Pool and relaxing area

had the free breakfast that was ok. I have Tesla. Tried to plug it in and it did not appear to engage. The nozzle on the Tesla unit was different than I am aware of. I need to check with Tesla dealer to see if I did not understand something. The place is new and unit was reasonable.

Nice quiet room, but parking lot was full. I think there was a gathering going on so I'm guessing parking is usually better.. just a busy day I guess. Good location with Dunkin & JJ just across the parking lot. Right of Rt 77 so easy travel stop.

We loved our room. It was very clean and the kitchen area was perfect . When booking on Expedia the site the pool would be open during our stay but was not open. Pool was a deciding factor choosing this facility. Very disappointing.

The hotel was very easy to get to and free self-parking was close. It's located near shopping and restaurants. You can be in downtown CLT or other areas in 15 minutes but avoid the crowds after a day out. Staff was very friendly!

Gas vehicles parked on EV stations. Bed super uncomfortable. Breakfast disgusting.

The staff that we did see for the most part was great...they did close the bar area which made no since there was a family reunion going on alot of people was out of town and one of the staff said due to limited people in the hotel which was confusing. They have a great lounge area having a place to get food and drinks would have been a plus

Parking is minimal, clean room, a little mold in the shower

Pool was closed, drained and what little water was left was already green when we arrived. I was not aware that the pool would close midway through September even though the outside temp was still 90 degrees and sunny.

Check in was amazing staff friendly. Room was very hot took hours to cool off, Doritos on the floor near the bed. Didn’t look like it was inspected after cleaning.

The property was average. There was no carts, one CS agent for 6 waiting guest I got to our room, ther e was stains on the couch, black mold in the tube.& blsvk mod

Vomit left on the floor all night in the lobby, bugs in the room, extremely noisy over my head .

They need to use Clorox in the bathroom because there was mold in the shower and the noise from the street was constant at night

Friendly front desk staff. Location is nice, close to a lot of things. Overall room was not bad; however, I observed a live bed bug crawling in the bed. Later that day I had several bites on my arms and legs. Still waiting to hear back from the property and corporate. Would not recommend!

The property was beautiful! However, when I entered my hotel I noticed it was a lot of hair in the shower that didn’t get cleaned up at all. This hair was also all on the floors and in the bathroom too. Besides that everything else was nice.

Great stay! Our studio room was very roomy, comfortable and most importantly extremely clean. The staff was friendly. Good restaurant next door for dinner and complimentary breakfast at the hotel. Would stay again!

The location and easy access to main highways was a key factor for us, the staff provided us great service and the beds are 10 out 10, me and my wife have back problems and we truly enjoyed sleeping in their beds.

I booked a 3 night stay. I had to change rooms 3 times due to the heating not working in the 1st room. I called front desk to inform and The manager Gary said maintenance was not working on that day but he would send someone. I waited hours.No one ever came finally.I went downstairs to the front desk. I learned that the manager Gary had gone for the day. So I shared the issue Ihad with her, the young lady came up with me to the room to see the issue. She acknowledged the problem and suggested that I would need to switch rooms. So I had to pack all my things and move. Now in the second room the heating unit heated. I fell asleep but awoke at 6 a.m. My nasal passage was dried out and burning and I was having trouble breathing. I discovered the heat only worked for a while but was now blowing dry and cold like the A/C was on, and there was no way to turn it off. Even after pressing the off button the unit just continued to blow air. So at 6 a.m. in the morning I go down to the front desk to inform about issue. I was advised I would need to move to a different room again. The front desk person empathized and acknowledged that there were on going and known issues with the units. This is now the 3rd room. So for every day that I was there I had to pack up and move from one room to the next. What a Miserable stay! No form of compensation was offered. NO! I Do Not recommend this location until they do much needed maintenance/servicing to there heating/cooling units.

Issues with provided internet and tv services slow and non functioning at times

A/C wasn’t working when we moved in, it was showing ERR ( error). when complained, front desk guy said they are motion sensors and sent technician but nothing worked and had to sleep whole night without AC . When woke up midnight due to congestion then they swifter us to different r room but that AC would switch off in the early mornings

Stay was amazing! Location was awesome! I stayed in the King suite and I loved everything about it!

Would be 5 stars but the ac in our room would not work the final night of our stay. Temperature would not go below 76

Service was excellent and the hotel was nice. My only complaint was the frig was tiny and the AC wouldnt hold the room temp during the day. I also must admit that it was during a heat wave and my room was on the front side of the hotel which face the west.

We checked in at 8:30 on May 9 & the front desk guy was not friendly at check in. I asked him if he could provide us rooms next to each other he said he can’t. He was rude & didn’t care about our request. It was a family stay with 3 senior citizens and 2 children. Both rooms were in opposite direction. Moreover, the rooms he assigned us were not clean so we had to ask for different ones. Very poor service, never experienced anything like this before.

I arrived on 5/9/25 for check-in and I was told my reservation had been cancelled by the “system” and the property was oversold. After traveling 7.5 hours, I initially attempted to appeal to the guy at the front desk and explain that I was not contacted by the hotel and that my reservation was still active on my Expedia app. He was very dismissive and shrugged “thats the problem you booked through a third party,” as he carelessly handed my cards back to me without an apology or signs of empathy. He also said he had no contact information shared from Expedia to alert me of any issues. When I asked him to assist with finding other accommodations and a manager he replied “I’m it and there is nothing I can do.” He basically blamed me for booking through Expedia and failed to provide an alternative solution. Within 5 minutes, another customer was able to check in and get a room (I know this to be true because I actually know the person)…so much for oversold rooms!!! I became very upset and began to let him have it, it was only after that point when the other people in my travel group asked questions did he even attempt to “pretend” to call around for accommodations for me and my family. He was otherwise rude , dismissive and condescending. I travel to Charlotte very often but I will never book with this property again. I called the manager and left a message and have not received a return call, however I will escalate my concern to corporate.

This hotel is my go to in Charlotte.. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and the customer service at the front desk is awesome.

He was professional, friendly, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming — truly a great first impression. My room was spotless and modern, with a super comfortable bed that made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The walk-in shower was another highlight — spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. Although I don’t drink, I stopped by the bar and met Elaine, the bartender. She went above and beyond to create a custom mocktail just for me, and it was honestly one of the best drinks I’ve had in a while — refreshing and made with care. This hotel strikes the perfect balance of comfort, style, and hospitality. Huge shoutout to Demereo and Elaine for making my stay memorable. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to others!

Nice hotel. Staff was very unfriendly. If we talked to them they acted like we were an inconvenience to ask a question. I am in Charlotte frequently and there are other Marriott hotels close by

Showed up after a long day of travel to be told, “We have no room for you.” I showed the desk clerk our reservation confirmation and was told again, “We have no room for you.” After some back and forth (It wasn’t sinking in for me) the clerk said, “We gave your room away.” This was at 9:30pm. We were exhausted and now had no place to sleep. I’ve been a Marriott Bon Voy member for decades, military member, and am done! I switched to Hilton that evening (after finding a new hotel.

Loved my stay! Clean, kitchen was nice, and it was in a quiet part of town. I also liked that a restaurant was easily walkable, along with a Dunkin.

Good location no far from attractions r resturants

Close to shoppong outlets and dining. I thought there was an indoor pool. That was the only negative thing I can say about this property. Will return in the future.

We tried to get a drink at the bar but there was only one person and she was also cooking. They had a large group and hotel did not staff appropriately. Location was a little sketchy.

It was a very comfortable stay. The bed was comfy. I wish there was a bigger trash receptacle in the kitchen. Since it is a full size kitchen and we thoroughly used it. It was spacious enough and pretty clean. Nice price for the stay and amenities. P.S. breakfast was very nice on the weekend. Weekday’s breakfast was quite sparse.

The location of the property was good. The carpet in the room has an odor and the rooms are small. I didn’t like the fact that the property charges for breakfast.
