Gem Riverside Hotel Hoi An

Room was spacious, balcony, very clean, beautiful view of the pool. Reception was friendly and helpful.

The staffs were all kind and helpful! Ask them something and they're always ready to help and suggest the best place to go. They really made the place worth coming back in the future. Hotel itself is located in a convenient location as it's close to ancient town. And definitely so flexible! Was so glad we could leave our luggage behind to grab dinner, even tho we already check out.

Friendly staff and clean.

The hotel staff was so incredibly supportive and helpful during our 3 night stay. The room was large and comfortable and the area felt very quiet and safe. You can see the area around the hotel is still recovering from the flooding but that didn’t affect our experience at all. We are the epitome of showing up without plans so meeting Ruby at the front desk was delightful! She helped up book day trips, shows, dinners and massages! We loved every minute at the Gem and would definitely stay there again!

Amazing hotel with friendly and helpful staff who made you feel at home. Due to flooding, it was a bit of a challenge to get in/out of the hotel at times but the staff were ready with options to help and ensure guests safety. Thank you for a lovely stay!
