The breakfast was sooo good. The room was nice and robes and slippers were a wonderful touch. I was disappointed that they didn’t have a pool and the hot tub is in the spa that they make you pay for. Now the area was great a lot of nice restaurants around and have great food!

We booked the sauna/steam room/hot tub circuit but no one told us that the sauna was out of service, the thermostat in the steam room was broken and the hot tub wasn’t hot. Most disappointing of all is that they didn’t even respond to me after I let them know.

This is a beautiful Colonial mansion with multiples atriums, gardens and fountains. Property has a restaurant and they offer full board. Location is perfect and very walkable. I had some noise issues in my room and the staff kindly gave me an upgrade to a different room. The personal of the hotel was beyond the expectations. The hotel has a spa and multiple terraces with lovely views to Antigua and the Volcanos. I would stay again for sure!

The hotel public spaces are nice. Check in was seamless with the front desk employees being polite. Our deluxe room was small - however the king size bed, with crisp bedding was really comfortable. The room was really clean - no concerns here. We booked this hotel for the spa and jacuzzi. It was disappointing to learn we could not use the jacuzzi unless a spa package was purchased. Breakfast was included with our stay - the food and service was spotty. If we booked this hotel again, we would pass on the extra cost to include breakfast. The location was ok, less then a 10 minute walk to the city square area. In closing - the hotel is nice but will likely try a different hotel on our next visit to Antigua.

We had an incredible time at our stay. The hotel is even nicer in person! So charming! The staff always friendly and attentive. Our room was gorgeous! Jocelyn was a great housekeeper who always made sure our room was immaculate. We can’t say enough great things about Los Pasos! Can’t wait to return!

It\'s good overall. 9.5 points But let me mention about the hot water. My family took shower in the night and also in the morning. Sometimes the had the hot water but sometime no. Just very cold water, not even "warm" water. I stayed in the bathroom wait "warm" water for almost 20 minutes. (maybe because the high peek of using water) I recommend the management need to fix this issue.

Overall the hotel is really beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and there was one bartender who was amazing! She was very kind, informative and went above and beyond to deliver great service. The negatives - we barely had hot water during our stay. One of our rooms the water pressure was very low and cold. Even after leaving it running it was still cold. The hotel was pricey to not have running hot water. Also added amenities were expensive - you can book massages and tours on your own elsewhere for a better price. Overall it was still beautiful, and hope they can fix the hot water so we could stay there again

The front desk service was horrible. The staff acted like I was inconveniencing them whenever I needed assistance. My room had a strong mildew smell, and the sheets were damp. Instead of addressing the issue, they tried to cover it with a heavy oil scent. When I asked to change rooms, they wanted to charge an additional $55 per night. They did not honor the VIP access benefits, and the safe in the room was not functioning. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay and I would not recommend this property.

Es un hotel muy lindo , de gran arquitectura , sin embargo en mi caso la habitación que me tocó si era bastante pequeña, aunque pude ver que tienen habitaciones más grandes , el baño si le falta una pequeña renovación en la ducha, pero de resto el hotel es muy bonito, el personal súper amable y servicial

The hotel is beautiful and the room too. Everything is well kept. It’s nice and quiet. Very clean. I only gave it 4 stars because the room was hot. It made it hard to sleep. There is an air condition unit in the room but it’s in an area that does not cool down the room. The bathroom has no ventilation and the bathroom stays really hot all day. We had to make sure the bathroom door was closed all the time so it wouldn’t get the room even hotter. We’d leave on the AC hoping to return to a cold room but the cleaning crew would turn it off after cleaning our room. So it was a little frustrating in that part.

It’s a nice property very delicate and beautiful but if you are paying the extra money to stay in a room with ac I’d just save the money, my ac never worked right for 3 nights I had them look at it and all they would do is say it was the settings set wrong which wasn’t the issue

The location was great for exploring the city on foot, and it was nice to have a restaurant on site with a wide variety of drink and food options. However, bells were set off every morning at 6:00, 6:30, and 7:00 - we were not prepared for this, and had difficulty sleeping. The staff were somewhat helpful, but when I tried to set up a shuttle to pick us up from the Guatemala City airport, they didn't respond after initially setting it up and providing our information. Because of this we had to find a ride at the airport, which was an inconvenience.

The hotel was excellent in every aspect you can think of. Customer Service was outstanding. The restaurant was awesome in providing everything we needed and housekeeping was also excellent and we highly recommend it. We will come back again because they treated us like family and not like customers 😃

The hotel is lovely and would have gotten a 5 star review, expect 800 quetzales were taken out of my suitcase in the room. Hotel was nice and clean and has a really beautiful architecture and design, however front desk customer service was poor as well as some of the restaurant staff. We informed them about our VIP membership and no perks were given to us!!! The hotel restaurant was ok, my toddler spilled a new juice on the table and we were still charged for a refill when a glass cup was given to a toddler, also staffing attentions at the restaurant was horrible, late service, forgotten items and ignored.

The staff in the hotel were responsive and quite helpful when answering our questions. The hotel is quite lovely and our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. On a somewhat busy street but once inside you don’t notice the street noise. The breakfasts were authentic and delicious. Great coffee! Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

The location was great for exploring the city on foot, and it was nice to have a restaurant on site with a wide variety of drink and food options. However, bells were set off every morning at 6:00, 6:30, and 7:00 - we were not prepared for this, and had difficulty sleeping. The staff were somewhat helpful, but when I tried to set up a shuttle to pick us up from the Guatemala City airport, they didn't respond after initially setting it up and providing our information. Because of this we had to find a ride at the airport, which was an inconvenience.

This hotel was amazing! Not only was it beautiful, the staff were some of the nicest staff I’ve encountered. They were accommodating and helpful and it was really the small touches that put this property over the top. For example they provided a little keepsake on our pillow at night, they hold the car door open for you, great you warmly. There are a lot of beautiful spaces to gather, a rooftop observation deck, rooftop terrace/dining area, a wine cellar, the bar, spa, and other little nooks and crannies along the way. It is also very clean and you can tell by the number of staff maintaining it that the appearance matters to them. The hotel is about 15 min-17 min walking to most sites so it’s a little further out but it is well worth it.

The property is beautiful, the room was spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed being a 10-15 minute walk from all the things to do in Antigua which made it quiet in the mornings and nights.

I stayed at Los Pasos for 3 nights with my family including two children and we loved our time here. The room very pretty, comfy, and well-equipped and the grounds were also beautiful. Included breakfasts at the restaurant and (paid) drinks on the roof terrace were fantastic. The location is very convenient.

We had a wonderful experience. We know a lot Antigua hotels, and can say due to our various experiencies that Los Pasos is outstanding in many ways. Since we booked the proporty, they solved a mistake (my mistake) in a friendly and fast manner. The staff is very friendly and well trained. The food is delicious and original. They have a lot of original choices for breakfast. Looking forward for another stay.

Loved the sthetics of the property, rooms, spa and wine cellar were very nice. Wasn't impressed with the restaurant. Food always arrived cold, coffee was a bit weak (for a coffee growing country I expected it to be better) Best breakfast choice was the avocado toast eventhough they could not poach eggs that come with it for some reason, instead we got our eggs scrambled! I got the impression that the hotel was short-staffed. Our last breakfast there took nearly 45 minutes and I could not book a massage because they only had one massouse working at the time. Highly recommend the 5 sense spa treatment

I’ve stayed in this hotel before and everything went well, we’ve been coming for the last 3 years, therefore I’ve recommend it to friends and family. However this time the experience regarding customer service, staff and restaurant service left a lot to desire. The restaurant took forever with the food, it was lacking flavor, the waiters were not polite nor friendly, overall the experience was not the greatest which is a shame since the hotel itself it’s super pretty and the rooms are great but with that experience it makes me doubt if I’ll ever come back again or if I would recommend it again.

Amazing experience! The staff were amazing, the breakfast was DELICIOUS (not your basic continental breakfast) real food! The staff passed by everyday to our room to give us little gifts. There are so many areas to take pictures. I would definitely come back and for sure recommend it!
