Needs ice machine, better breakfast, vending area. The room was nice and bed and pillows were comfy, will stay there again.

Very Rude front desk staff. Did not have an elevator. I have a disability & was put on the second floor. I've never stayed at a hotel that was more than one floor that didn't have an elevator. When I explained that i was concerned about climbing the steps the response was a room on the first floor would cost more. I asked for the manager & was told he only works one day a week & wasn't there. I then asked for a refund & was told that i already paid & a refund was impossible. The linens were stained, pillows discussing & the bathroom, omg. The online ratings had to be padded. I would never recommend or stay at this hotel..

Room had a strong chemical smell from the way they clean the floors and it doesn't even clean the floors. Socks were filthy in no time from those floors. Floor was peeling up, bathroom door couldn't be closed all the way and staff left a used bar soap in bathroom.

The parking was convenient , the ac wasn't on when i arrived. Had to turn it on and step out so it could get cool.

the window would not close, ground floor - safety the door lock mechanism was loose on door - did not finish the install - safety the outside door next to my room had a Velcro strap around the handle to keep the door from locking bed comforter & blanket had cigarette burns in multiple places dress draws had handles hanging (only one screw) same on nightstands maid was banging on the door - excessive

The only hope for this place is that the building be razed and replaced by a tire store. It stunk outside and inside of mildew, cigarette, and oil. The front desk had a new reservation software installed and had no clue how to use it. The room was dirty and in horrible condition. Cracks in walls, ceiling, bathroom and no drain cover in tub. The in-room coffee pot, tray and supplies were covered in a half inch of dust and the mirror was filthy. The only positive was no bed bugs and the sheets weren’t too badly stained. (Though there were cigarette burn holes in the bedspread of this “non-smoking room”). But the real horror was the lack of basic maintenance for safety and security. The exterior door did NOT lock when closed. People could walk in off the highway straight into the back hall. When I notified front desk they could not have cared less. In my room, one away from this unlocked exterior door, the hinged security hasp had been ripped out of the wall! I went and told front desk that I was bringing my large dog inside with me and not paying any damn pet fee as it was too late to go hunting another place. If I had to do it over, I would sleep in my car at the grocery store!

The hotel outside did NOT look like the picture online. The parking lot had some litter laying around, with mud globs in some parking spots. Gardens were weedy, edging bricks were disloged and laying around. Very unwelcoming. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom was falling apart. The halls smelled of strong cleaner mixed with smoke. The room smelled okay, thankfully! 😊

The hotel and room was clean and the amenities worked. We were out of toilet paper on to the front desk to ask for more toilet paper. Front desk stated that I could come down to retrieve my one roll of toilet paper. I stated I have to come and get it? She then brought it to our room. Also, the back door was open by a rock for the most part of the day. I did not feel that was safe .

Rooms were nice but the exterior of the building could use some improvement. Was surprised that they did not have an elevator. Definitely not ADA friendly.

When we arrived the staff were friendly and quick to serve us. That is where the good stuff ended. We were in town for a race weekend and very tired. The room had a musty smell that we thought would go away after running the ac for a while. Wrong! The ac was the culprit. The bathtub was dingy, towels and sheets were stained, black mold(?) on the bathroom wall and noone had dusted the bathroom dryer for ages. We should've left but there weren't any options nearby. Never again will I stay there.

Ac barely worked. I was worried all night about my truck. The place has mold in the bathroom and the rooms. Very uncomfortable. They allowed people to smoke Marijuana in the motel. I am allergic to it. Makes me stoped up and noise bleed. I had paid for two nights so I was forced to stay. Had to put a towel under the door to help keep smell out and run the bathroom vent to help as well. I am having to takes meds to get back to normal.

Food was nothing really to chose from and what was offered was packaged. No healthy foods. Room had roaches. That place is absolutely nothing like it use to be. They will not see me again I would rather sleep in my car.

Giving it a one star because the bed was comfortable. But I would not stay there again. It smelled like mold, and there was roaches in the bathroom.

Room was full of mold, especially the bathroom and the HVAC unit. Smelled terrible. I had to open window and found it did not lock.

The linens where dirty the tub also when I ask the staff for more linens I was told they don’t give extra towels and wash cloth them room were mild dew smelling and mold on the bathroom ceiling no iron and nor iron broad

The room was an absolute nightmare, stains all over the covers, sheets, curtains, chairs, etc. The tv did not work. The room looked and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.

Beds had nasty stains and the floors were dirty amd sticky. My feet turned black. The bed stands BOOM when you move on the bed.

I needed to check in late since my event ended at 10:30pm, and I had to drive an hour to the hotel. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and understanding! It really meant so much. The room was so nice and even had a recliner. The pillows and bed were very soft and comfortable.

The mini fridge in my room was screeching the entire night.

convenient, over priced for what you get, rooms were more in line with a $60/night hotel, AC didn't work well and was loud turning off and on to keep you up at night, chair cushion was stained and ripped, bathroom was not the cleanest, breakfast was worst I've seen in years, 3 tables, 5 chairs and nothing hot.

We understood that that motel was more towards the 'bargain' end. The room's A/C was inefficient and the air was musty and very humid. The floor was slippery from ??? otherwise, it was OK...

Nice rooms comfortable beds

This hotel needs some work. The beds were horrible, loud, and uncomfortable.

The room was comfortable. Unable to get the TV to work in my room. The hallways outside my room smelled of cigarette smoke, which was uncomfortable for this non-smoker. The price was fair for 1 night.

When we arrived to the property the staff member was in the back for 10min while we waited for someone to help us. Once she finally returned to her desk, I let her know our name and she informed us that our room that we reserved was not available. Not only was it not available, she didn\'t even know what she had. She finally "Found" us a room with two double beds, vs the king we booked. She was less thanm helpful and i feel that if i book a room, and it is not available when i check in, that we should be upgraded to a nicer or larger room. Not stuck in a smaller room. Hotel was so dirty and walking to our room we had to walk around boxes everywhere. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Terrible, I waited in the lobby for an hour and no one was ever at the desk to allow me to get my keys to check in.

This property is really nice for the price. Check in was easy online before I arrived so everything went smoothly.

Last minute trip for my daughter's graduation. Everything was smooth very clean...... friendly service even at 1145pm 😬 My only gripe is that my room had a strong smoke smell. I was pretty sure its a smoke free facility?? Other than that great service price and value. I would def stay again.

easy check in

I had a problem checking in and once I checked in I received the wrong key to the room so I had to go back down stairs to get the right room and key just to go to my new room which some one was occupying, I went to go back downstairs to get another room which some one canceled. That’s how I was able to get a room that I paid for.

Property manager was very rude, our room in the 5 days we stayed there never got cleaned. Horrible experience would not recommend

My room was next to the lobby which generated a lot of noise. I had someone to come looking for me who I did not provide my information to ON PURPOSE. But they found out which hotel I was in and asked the clerk for my room number. The clerk gave him my room number and he refused to leave my door until I came out. There should be some policy against giving out customers' room numbers! I was not happy at all!!

Pros: Good price for a place to sleep for a couple nights. There were upgrades being made to the building. Quiet. Near a great Mexican restaurant. Cons: Reeked of marijuana. There were upgrades being done, so a lot of boxes everywhere. My sheets had a not my blood stain on them.

I rate this motel five-stars as a VALUE proposition. It is the lowest-cost lodging around, but the room was clean and well-presented. The area all around is half-like a parking lot, with a bit of noise being close to a thoroughfare, but nothing that interrupted sleep. In all, it is a solid choice for the money, as long as you're not expecting the Hilton.

Looks nothing like it’s online picture. Migrants hanging out, two cars on jacks, one with its motor on the ground, obvious drug dealing going on. We did not stay there for fear of our vehicle being stolen or broken into. Very disappointing after being on the road for 3 days. Need to remove this listing for everyone’s sake!

It went well until a staff member came in our room in the morning to check our TV. We told him to stay out. The breakfast was pastries and juice. Not really a breakfast.

Asked for tissues, was told they don't have any. Breakfast was no more than a muffin and a yogurt, how poor. Room floor was so dirty, my white sox turned black from walking on the floor. I Will never book there again, would rather sleep in a tent.

Online i setup for a non smoking room at checkin was given a smoking room that had to be changed. Also online it said free breakfast no breakfast available. Wont stay there again

So i was given room 100 which is designated as a handicapped room. What if someone had come in and needed it? Secondly do post pictureed of the breakfast room online. Omg really cerealand cold burritos to warm up. No bagels..At least there were some muffins with a green wrapper. I know what to give my kids if they ever want to be regular.

For the price it was a good deal. Breakfast bar was bad, coffee was good.
