It’s easy to get to, clean, & the staff are all so helpful we stay here everytime we’re in town (this was the 3rd time) and have never had a bad experience. This time was room #116. The AC was cold, the water was hot, & the room was quiet. The kids also loved the pool. So once again, no complaints.

The room was dirty. The sheets had stains on them. My sister was right next door to us and had mold very visible on the ceiling of her bathroom and the management offered to wipe it off she had to ask more than once to be moved. The pool was slimy and mucky. When I enquired about the sludge at the bottom I was given a really long defensive answer from management. We requested extra towels which they didn’t have but promised to bring to our room later in the day. They never came. The breakfast was dry dry dry crumbles of eggs and little smokies. The bread was stale and the OJ was watery. They have waffles but the batter was out and there was no one to refill the machine.

The front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful. We had lots of questions! She was great! The indoor pool is quite small, but is open 9am-10pm. No visitors allowed to your room or the pool without a fee (seems silly). The room was fine. The outdoor keycard access was tricky with bags and pillows in hand.

I am a truck driver and I was getting a room for my 34 hour reset. They have enough space for two truck and trailers, laundry, breakfast, and it was clean. There is shopping nearby so I was able to unhook from my trailer and restock my truck.

The hotel had a weird smell, the carpets in the stairwell and other areas was old and stained. The fake wood flooring was cheap and separating. The showers and toilets were old and stained. The doors were chipped and old. Our door to our room would not shut correctly and had a gap that you could see light through between the trim and the door. It did not feel very private or safe. The TV was the smallest I’ve ever had in a hotel room. There was a big dead bug on the floor in our room. Everything just looked really old, cheap and rundown. I would not stay there again.

The flooring in the room was not installed correctly, and there were gaps between the planks of the luxury vinyl which made it very noisy and moved around quite a bit as you walked across the room. There were no vertical hand grabs in the shower in our accessible room. Additionally, there were hand grabs that were loose and not anchored properly in the shower. The ceiling in the bathroom had been recently repaired from the looks of things, however, it had not yet been painted. The indoor pool did not appear to be chemically treated, and it was green all the way around the edge at the water line. The complementary breakfast was laughable at best. The staff seemed nice enough. I do think there needs to be some sort of training or an upgrade because we had to have our room keys reprogrammed every single day that we were there.

The room and bed was clean. Bathroom smelled like mold and didn’t seem clean. Breakfast was horrible compared to the other hotels we have stayed at in the same area. The overall outside esthetics could use improvement. We stayed once, tried it one more time, will not go there again!

Did not make the 9:00 breakfast cut off either day of my stay. Bathtub has mold developing around the outside due to the shower curtain. Last morning there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Like there is plenty of grassy area for pets

My room smelled awful. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies to clean my room. They did switch me to a different room, but I still had to clean it . I was woken up out of my sleep around 3 o’clock in the morning because someone was yelling in the hallway for about an hour. I was not able to get a good nights sleep so I checked out and went to a different hotel.

The staff was friendly upon check in. The room we booked through Expedia was NOT the room we walked into, not even close. It smelled “unclean” and did not have the jet tub like the pictures showed. So we paid another $100 to get the room we were under the impression we booked. The room wasn’t the cleanest but at least it was closer to the room in the pictures. Pretty nervous to book through Expedia again but we did anyway. Current booking in Hampton in Cumming GA in 20 days. Fingers crossed.

We checked out about an hour after we checked in. The staff was friendly but the location looked nothing like the pictures in relation to the condition of the hotel. It was very dirty and the refrigerator in the room was unusable due to a mildew smell. When I checked out the lady at the desk just took my keys and said the charges woyld show in the morning. There was no receipt provided. We had to secure a room at the Hampton Inn nearby for a cleaner and safer stay. It was disappointing to say the least.

The toilet did not flush unless we took the lid off the back and held the plunger fill down. Roach and other bugs in the bathroom. The bed was absolutely uncomfortable, and I did not receive the room I reserved and paid more for.

My family and I spent a night here as a stopover on our way to Memphis. The room was clean and comfortable, beds were great. Little to no noise. Breakfast had all that we could ask for. Highlight was the gentleman working who was more than helpful with hints on travel routes and local things to see.

The hotel is, in my opinion, run down. The doors had scratches all over them. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were like laying your head on a football. The breakfast looked like someone opened a bag of processed eggs and sausages.

The staff here were amazing, so very friendly. The only problem was that the walls were so very thin. We stayed two nights. The first night we could listen to the next room's tv all night. The second night, the new crew in the next door room liked to party. Still, the staff was great. Heads up, though. Double beds means just that. Double (full size) beds, not queen size.

The hotel needs major upgrades in room doors and carpet throughout. There is no sound barrier between rooms or hallways. Every person that walked down the hallway sounded like they were in our room. Unfortunately, there was a crying baby after 11pm for about an hour. Not the hotel fault other than the walls are paper thin. The first room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke. Luckily, there was another room available. The lady working front desk was super nice and quickly found a new room.

The privacy they give is unmatched. The room and hot tub were clean, as was the hotel. Employs were all well mannered and very helpful. The breakfast is usually good , this visit , I was running behind and missed their biscuits and gravy. Our dog seems to enjoy staying here as well. I would recommend this hotel for families, couples and pet lovers!
