Great unit & perfect location. Beautiful view of the marina side & wildlife (osprey, manatee, herons, etc). Quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach on the Gulf side. Pool & hot tub right next to the unit building. Plenty of parking & 10-15 minute walk to downtown bars & restaurants. Host was very responsive & generous. Highly recommend!

Apartment completely furnished. Everything you need to prepare your hearty breakfast. Cosy kingsize bed. Restaurants close by. 5 Min. walk to the beach. Very nice pool area although shade is spare. Description how to locate the appartment could have been more accurate. On the negative side: a few light bulbs not working and a stained linnen.

Highlight of the property was sitting on the porch drinking morning coffee and watching beautiful birds, and boats quietly leaving to go fishing for the day. Also, the pool was lovely to swim in. Newly refurbished unit; all new appliances, high quality.

Well kept condo.

Beautiful location that is still in the infancy of reopening. Over the Xmas holiday I would guess that the condo had less than 10% occupancy and lots of clean up work still going on in the surrounding areas. With that said, it was quiet, beautiful and a nice relaxing holiday.
