Overall everything went fine during our stay. The frontbdesk at check in wwas wonderful. The rooms have been updated. The air-conditioning hasn't the best. The room definitely needs a deep cleaning; floors, room corners, dusting of everything and around the furniture and beds needs to be cleaned under. The bedding was clean and mostly comfortable. The property was quiet and clean. The pool looked inviting but we didn't use it during our stay.

Stayed for two nights. Paid for 3. Air conditioner let off a stale smoke aroma. Bed spread had rip and burn marks. Temperatures reached high 90s and both ice machines were broken. We had to travel to another hotel for ice. Very run down. Pool had only 1 loung chair that was ripped. Will never stay here again.

The housekeeping employees were excellent and friendly but the rest of the employees were rude, slow, and seemed upset whenever they had to interact with customers. Each day, the breakfast ran out quickly, the tables were dirty, the garbages overflowed, and no one was around to fix it. In both rooms that I booked, the TVs were broken. The pool was nice.

Nice renovation, friendly staff. Quiet concrete walls absolutely no noise which is so rare in hotels!! My only complaint would b the shower curtain had mold on the bottom and no hooks in the bathroom to hang things. Otherwise very clean comfortable stay. I would definitely stay again. Pool was super clean !!

Check in/check out-very easy and didnt take too long. Every staff member we talked to provided good customer service! Room-We got a non-smoking room but our comforter had burn marks on both beds and it smelled like smoke the whole time. The sheets had dark spots and there was a nasty stain on the bed skirt. Pool-area was small but okay. There were only 4 plastic chairs and one lounge chair for guests. Luckily the family that was using them left as we were getting there but they should definitely have more available. Breakfast-6-9 typical complimentary breakfast. They were out of several things by 8. Overall I know it could be worse but I just felt like the quality part of the name was sub par. Honestly feel like it should be cheaper to stay there but glad I had a place to stay while I was in town.

This "remodeled" motel smells like a casino. So while we had a non-smoking room, it definitely didn't smell like it and all of our clothes held that smell. I think by "remodeled" they meant that they painted the walls and put new bathrooms in. The room was clean but I left with that slight sore throat feeling of a casino where people smoke....

Very clean room...comfortable bed...and the complimentary breakfast was unexpectedly good..waffle maker...cereals...fruit...fruit juice...eggs...sausages...and a variety of breads to chose from...fresh coffee was also a plus.Will stay here again on our next visit!

Furniture dirty and old. Roaches found in room. Charge a security fee for what not sure. Not one thing extra special about this place. No towels had to have housekeeping come after we checked in

Mildew on wall over bathtub. Mildew on bed skirt around bed. Blood stain on bed sheet. Not good at all. The o e saving grace was the night shift employee. He came to the room and immediately changed our room. That room was much better. The only problem was that the first room should have not been rented in the first place. Poor🙁

If you like paying for early check in, only to wait 30 minutes for your room to be ready, this is the place for you. Loved how the bathroom door gets stuck shut and the room door needed to be kicked open every time we entered the room. The A/C was so loud I could barely hear other guests arguing.

The worst experience thus far. I booked my stay via Expedia. However, when I checked in, I was not informed about an early check-in fee. Particularly, when I asked about it. In addition, I received a call early in the morning from the front desk agent regarding a check in fee. Expedia intervened as well as the manager. Ultimately, the manager apologized for the inconvenience and the misunderstanding Into the equation, I extended my stay via Expedia. However, once again, the following morning, I receive a phone call from the front desk (the same agent) who stated that if I extend my stay with Expedia, then I would have to leave the room and check back in during check out time. The front desk agent wanted me to check in with the company directly. Expedia intervened again. Ultimately, I checked in (again) directly with the company, only to receive hostile and unprofessional behavior from the same front desk agent I strongly do not recommend the Quality Inn due to their deplorable display of corporate social responsibility

They canceled my reservation before I got there , stating they could not get a hold of me. When I never was called. The manger was rude when I called the next day to make sure I would set my money back because it was paid for already. Ended up talking to cooperate, still not resolved. I will never use a quality inn again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, and the beds were quite comfortable. Breakfast was well prepared, although the sausages were not to my liking, as I suspect they were turkey not pork. Overall, my experience was pleasant, and I will be inclined to visit Quality Inn on future travels.

Overall nice experience for a budget hotel. Cigarette holes in sheets or comforters could be an issue as well as thin towels. Nice breakfast but the biscuits were stale.

Let them know I was checking in late, no problem checking in. Main door was hard to open. Bathroom door was very hard to close completely. Room was clean and simple to operate heat/ac. Breakfast was good the first morning, we barely made it in time but it was still well stocked and good. The next time was terrible. The sausage gravy was like soup the biscuits were as hard as rocks and the coffee was made incorrectly and way too strong (not enough water).
