. There was no clock in the room, which would have been useful.

Traveling with my daughter and her family can be challenging at times as her son is disabled. Terrell at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate my entire family and make this stay not only easier but enjoyable. The rooms were clean, maintained, and accessible. Highly recommend this location to all travelers.

Everyone that worked there was rude but one lady that worked front desk!

The front desk person was so welcoming and kind and considerate, and when I came back from my second visit, he remembered my name and welcomed me in my room was ready and it met all my needs

Beds are in great need of replacement. The staff was not helpful. I was double charged by front desk and then told I wasnt. I decided to move on to a different hotel.

I was staying Fri-Sun. The sign in the lobby said housekeeping is available on an as needed basis, ok cool I needed the bed linens changed that Saturday I let front desk know before 9am she said housekeeping gets there between 9-9:30 cool. 2pm gets there no housekeeping ever came I contacted front desk they had me listed for housekeeping to come they were on the 2nd floor she’d text them to come. I asked a staff member passing by they said housekeeping was gone for the day and I could change my own sheets. Not a problem but that’s not what the sign says in the lobby. Also in order to get clean towels we had to take the dirty ones to the lobby. Sunday I asked housekeeping for a trash bag she didn’t speak English well but I understood I needed to get a trash bag from the lobby even tho she had some on her cart.

Very convenient location with plenty of fast foods nearby. It's not the Ritz, but very good accomodations for the price. There is a lot of road construction in the area, so driving can be a little confusing.

Convenient location for our needs

Entire town of Huntersville under road construction, it seems. Took 30 minutes to get back from the gas station across the street. Never again.

Terrible Construction Area, Restaurants in the immediate area were closed for inside dining. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff was very kind, courteous and welcoming.

The property is nice, the bed is comfortable and the staff is courteous. That’s a winning combination. There is some construction in the area so you have to be careful while driving and trying to get into the property but it is quiet

property was upto standards of 2 star motel. very quiet, no noisy neighbors. clean room. water in bathroom is at good speed. only 5 items for breakfast. i would definitely come back for the price around ~$55 range

I usually stay here while visiting NC. the pool is amazing , price is average. They only downside is that they said they provide breakfast, but the breakfast is horrible. A waffle machine that taste HORRIBLE. Syrup also from a machine, clearly promoting the company. Very limited options. Coffee machine also horrible. Worse coffee ever. No water. No ice. Only thing I was able to get was orange juice Also from a machine. So if u know just know there is no breakfast style set up. The good thing is that Waffle House is right in front of the hotel. Walkable distance.
