The house was surface clean but dated - could use a new stove and vent cleaning. The vent in the hall is dusty. We had trouble sleeping due to the hvac system dust. Additionally while the house looks bright and airy in photos it’s kind of dingy. The general area is absolutely lovely, peaceful, full of bird life and the deck is wonderful. The views are nice. It’s not a bad place to stay, but it’s just not what I expected based on the photos. If this place was updated it would be a top rental. Or at least it needs new carpets, stove, bedroom windows and blinds. For the price I guess what it was made sense, but honestly I was thrown off by the inside in relation to my expectations. Beds were comfy and clean, shower was strong, lots of towels and clean lines. So pluses and minuses.

I was able to fly down and spend time with my father here, being able to sit on the deck or on days it was cool sit inside looking out the huge windows with a cup of coffee was a great experience. The house was clean and everything you need to cook with is there.Thank you for making great memories for my father and I.

The property is beautiful and gathering spaces are airy and spacious. The kitchen is very functional as are the 1.5 baths. We loved the washer and dryer and then relaxing on the wraparound deck. All of the neighborhood friends (deer, bunnies and quail) plus lots of birds were a part of each day. The area is very quiet and neighbors were friendly. We had a great time. Many thanks.

Mother’s Day weekend with 3 generations. We had a nice stay at this property. It was quite and peaceful, the fireplace was a nice bonus. Mattresses were comfortable and it was thoughtfully stocked. Easy to check in and out. We would stay again:)
