Great place to stay in Great Falls, conveniently located for not only Benefis Hospital & Great Falls Hospital medical patronage, but minor league baseball Great Falls Voyagers attendance, as well. Voyager Stadium baseball is 2 1/2 miles straight north, an easy commute on one-way streets both ways. Stayed here for 6 nights on a minor league baseball trip in June. Very soundproof construction between floors, etc. This is 4 blocks south of the main drag 10th Ave, in a medical building area, so the surroundings are quiet as well. Cleanliness is above par. Coin laundry machines on site for the longer stays. Hot breakfast in the lobby each day with reasonable hours. Complimentary coffee provided in the lobby all day. Front desk staff were all courteous and top notch. Great accommodations for any fellow baseball fans in town for a few games.

Staff was really great! Room was clean beds pretty comfortable. The gym had well maintained equipment & lots of cleaning supplies but it was in the basement & dark which is a little creepy for a woman. You did have to have a key from the front desk do at least they knew I was down there.

Nice hotel, slow elevator (and only one, for 4 floors) but everything was clean and worked well. I am always amazed at the hotels that have above average furnishings, except for the Dollar General shower head, which this place has. We arrived at 3:00, turned on the A/C unit and at 5:45, went out to eat. When we came back the unit was off and wouldn’t come back on. We were offered the room next door. Would stay here again.

New facility right next to hospital but quiet as a tomb. Clean comfortable room, great bed and very friendly staff. Fitness room in the basement but you need to ask for the key at front desk. Perfectly adequate breakfast with warm and cold choices. And you can’t beat the reasonable price.

Situated on a quiet residential street behind the hospital. Older but very neat, clean and welcoming. Friendly staff. Our room was spotless! Breakfast room nice & cosy. Basic breakfast, enjoyed waffles.nice art & plants in lobby. Our room was nice but bed needs to be replaced. Good stay-would return-great value!

Top sheet on my bed was missing. Last day, when stripping the linens (per instructions before checking out), I found the top sheet stuffed at the foot of the bed. I questioned the front desk staffer whether I ever had clean sheets on the bed, but she didn't believe my experience. Be sure to check the room thoroughly after arrival.

Great area, close to everything. Pleasant staff. Comfortable bed. Bathroom should have been cleaned better. Overall clean but a lot of the small items or areas were dirty. Hair dryer, vents, etc.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and welcoming. My room was very clean as well. The only issue I had was the obvious age of the mattress. You could actually see the dips in each side of the bed. When I lay in the middle I would roll down to one side or the other. Needless to say, I did not get much sleep.

This is the second time we have stayed here, because we liked it a lot. It is quiet, spacious, and very clean. It's in a great location and has well-maintained grounds and a great area to walk our dog. This time, however, the staff was not very friendly when checking in. Not hospitable. When checking out, we had a person who was more friendly, thank goodness. But we would stay here again.

Everything about this hotel and area was just ok. We had trouble finding a satisfactory place to eat, had trouble finding the falls that were supposed to have been in the area, room was ok, staff was ok, but the luggage cart we used apparently had a tire losing air because it was extremely difficult to maneuver. When we told the front desk person about that, she seemed to have blown it off, and it was right back out at the door next time we left. Definitely would not stay there again and would not recommend it.

The bathroom sink didn’t drain The TV would not connect to the cable box. The only soap was a bathtub pump, no soap at the bathromm sink. It was obvious when we called the staff about the sink, we were not the only patrons to have similar problems. We were instructed to pull the stopper up and it would drain. We told them we preferred not to put our hands in gray water to pull an umproperly positioned stopper. In a loud, condescending voice, the manager said 'she would glove up and put her hands in our dirty water to pull the stopper. The television never worked. And as mentioned above, there was no soap to use at that stopped up bathroom sink. I wouldnt have written this review, but after being treated in the manner I was, I think folks shoild know about the room conditions, and more importantly the staffs attitude.

I stayed at this property a second time this summer because the staff is super friendly and efficient. The property itself and rooms are well maintained. The lobby is very welcoming. Coffe is always availabel. The breakfast options are good. The location is about 15 minutes from the airport. When I visit this area again next year I plan to stay here again.

This hotel is tucked away by the hospital in a very quiet community but very close to amenities. Our room and the whole hotel were exceptionally clean and quiet! It offers you everything you want for a reasonable price. The breakfast is continental. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is very clean and flooring is in excellent condition. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s located next to the hospital and medical center, and my impression is that some guests have stayed here multiple times. The only negative is potential noise from helicopter, otherwise it is very quiet.

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. First off the room was comfortable with all amenities. The shower was good, pillows soft and bedding just right. Service at front desk was quick and efficient. Breakfast was REAL eggs not like the powdered eggs you see elsewhere and pure fruit juice (not watered down). Overall it was the best decision to stop here on our way home.
