Well when we got here for our conference came from Calgary! The room was a king size bed no queens, we went to the room and there was a noise coming from somewhere they changed our room to another but was asked to keep all our belongings in the room! When I came back to the old room with our stuff and the door was open! Not impressed! So how long was it opened? Don’t know! We used the hot tub and it was disgusting we had to clean before we got in! Called the manager and he came and looked and said it was cleaned earlier that day! Then we wanted the Jets and they didn’t work either! Over all not impressed!

Jacuzzi wasn't working and ice machine on the 3rd flood wasn't working either. Temperature in Pool Area was under average temperature (so cold), water in a pool was also cold.

Was not impressed with thr hotel in general. The staff were friendly. Thats about it! Shower in room was dirty. Pool and hottub wete dirty. We had to clean ourselves before using. The hottub was the worst. Hair floating in it. Dirty on sitting ledge abd floor. Upper jets in hot tub were not working. I dont think the filtration system was working. By far the worst hotel ive stayed in this year. Would not recommrnd!!

Gas cap was stolen off my vehicle while I was sleeping, told the staff and found out there is no surveillance on the parked vehicles on hotel property. Manager made it clear that they are not liable.

Advertised Pool and Hot Tub but down for “maintenance for a month”. No heads up and not on website. Business center listed as out of order but being used for storage. Breakfast was sub par. Managers were no where to be found on Thursday or Friday and off on the weekend. Could have had the same stay at a Motel 6 for half the cost!!!

Love the pool hours and breakfast hours. Did not like that there was no “hot” option for breakfast for some reason. There was still lots of choice and the make your own waffle but all of that was carbs and sugar. I didn’t like that the back door from the parking lot was broken and you could get in with out a key, made it feel very insecure with the elevator right there and also not requiring key.

Currently under renovation which is needed. We were unaware at time of booking that the hot tub/pool would be closed, this was not an issue for us but would be had we had our kids with us. Overall would stay again

Front desk staff was super friendly and willing to keep pool open later as we didn’t get checked in till close to pool closing time and had to leave before it opened. Husband and son did go for a swim and the pool needs some maintenance/upgrades. Bedding was noticeably dirty but thankfully we brought our own blankets and pillows as we needed to get to sleep ASAP.

If you like barking dogs in the hotel, want to know exactly what your neighbor is talking about and have hair in your tub, highly recommend. I will say that the front desk and cleaning staff were great.

Staff helped us get change for the laundry (sign said they would, so nothing surprises here) Found a previous guests underwear on the floor next to the bed, so attention to cleaning the room before we arrived could have been better.

We always like the spaciousness of a Hampton room. However, staff and management seem to be unaware of things that should be attended to. The SINGLE armchair in our room was old, worn and uncomfortable. Why, in a Hampton? The desk chair simply wouldn't adjust, requiring two pillows on it for a short person to even reach the desk surface. Finally, there seemed to be no way to adjust either the temperature or the fan speed of the Amana wall air conditioner; noisier than expected, and not the temperature we would have preferred. Again. staff and maintenance should have been aware of this issue. Other than those minor things, it was a great stay at a Hampton, as usual.

I booked one night at the Hampton for a work trip because the hotel I was originally booked into was disgusting. Hampton may be a little more expensive but it is consistent. I’ve stayed in numerous locations in two countries and they’ve all been the same: clean, comfortable, friendly and warm. I am never disappointed and probably won’t bother with other hotels if there is a Hampton nearby. My room at this location was massive, the breakfast was tasty and warm, coffee was available at all times, they enforce a strict quiet time. Excellent.

Toilet didn’t work properly not a good smell in the room old and needs a refurbishing. Instead of the price of $256 a night they took off a $100 a night . Would not stay there again .

Room was not ready on arrival, room was dark, rooms were dated and very noisy could hear everything in hallways, next door and above you. Breakfast was cold. Not excately a nice area to walk in evenings or early mornings, far from most stores and grocery stores

I booked this place specifically for the hottub option and there was no notices to state it was out of services until after we checked in which due to weather was after 3 so they said to cancel the booking would cause a fee to cancel it. There was no discount for lack of services. And the front end was short and kinda rude about it! The shower pressure is weak and the shampoo and body wash was empty. So disappointing will not be back

We arrived just as the property was cleaning up from a flood on the main floor. Despite the equipment, workers, and noise, the staff remained cheery and helpful. Kudo’s to anyone who had to work in that situation and still kept a smile on their faces! Breakfast wasn’t affected as they arranged for us to eat in another room. Food was plentiful with an array that would please anyone. The front desk had cookies and coffee all day, a nice treat after a long day shopping. the rooms were clean and spacious. I could have used an extra blanket as the beds are just made with a sheet and a comforter. I wasn’t cold, but I missed the weight of a blanket. I found the beds a bit hard, but that’s just personal preference, I still had a great sleep. We had an accessible room and the bathroom was well equipped with safety bars, a removable shower head, and an extra wide door. I was able to move freely throughout the room with my walker with no problem. This was not our first stay here and will not be our last.

Needed a place near Red Deer/Slyvan Lake that was easy to get to and from. It fit the bill. Breakfast was okay. Check in and out were quick and easy. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Pillows did the job but I’ve had better. Restaurants were with in walking distance.

While the stay itself was nice. The continental breakfast was supposed to be open till 10 am, Bailey any hot food made after 9:20 when we arrived. Was supposed to be eggs, sausage and pancakes. Maybe 12 eggs and 12 pancakes came out. When asked we for if we wanted to wait 20 minutes. Anyways was a disappointment.

We had a nice stay at the property! The room was very clean and the staff was WONDERFUL! They were the best part of the stay, actually! The pool is quite small and very cold, but see still had fun there! The breakfast was quite good, but if you go after 9am a lot of the food is under stocked.

Very pleased with our stay, liked the hot coffee available at all times, there was a wide assortment of breakfast options available. Room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Like the refillable shampoo/ conditioner and body wash. I found the bed in our room firmer than I like but still comfortable.
