It’s an average place. It doesn’t really offer amenities. The internet was not good often dropping off causing us to overuse our 5G and run up our bill. The coffee is terrible like hot water and no real coffee flavor. It does have free access to a computer and printer and a nice little space to sit and work or use the computer. It also has a nice shelter outside with table and chairs and grills. It is an okay place for a short stay but we were there 2 weeks and it was not the most comfortable stay.

I would live in this place! While construction and the wooded location make it a bit difficult to find, this place is great. Complete studio apartment type room with a full size refrigerator and ice maker. Relaxing outdoor grilling area and close to major roadways and food. Everything seems new and pictures are accurate.

Very convenient to get to. Nice amenities in the room for travelers that need a full refrigerator and cooktop for extended stays. Check in staff were polite and accommodating. Dog friendly. Dining options a short drive away.

Very clean. However kitchen is not equipped, no glasses, no plates, no cutlery or utensils. No ice machine for travellers on the premises, must turn on ice maker in refrigerator in your room. Not convenient , luckily Our favorite coffee shop supplied ice for water bottles.

The agent was very nice. The lobby was messy. The room smelled like weed when we arrived. Bed had curly hair on it. But for the money, the hotel was good enough.

The room was very clean. The hotel is located close to a lot of stores and food. The only thing I didn't like was that there is a stench in the hotel, as if people smoke in the rooms. Freshening the air would add an even more pleasant experience.

I have stayed at My Place at several different locations. Both times I ran into issues with cleanliness. The first time was hairs in the bathtub, the second time which was at this location in Huntersville, we had to call for the sheets to be changed as there were blood stains on them. There was also a funky smell in the hallways. Our dogs were sniffing the carpets as well as the bedsheets, which made me think that they were not properly cleaned. Based on these two episodes, I would venture to say I will never stay at this hotel chain again.

The service was very good. Rooms are spacious and clean. The issue is that the hotel is located very close the Highway 77 and the road noise at night is terrible. Hard to get any sleep with the sounds of cars and roaring trucks.

Amazing stay. The Staff is very respectful and kind. Love how comfortable my room was. Wi-Fi is very fast. Great view of the trees also. I love it.

Never heard of the hotel before so it was a first experience and I was really surprised how nice and spacious the rooms were would definitely stay again…..only complaint is the beds are very firm to were I woke up and my back was hurting but I like softer beds

Room was more like a suite, and with added surprise features: a recliner, frig w built-in icemaker, glass top two burner stove. Also loved the easy to operate non-smart tv w high def screen. Comfy pillows. Loved the view of greenery and tall trees out the window. Very clean. Option of breakfast delivered to room. Do note: it is a full kitchen but there is zero kitchenware so bring or buy your own silverware, pots, plates, bowls, cups. Easy enough to do. Overall Loved My Place and will be back when I return to the area.

Overall it was pretty good. That bed was hard but the pillows were really soft. Service was good once she made it up there, but it took awhile. Everything else was really good so I would definitely come back.

We booked for two nights, we had to go home early so after first night we went to check out and let front desk know. They said we couldn’t get a refund for night 2. I called Hotels.com and they called the hotel and manager told them too bad so sad. I won’t type what I think of this hotel management.

The property itself and staff were very good, I put an average rating as we were there for 8 days and our room wasn’t cleaned once despite asking. We were given clean towels but the bin in our room needed emptying. Would stay again but the cleaning rota needs to be addressed.

The hotel itself was fine. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. The room was spacious with a kitchenette area with full sized fridge and microwave. The water pressure left a bit to be desired. The worst part was the other guests in the hotel. Particularly a couple arguing right next door with super loud yelling late into the night. I called the front desk three times. Each time they said they would do something but the yelling kept erupting again. It finally stopped at about 2:30 am. I was there with my husband and 6 year old son. It was scary and disrupted our sleep over and over again. I realize unruly guests are not the fault of the hotel, but I feel like more could have been done.

Getting to the hotel is a bit odd as the main driveway is blocked so you have to come up a side road by a sort of sketchy gas station. The hotel is nice, rooms perfect for feeling right at home. Would stay here again for sure

Property was exactly as advertised. Bed was decent - there is a kitchenette in the room if you need to cook for yourself. Staff was friendly and helpful. Quiet and clean place to stay right off the interstate. Not sure what other reviewers were worried about safety-wise. Parking lot is well-lit and the hotel is on its own "street" so there aren't any extra folks around except guests. Property backs onto the interstate and I thought it would be noisy but the windows are soundproof. Had a great night's sleep before we headed south to Florida.

Here for one night - the staff, room and hotel are excellent! Be aware that the front entrance has moved to the back of the hotel so if you are using GPS, the front entrance is no longer accessible. Also, because of that, the front entrance looks overgrown and unkept from the road. DO NOT let that deter you - this is a great hotel!

Everything spotless, staff super nice, room appointment wonderful Only drawback was construction doesn’t allow entrance in front of property. You need to follow past property and follow signs. Wouldn’t be good in the dark!

Upon arrival I was told fresh coffee was available 24/7, so after I checked in, I walked over to get a nice hot cup of coffee, yet out of the 4 canisters, none of them were hot. I was pleasantly surprised by the space and amenities in the room. Very welcoming. Nice lazy boy waiting for me! Bathroom is nice and modern. The bed however was not comfortable at all. Tossed and turned all night. Too firm. Might as well had slept on the floor. After not sleeping well, checked out (no breakfast served) and went to grab a cup of coffee on the way out (to help me since I was still really tired from lack of comfort) and guess what…. The same old stale coffee from check-in the day before…. There is a gas station next door, and food options in walking distance at the shopping center (however I wouldn’t walk at night as there is no sidewalk to shopping center and you have to walk along the busy street to get to the stores. For the price, the room and space is nice, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

We overnighted en route from Florida. While the kitchen is a nice perk besides the small detergent there was nothing else. A 2 burner stove, a frig, a full size coffee pot are great but there were no filters for coffee, no utensils, not a pan or a dish. I don’t get it actually. Plus my card wouldn’t let me in after 3 attempts to fix at desk. Beds were comfy, pillows okay. Plenty of towels. That’s all good. Quiet on 3rd floor. No breakfast. So.

We booked last minute in Huntersville NC. The cost was $95 per night so we werent expecting much, just a bed for the night. Boy, were we surprised! Very nicely decorated, impeccably clean. Even a small kitchenette for longer stays. Comfortable bed, very nice linens. Only drawback was no breakfast, but this morning saw a sign in our room that we could have ordered it, they will order from a restaurant, put it in the refrigerator and we could have heated in our room and eaten at the table in the little nook in our room. We are disappointed there isn't a My Place hotel at our next destination in Allentown, P A. An added bonus was meeting JoJo who was manning the front desk this morning. She was so friendly and outgoing, just a lovely lady, we enjoyed talking with her! Highly recomment this hotel!!

Nice newer place. Quiet and clean. Only negative was the lack of free breakfast. If I am going to pay for breakfast it will be a real breakfast at a restaurant. Other places at similar prices offer it.
