This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a while. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The pool area is small but has lovely views. And the staff were extremely helpful and friendly! A great choice for a city break in Seville.

The hotel is perfectly positioned in the old city area a short walk to bars/cafes/restaurants and all of the principle monuments but not so close to be disturbed by traffic or bar noise. The hotel is easily deserving of 5 stars, both the staff and facilities. The terrace restaurant is superb and used by non residents and residents alike so worth stopping by even if for just a cocktail. The staff could not be more friendly and very respectful and professional across the board. Parking is available off site, and it is valet parked for you so can drive up to the hotel to unload and returned at the end of your stay.

The staff are really friendly but lack professionalism on dietary requirements. Although cleanliness of the sleeping and bathroom area and generally overall was good the room with a hot tub was disappointing as the water had an awful stench and we were unable to tolerate it to even get in, as it caused my skin to be irritated by just testing it on my hand. Breakfast was nice but not we had a few mishaps by being served food that we don’t eat even after notifying the staff of our prohibited diet. But overall lovely hotel in the central part of the city. Making it easy to reach most places on foot.

We booked this property at last minute, and we were very nicely welcomed and accommodated. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was very large and had a private patio. We were only staying one night and it was a bit chilly, so we didn't use that feature. The room was very clean with nice amenities. We liked the separate toilet from the rest of the bathroom. The double sink was also very nice. The linens, towels and bed were very nice. Some small updates would make a big difference. The only thing we had an issue with was the placement and functionality of the very large television. You could not tilt it to view from the bed and the remote control didn't work. We did get new batteries, but it still didn't work properly. It seemed like a smart TV and had the "casting" option, but it didn't work. Not a big deal for some, but it is for us. It was fine for us for one night. Again the staff made the experience an exceptional one.

This is a great location, you must avoid the rooms on the first floor, we had to move and pay an upgrade fee even though we are Gold with expedia.. The deluxe rooms are small and our first room had window with just views of the internal walls of the hotel.

The hotel is very nice and very conveniently located. The staff was very accommodating. The room was very comfortable, and we got the pillows we requested which made our night sleep so comfortable. The only thing that we found peculiar was that the room we booked was nothing like in the photos. First we were offered this room that had as a ‘balcony’ the bottom of a well. That is, a space on the first floor that extended all the way to the top of the building, like the bottom of a well. The room we were switched to was very nice but had no balcony, as shown in photos when we books the room. We were told that the specs of the rooms with that denomination are not quite the same. All in all, while we did appreciate the comfort of the hotel and the kindness of the staff, we did not appreciate being deceived in booking a room.

Seul bémol, nous avons réservé sur trois nuit la suite junior avec jacuzzi, les prestations visuelles de la chambre sont la, la vu sur l’alcazar parfaite. Par contre chose qui n’est pas précisé par l’hôtel ! C’est que celle merveilleuse chambre au r+3 de l’hôtel, chambre 301 est situé sous ! Le restaurant de l’hôtel et après une grosse journée de visite entendre sans discontinue les mise en place des tables, les approvisionnements puis les clients puis le redressages des tables et le ménage jusqu’à des heures impensable est une horreur !! Une chambre facturé ce prix là ne doit pas pas imposer sa à ses clients Juste pour ce point nous ne conseillons pas des chambres ( suite )

As five star hotels go this one was not amazing To explain the staff were 5 star bathroom was 5star location also however the bedroom left a lot to be desired Yes I booked the entry level room at over €300 per night for room only! and got a room that was described as internal The website said all premium rooms had a city view Our room had no windows .it had a sliding door to a tiny outdoor space that if one looked up the sky was visible and it felt really claustrophobic As for breakfast at €23 per head this was poor value The buffet was sparse and the to order menu which seemed good on paper was not good quality The pancakes were very grainy and bland There was almost no fruit available even at 8 am The choice of cold cuts was uninspiring Other Vinci hotels that I have stayed in were a much higher standard

We wanted to book this hotel for 3 people. For some reason, the settings changed after I typed it in, and it was actually booked for 2 people. We figured this happened for another hotel a few days before, so we called Expedia and Unuk to clear things up. Unuk told us we had to upgrade to a suite which was more than double the price that we had originally booked the room for. We had just missed the cancellation deadline, so they were completely not flexible. As we were figuring things out, they charged my credit card over 24 hours before our check-in time. They had specifically told me that we would be charged upon arrival, but the clerk told me he was afraid that we'd cancel so he charged us. I was very upset, as they kept telling me that I could not cancel or modify my reservation since I missed the cut-off per their policies, but they went against their own policies and charged me ahead of time. When we got there, everyone was nice, but I was very upset about the way they run their business.

WOW!! Loved every second of our stay here. The entire staff was so professional and attentive, it truly made the experience. Rooms are beautiful with lovely amenities including the shampoo, conditioner, and complimentary water bottles every day. Don’t forget to have the breakfast!! Wonderful servers in the restaurant as well. Couldn’t have picked a better location for first time visitors. Would recommend 10/10 and would stay again without hesitation!!! :)

De premier abord en regardant la petite rue où il se trouve ce n'est pas très engageant. Mais je dois dire que l'intérieur est sympa, le personnel est aux petits soins, les petites attentions chocolatées sont une decouverte de goûts, le restaurant en terrasse offre une belle vue sur certains monuments mis en valeur par leur éclairage le soir, l'hôtel est proche de toutes les commodités, les monuments , la cathédrale. The hotel is a modern and nice, offering good in-room amenities, clean and comfy. However our room (we booked more expensive J. Suite on a top floor) appeared not to be on a top floor, but had a bar/restaurant right above our heads. This caused noise until late night. Restaurant needs more professional approach to work on the dishes and their look, as well as the bar. Food and cocktails are soulless. Should the hotel improve those things, it might be one of the best in Seville.
