My first room smelled but the front desk staff was very helpful and offered me another room that was great. Buffet breakfast was smaller than other ones I have been to but it had everything you need. I definitely recommend getting a seaview room it is well worth the extra money. The hotel is in a perfect location and is easy to get to by car. The hotel gym is outdated and small but there is a nice steam room and sauna and a small cold pool inside. The hotel would benefit from some renovations - mainly removing the carpet and installing hardwood floors or tiles. The carpet makes it difficult to roll your luggage and it seems old and some hallways and rooms smell.

The hotel has a small outdoor parking lot protected only by a chain, without cameras. There is no possibility to charge an electric car. Although I announced my arrival with a dog, there was not even a bowl in the room. The SPA is for a total of 4 guests. The pool can fit maybe 6 guests as long as they don't move. The steam room is dangerously overheated with no possibility of temperature control. Breakfast is without choice and ends too early. Although the staff is friendly and good, choose this hotel only if you have no other choice. Comparison with the Armerun hotel is an insult to Armerun.

Very nice hotel central location. Parking nearby. Would not advertise having a pool when in fact it’s a hot tub as part of the spa area. Breakfast was great, service and hotel were very comfortable & as Hotel.com got room upgrade & bottle of wine

This is a 3 star masquerading as more. Staff is mediocre, breakfast is limited, NOTHING for people with allergies, omelettes on request came out burnt four mornings in a row - it was laughable. Location is good for port, catching the dumpy ferry, and walking into the lovely winding streets of town. The beds are fine. Don’t be taken in by the word “pool”. It’s a small indoor plunge pool for two and my daughter got an ear infection room from it. Stick to the sea and skip this hotel.

Bad parking situation. No parking spaces in front of hotel. Gate to parking lot closed. No bellboy or attendant on duty. Had to park in public parking across the street, which is not free. Staff did not care about this, just shrugged their shoulders. They showed up too late when we already paid for the other parking. Staff didn’t bother helping us with the suitcases when we were leaving. The young staff member just stared at us and behaved like he didn’t want to work there. He was very unhelpful and made us feel uncomfortable with his unfriendly staring.

Great location to old town. Walkable and plenty of food options around it. The staff here very friendly. Very comfy bed and modern bathroom. The breakfast was descent. They have a parking arrangement with the lot across in case you can’t get a spot in front which is the hotel’s. Same price.

El personal muy agradable y la ubicación excelente. Lamentablemente tuvimos un percance con la pieza que tenía muy mal olor por el desagüe de la ducha tapado. Nos tuvieron que cambiar de pieza a una sin ese problema pero con una vista muy fea, NADA de VIP. Estacionamientos abarrotados y estrechos, insuficientes para el tamaño del hotel. Lo demás muy bien. Precio un tanto alto para lo ofrecido….

The staff on the front desk and spa were super helpful to us, it really makes such a difference to the stay. The views from the room, especially the sunset, were spectacular. The room itself was perfect for us, so comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was great as well.

Great hotel in fantastic position in centre. Deluxe Room was amazing with both sea and city views. Reception and bar staff were very helpful and accommodating and helped us celebrate a birthday during our stay.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick! Wunderbar! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich war verkühlt und man stellte mir einen Wasserkocher fürs Zimmer zur Verfügung. Zum Frühstück gab es am Buffet erfreulicherweise auch Fisch. Auch beim Frühstück kann man den herrlichen Blick aufs Meer genießen. Die dunkle Einrichtung im Zimmer und im Bad sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Garderobehaken gleich beim Zimmereingang wären sehr praktisch. Das Fernsehen war durch wiederholte Empfangsstörungen etwas mühsam.

Great hotel in fantastic position in centre. Deluxe Room was amazing with both sea and city views. Reception and bar staff were very helpful and accommodating and helped us celebrate a birthday during our stay.

Conveniently located close to old town facing the sea. But neighbourhood is dirty, car park too small. Hotel is clean, but fitness area and pool serve just as an alibi as squeezed into some sqm. Halls have thick carpets swallowing noise and air conditioning is super smooth and silent. Rooms are clean but because of traffic on coastal street rather noisy. Breakfast is of minor quality and staff is constantly stressed. Be it because of shortage of room cards, parking problems or checkout. They start cleaning rooms noisily at 8 a.m. and terrorising guests 20 min before official checkout time too guarantee deadline is not missed by a second.

We have an amazing stay at a good location just across the sea. But the weather was bad, there were rain, hail, and hose. It was good to see those natural things from our window. I dont think any place safer than this hotel in the old town since electricity has gone and come again in a minute. The breakfast was delicious with an espresso serving by the lady in the breakfast room.

The hotel was very good. We only stayed the one night as we were taking a ferry the next morning, but we had a great night's sleep (the room was quiet, bed large and comfortable) and a lovely breakfast.

This Hotel is amazing - the fixtures and furnishings in the rooms and hotel bar/restaurant are top quality. The location is fabulous and worth paying for the sea view. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This is a 3 star masquerading as more. Staff is mediocre, breakfast is limited, NOTHING for people with allergies, omelettes on request came out burnt four mornings in a row - it was laughable. Location is good for port, catching the dumpy ferry, and walking into the lovely winding streets of town. The beds are fine. Don’t be taken in by the word “pool”. It’s a small indoor plunge pool for two and my daughter got an ear infection room from it. Stick to the sea and skip this hotel.

Great location to old town. Walkable and plenty of food options around it. The staff here very friendly. Very comfy bed and modern bathroom. The breakfast was descent. They have a parking arrangement with the lot across in case you can’t get a spot in front which is the hotel’s. Same price.

This was a lovely hotel in a lovely town. We had a corner room on the second floor with dramatic views of the town and the sea. The location is so convenient for anyone traveling by bus who doesn’t want to transport all of their luggage all across town, but still wants access to the beautiful and historic city center.

Updated, clean hotel conveniently located to wonderful things, and priced well. Our room had a water view, which we thought would be wonderful BUT the hotel is on a busy corner and it was noisy with traffic and people at the gas station across the street. Steam and sauna nice touch!
