Te hotel was Excellent staff were Amazing especially Nadia & Carmen who went out of there way to help us enjoy our holiday, the rooms were clean , well presented and of high standard I would definitely recommend this hotel can’t fault anything wonderful 5 Stars

Property is situated far from tourist attractions on a secluded, residential block. When we arrived to the property, there was a man standing in the driveway who screamed at and prevented us from entering. Since we had our infant in the car, we found this property’s location too unsafe for our family. The back of the hotel faces a very busy highway. I am confused as to how this is described as 4-star and will be much more cautious when booking future locations based on Expedia’s description alone.

Un'accoglienza calorosa e professionale a Pompei Struttura molto piacevole e comoda per visitare Pompei e i suoi scavi. Il vero punto di forza di questo hotel è senza dubbio il personale: tutto lo staff si è dimostrato eccezionale, caloroso e sempre pronto ad aiutarci con un sorriso.
