Property was clean though old and office was in a gasoline station!! Property was probably built in 1950's and was way over priced, $220 per night. Price may be indicative of the area in summer season but I will never stay in Silverton again if that is the case.

Our room (#8) was very clean and felt newly renovated. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The only problem was of the two sets of stairs to the second floor only one had hand railings making the one without railings unusable for and old guy like me which was inconvenient. Otherwise I would highly recommend the Triangle and would stay there next time I visit.

The room was basic but very clean. The bed was as hard as a rock. The towels were small, thin and needed to be replaced. There was no coffee maker in the room and the lobby convenience store that did have coffee wasn't open early. The back stairs were quite hazardous with badly ripped carpet and no hand rails.

They did a good job with cleaning and we were happy about that. Our room didn’t have a refrigerator, coffee maker or microwave. This motel has a gas station within the complex. So there is noise from loud motorcycles and trucks and the smell of gasoline. One last item, their coffee is probably the worst coffee I’ve ever had.

The room was very clean when we checked in and was kept that way by visits from housekeeping. No complaints regarding room cleanliness at all. The ads said continental breakfast provided but that was not the case! However the toilet paper holder was broke when we checked in and apparently previous guest(s) may have pulled on the holder to help get up from the very low toilet. Also it appeared that the very same thing could or had been used the ssme regarding the sink. It was fine except it appeared that it was doomed to the same condition as the toilet paper holder, it’s days were numbered! Also, Even tho TV was advertised as satellite TV we could only get 1 local channel. When we asked the manager about it she told us that she had called the provider but they hadn’t done anything to restore correct service. We didn’t believe her because the provider is usually very responsive in our personal experience where we live. Also, parking was minimal and even difficult to park fairly close on the street. We had stayed at the Triangle on a prior trip but we won’t make the mistske of staying there again.

Our two-bedroom suite was spotlessly clean and the daily housekeeping service was excellent. The kitchen had a full-size stove and refrigerator, a microwave and a drip coffeemaker with both decaf and regular coffee available. US 550 closed after we arrived, which wasn't a problem until two days later when we needed to leave but the management was very accommodating and pushed checkout time back a couple of hours so that we could be comfortable while we waited for the pass to open. Thank you very much! We will be back!

Location in Silverton is pretty good. While the bed and linens were very clean, the carpet and the room felt dirty. There was no faucet handle on our cold water, we only had hot water. The adjoining room with 2 beds had a door that could not close due to the bed being too long - no privacy.

Overall a great stay. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms with easy access to everything in town and the surrounding trails. Only thing to be aware of is that the walls are not insulated well enough to block sounds from adjoining room. Not overly loud, just be aware.

Staff was very helpful and the room was clean but not as advertised. We had no fridge, coffee maker or microwave as promised. They did bring us a coffee pot and gave us ice but some of our food had to be thrown out. Toilet leaked and the door knob to the bathroom was loose.

Staff was very unfriendly, breakfast was very interesting to say the least, they were out of everything, what little they provided. Was unable to get an extra shampoo, because of lack of knowing where they keep it. Ants in the room and lots of noise until the town got quiet. Had to have the windows open to cool the room down. No air conditioning. Would not stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of this room, including a full kitchen and a large bedroom. Everything was super clean. The girl at the front desk, Mariah, helped us secure a room previously at a different place in Silverton prior to Triangle, because they were full at the time. She works at a couple hotels and was a tremendous spokesperson for how nice everyone was to us in Silverton. I would stay at the Triangle again for sure!

Everything was really good except when we had the room next to us playing loud music for hours. We went to the front desk and they said that there was nothing they could do. So we had to listen to it for hours 2 nites in a row. Rooms were nice and really clean with good views of the beautiful mountains.

The place is an old motel and is overpriced for what it is. However, it was still one of the cheapest options in town, the rooms were clean, and the sleep was clean and comfortable. I feel like the owners should be reinvesting more into renovations and upkeep, but otherwise everything was ok. Even though the place is dated, it did not feel like a dirty roadside motel, and was quite cozy, the housekeeping is clearly doing their best. The area is spectacular. We would stay here again.

Great staff! Helpful, accessible, friendly. Replied to every request in a speedy and friendly manner. Free popcorn was a nice touch. Property is well cared for & very clean. Hot tub is wonderful. Breakfast was amazing - eggs cooked to order!! The only negative we had was the very limited viewing choices on the TV.

Rooms extremely clean daily and remodeled! Highly recommend it! Only grumble is continental breakfast not many options. When ask for more butter as it was empty, she said, “ No Mam, we do not have more butter?” It is located in a convenience store grocery/gas/food.

Prices are high because of the area. Property is just OK. Expedia stated breakfast was included but that was discontinued a year ago. There is no AC in the motel - Expedia should point that out. Room was a little warm and never did cool down even with windows slightly open. Mattress, pillows, furniture all second class. Towel and TP fixtures had fallen off wall and not replaced. I guess you need to spend $500 if you want a decent room in this area.

This motel could use a little love. Things are pretty run down for $250 a night. Swamp cooler was broken, lights flicker, no towel racks, tv got one channel, website says breakfast included but it is not, so if you are booking on Expedia or hotels.com just know BREAKFAST IS NOT included even though it says it is. Would stay again for $99 a night.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, as pictured. It had a mini-fridge, microwave, and sink. Breakfast was included. Too bad there was no AC, however the fan helped some. They made up my room after the first night even though I was only staying for 2 nights. Great service and great value. Recommended.

Good location. But rooms and property is tired. Breakfast was pretty much muffins and coffee. Otherwise meh.... Too much money, even for a tourist trap town..
