Es ist ein tolles Hotel, der Weg zum Frühstück und zum Stand ist mit vielen Treppen verseht. Wer nicht gerne läuft sollte nicht im Haus A oder B sein Zimmer haben. Ein wirklich tolles Hitel mit tollen Mitarbeitern. Toller Service. Jetzt kommt das Aber. Leider haben wir innerhalb einer Wiche keine freie liege am Pool bekommen. Da viele Gäste sich mehrere Liegen reservieren. Diese sind teilweise um 6:30 Uhr schon belegt und werden kaum benutzt. Im Zimmer gibt es den Hinweis, dass die Handtücher am Pool entfernt werden, wenn die Liegen nicht benutzt werden. Das war nie der Fall. Trotz Hinweis! Man gab uns dann lieber neue Unterlagen um sich an den Strand zu legen…

Lovely theming! The grounds need a rethink - replace worn grass in high foot traffic areas with paving so that guests don’t end up with dirty feet, dirty sun lounges and dirty pool towels. Have a pool side towel service. Provide more sun lounges. The breakfast area was crowded and busy and breakfast was average. The restaurants however were good. Pizza at Sunnee Terrace was amazing. Not enough water provided for our room for 3 people for 24 hours so we always had to buy more. Gym and pool were great. Once we understood that you had to get up early to reserve pool lounges (even though the sign said it was not allowed) we got into the groove and enjoyed our stay.

Gepflegte Hotelanlage mit sehr freundlichem Personal, viele Gäste aus Deutschland. Reichhaltiges und großzügiges Frühstückbuffet. Tolle Poolanlage und tadellos funktionierendes WLAN in der ganzen Hotelanlage inkl. Poolbereich. Das Zimmer ist nicht nach meinem Geschmack eingerichtet, es fehlt an Privatsphäre, Lavabo ist praktisch im Schlafzimmer, das WC und die Dusche sind nur durch eine Westerntüre mit dem Zimmer verbunden. Zudem hat es eine hohe Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer was an einen Kellergeruch erinnert. Leider hat es zu wenig Liegen am Pool, es wird bereits am Morgen eifrig reserviert.Das Personal macht Kontrollen, aber es sind zu viele Gäste für die vorhandenen Liegen.

Schönes Hotel mit Strandlage und wunderbarer Gartenanlage. Aufgrund der Hanglage einige Treppen innerhalb der Anlage und der Weg zum Ort, ca. 300m, leicht bergab. Sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher, auch für den Strand. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war gut individuell einstellbar. Die Sauberkeit in der gesamten Ankage sehr gut. Die Liegen rund um den Pool werden durch Gäste bereits frühmorgens mit Handtüchern blockiert. Am Strand sind aufgrund behördlicher Vorgaben Liegen nicht erlaubt. Der Strand und das Wasser waren immer sehr sauber. Wir können das Hotel absolut weiter empfehlen.

Absolutely breath taking hotel….The only one problem with this hotel was there is not enough sun loungers for all the guests….and there is a lot of uncomfortableness in the mornings when you go and get one!

The hotel is located on a fantastic beach and appears to be the highest ranked hotel there. However, I would not say it’s more than a strong three or a week four than a five star hotel as they claim. Very friendly staff, but housekeeping is poor and my bed linen was torn and was never changed during a 9 night stay. The cleaning often took place late in the afternoon (between 4-5 pm) which was late given that it often rained during the afternoon and you then couldn’t access your room. The room was very dusty and I never saw a vacuum cleaner. There was a constant drainage in the shower. The pool area is way too small for the size of the hotel and by 7.30 am, all the sunbeds are taken by people that leaves the towels and come back a few hours later. Management doesn’t do anything about it. The hotel is very family oriented and kids are all over the pool playing the entire days, so great spot for families, but if you travel without kids you should be aware of this and chose another hotel if you want a more peaceful holiday. Breakfast was average and nothing special compared to other larger hotels in Thailand. Check out was very smooth and you were offered a shower room when a late check out wasn’t possible. There are a lot of smaller amazing restaurants on the beach if you turn left from the hotel. Our two favourites was Nicks and Friends, don’t miss out!

The hotel has a smart stylish feel right from entering through the unique lobby. Might sound strange but take a moment to stop and look. You’ll never so the same elsewhere. The rooms are immaculate. Great wifi, quality TV superb bed, plenty of storage…. bat wing toilet door will be a shock to privacy loving westerners though. Be careful of the fluctuation in shower temperature. Particularly if you have children: ours was very unstable and sometimes shockingly hot. The hotel’s breakfast is average, coffee good. The grounds are very well designed and maintained with access to beautiful beach. Walk to the left and around the headland you’ll find Poseidon Beach: one of the best in the world. Genuinely. There we recommend you eat a Lanna. Incredible chef with rare dishes such as Hang-le a long with perfectly cooked Thai classic all at a reasonable price. What could be better: The pool/beach towels are quite simply embarrassing. Literally on the beach you’ll want to hide them when you see the quality towels guests from other hotels have. The toilets behind the beach bar routinely smell horrendous (unlike any others in the hotel). Similar to those at a music festival.

Gut für Familien geeignet. Für Ruhesuchende leider eher weniger. Zu wenig Liegen am Pool und am Meer. Leider reservieren hier viele Leute Liegen obwohl nicht gestattet. Das Hotel unternimmt leider nichts dagegen obwohl es darüber informiert. Wir haben in ein ruhigeres Hotel gewechselt.

The pool and the beach are nice but otherwise this resort is very disappointing! 1) there’s an intermittent sewage smell around the property 2) It’s very remote, so even Bolt and grab dont go there … 3) they try to be «\xa0high-end\xa0»with spa menu prices that compete with the Ritz but the facilities are very ordinary… and they didn’t have any availability for the duration of my stay !!! There’s about a dozen spa’s five minutes from the resort …(that are 6 times cheaper)… they should make some kind of partnership and hire a few of their resources when need be !! 4) they don’t have luggage racks in the rooms (!!!) there’s space for it but it’s not something they provide! For the price, you would think they would be a lot better equipped! 5) the waiters at the pool bar, seemed to be exhausted and were not smiling nor friendly… first time that I see that in Thailand ! I liked the pineapple theme in my room… that was nice… I would not stay there again … i’m sure you can find something better for that price!!!

Fantastisk personal, extra tack till Son som arbetade där, så vänlig och fin! Gjorde det lilla extra för vår vistelse! I övrigt mycket god frukost med många alternativ, restaurang var dyr så där åt vi inte mer än en gång. Fina rum fin och ren pool

I liked the resort and the style a lot. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean but the smell of the AC air was terrible. I guess it was not the room rather the air from the AC system but it smelled very mouldy.

Die Liegen rund um den Pool werden durch Gäste bereits frühmorgens mit Handtüchern blockiert. Am Strand sind aufgrund behördlicher Vorgaben Liegen nicht erlaubt. Der Strand und das Wasser waren immer sehr sauber. Wir können das Hotel absolut weiter empfehlen.

The hotel is located on a fantastic beach and appears to be the highest ranked hotel there. However, I would not say it’s more than a strong three or a week four than a five star hotel as they claim. Very friendly staff, but housekeeping is poor and my bed linen was torn and was never changed during a 9 night stay. The cleaning often took place late in the afternoon (between 4-5 pm) which was late given that it often rained during the afternoon and you then couldn’t access your room. The room was very dusty and I never saw a vacuum cleaner. There was a constant drainage in the shower. The pool area is way too small for the size of the hotel and by 7.30 am, all the sunbeds are taken by people that leaves the towels and come back a few hours later. Management doesn’t do anything about it. The hotel is very family oriented and kids are all over the pool playing the entire days, so great spot for families, but if you travel without kids you should be aware of this and chose another hotel if you want a more peaceful holiday. Breakfast was average and nothing special compared to other larger hotels in Thailand. Check out was very smooth and you were offered a shower room when a late check out wasn’t possible. There are a lot of smaller amazing restaurants on the beach if you turn left from the hotel. Our two favourites was Nicks and Friends, don’t miss out!

The hotel has a smart stylish feel right from entering through the unique lobby. Might sound strange but take a moment to stop and look. You’ll never so the same elsewhere. The rooms are immaculate. Great wifi, quality TV superb bed, plenty of storage…. bat wing toilet door will be a shock to privacy loving westerners though. Be careful of the fluctuation in shower temperature. Particularly if you have children: ours was very unstable and sometimes shockingly hot. The hotel’s breakfast is average, coffee good. The grounds are very well designed and maintained with access to beautiful beach. Walk to the left and around the headland you’ll find Poseidon Beach: one of the best in the world. Genuinely. There we recommend you eat a Lanna. Incredible chef with rare dishes such as Hang-le a long with perfectly cooked Thai classic all at a reasonable price. What could be better: The pool/beach towels are quite simply embarrassing. Literally on the beach you’ll want to hide them when you see the quality towels guests from other hotels have. The hotel is on a steep hill, not suitable for elderly or physically challenged people due to the innumerable stairs. We were given a room not as booked (two single beds) but with one double bed. The room was damp and had a mouldy smell. The bath room is very narrow and insufficiently separated from the living quarter by two flipping wooden doors, not allowing proper privacy. The sanitary faucets are in brown cooper and resembled from the 60ties. Unfortunately, the narrowness of the bath room is not making it an inviting place. There are no racks for the luggage, so suitcases have to be put on the floor. The curtains were too long and dirty on the bottom part touching the floor. I sprayed the room with with my own insecticide and found a dead cockroach. We changed into a more suitable room the next morning, with two single beds. The furniture on the balcony was in a dire state. The breakfast buffet is well garnished but served exclusively in a non airconditioned area. The price for food and beverages is overpriced. Luckily there are two beach restaurants just nearby. The beach is ideal for non swimmers and clean. However there are insufficient sun beds and the matrasses are not cleaned when someone is leaving. Internet worked well, even on the beach. Some restaurants and small supermarkets are in walking distance offering local food and beverages. There are better places to stay in Khao Lak..

Nous avons aimé la Piscine spacieuse et la vue sur la plage. Nous avions pris une pissa au restaurant de la piscine qui était très bonne. Dehors il y a pas mal de restaurants qui sont bien moins cher qu'à l'hôtel. La chambre était belle, et spacieuae, la décoration agréable. Par contre il manquait une séparation entre la salle de bain et la chambre. Nous avons moins aimé le petit déjeuné qui était assez répétitif et la viennoiserie assez sèche. De plus la femme de chambre faisait beaucoup de bruit dans le couloir alors que nous essayions de nous reposer. Dans l'ensemble c'était un assez bon séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Wunderschöne Lage in einer traumhaften Bucht, sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, umfangreiches köstliches Frühstück, genügend Restaurants und Supermärkte zu Fuß erreichbar. Strandtücher gehören unbedingt demnächst erneuert (alt, fleckig, löchrig). Es war fast nicht möglich, eine angenehme Wassermischung bei der Dusche im Zimmer zu finden (heiß-kalt). Alles in allem aber ein tolles Hotel und auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen!

The pool and the beach are nice but otherwise this resort is very disappointing! 1) there’s an intermittent sewage smell around the property 2) It’s very remote, so even Bolt and grab dont go there … 3) they try to be «\xa0high-end\xa0»with spa menu prices that compete with the Ritz but the facilities are very ordinary… and they didn’t have any availability for the duration of my stay !!! There’s about a dozen spa’s five minutes from the resort …(that are 6 times cheaper)… they should make some kind of partnership and hire a few of their resources when need be !! 4) they don’t have luggage racks in the rooms (!!!) there’s space for it but it’s not something they provide! For the price, you would think they would be a lot better equipped! 5) the waiters at the pool bar, seemed to be exhausted and were not smiling nor friendly… first time that I see that in Thailand ! I liked the pineapple theme in my room… that was nice… I would not stay there again … i’m sure you can find something better for that price!!!

Es ist ein tolles Hotel, der Weg zum Frühstück und zum Stand ist mit vielen Treppen verseht. Wer nicht gerne läuft sollte nicht im Haus A oder B sein Zimmer haben. Ein wirklich tolles Hitel mit tollen Mitarbeitern. Toller Service. Jetzt kommt das Aber. Leider haben wir innerhalb einer Wiche keine freie liege am Pool bekommen. Da viele Gäste sich mehrere Liegen reservieren. Diese sind teilweise um 6:30 Uhr schon belegt und werden kaum benutzt. Im Zimmer gibt es den Hinweis, dass die Handtücher am Pool entfernt werden, wenn die Liegen nicht benutzt werden. Das war nie der Fall. Trotz Hinweis! Man gab uns dann lieber neue Unterlagen um sich an den Strand zu legen…

Fantastisk personal, extra tack till Son som arbetade där, så vänlig och fin! Gjorde det lilla extra för vår vistelse! I övrigt mycket god frukost med många alternativ, restaurang var dyr så där åt vi inte mer än en gång. Fina rum fin och ren pool

The hotel very beautiful, nice view with big pool and also beautiful little beach. The rooms iş perfect and clean. The staff at reception that Junji, Ne, and İryne are very Kind and friendly. especially Junji was very kind and helpful upon we are arrival that we are 3 rooms (236.239.240) .

The resort is breathtaking! It was a beautiful elegant feel throughout. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had dinner and breakfast here and all the food was delicious. The bed was comfortable and will be a great place to come back to next time we're in Khao Lak!

Wenn man nicht das erwartet was die Fotos zeigen wird man nicht enttäuscht. Ich würde sagen das Hotel ist an der ein oder anderen Stelle renovierungsbedürftig. Wir waren aber generell auch von Khao lak enttäuscht das Hotel ist dazu noch sehr abgelegen. Alles in allem sind wir nach 2 anstatt 5 Nächten abgereist. Geld gab es keines zurück aber das haben wir auch nicht erwartet.

Nous avons aimé la Piscine spacieuse et la vue sur la plage. Nous avions pris une pissa au restaurant de la piscine qui était très bonne. Dehors il y a pas mal de restaurants qui sont bien moins cher qu'à l'hôtel. La chambre était belle, et spacieuae, la décoration agréable. Par contre il manquait une séparation entre la salle de bain et la chambre. Nous avons moins aimé le petit déjeuné qui était assez répétitif et la viennoiserie assez sèche. De plus la femme de chambre faisait beaucoup de bruit dans le couloir alors que nous essayions de nous reposer. Dans l'ensemble c'était un assez bon séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel.

The hotel is located on a fantastic beach and appears to be the highest ranked hotel there. However, I would not say it’s more than a strong three or a week four than a five star hotel as they claim. Very friendly staff, but housekeeping is poor and my bed linen was torn and was never changed during a 9 night stay. The cleaning often took place late in the afternoon (between 4-5 pm) which was late given that it often rained during the afternoon and you then couldn’t access your room. The room was very dusty and I never saw a vacuum cleaner. There was a constant drainage in the shower. The pool area is way too small for the size of the hotel and by 7.30 am, all the sunbeds are taken by people that leaves the towels and come back a few hours later. Management doesn’t do anything about it. The hotel is very family oriented and kids are all over the pool playing the entire days, so great spot for families, but if you travel without kids you should be aware of this and chose another hotel if you want a more peaceful holiday. The hotel is on a steep hill, not suitable for elderly or physically challenged people due to the innumerable stairs. We were given a room not as booked (two single beds) but with one double bed. The room was damp and had a mouldy smell. The bath room is very narrow and insufficiently separated from the living quarter by two flipping wooden doors, not allowing proper privacy. The sanitary faucets are in brown cooper and resembled from the 60ties. Unfortunately, the narrowness of the bath room is not making it an inviting place. There are no racks for the luggage, so suitcases have to be put on the floor. The curtains were too long and dirty on the bottom part touching the floor. I sprayed the room with with my own insecticide and found a dead cockroach. We changed into a more suitable room the next morning, with two single beds. The furniture on the balcony was in a dire state. The breakfast buffet is well garnished but served exclusively in a non airconditioned area. The price for food and beverages is overpriced. Luckily there are two beach restaurants just nearby. The beach is ideal for non swimmers and clean. However there are insufficient sun beds and the matrasses are not cleaned when someone is leaving. Internet worked well, even on the beach. Some restaurants and small supermarkets are in walking distance offering local food and beverages. There are better places to stay in Khao Lak..

Lovely theming! The grounds need a rethink - replace worn grass in high foot traffic areas with paving so that guests don’t end up with dirty feet, dirty sun lounges and dirty pool towels. Have a pool side towel service. Provide more sun lounges. The breakfast area was crowded and busy and breakfast was average. The restaurants however were good. Pizza at Sunnee Terrace was amazing. Not enough water provided for our room for 3 people for 24 hours so we always had to buy more. Gym and pool were great. Once we understood that you had to get up early to reserve pool lounges (even though the sign said it was not allowed) we got into the groove and enjoyed our stay.

Mais ya de la place sur ceux autour de la piscine ..

Wunderbares Hotel an einem der schönsten Strände in Süd-Thailand! Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, tolle Liegewiese und ein super Pool! Einziges Manko war für uns das Frühstücksbuffet. Viel zu eng und für unseren Geschmack zu wenig Auswahl. Aber da sind wir wahrscheinlich kulinarisch einfach schon ein bisschen zu verwöhnt :-) Die zu hohen Preise im Hotel für Getränke und Essen sorgen für gelangweiltes Personal an Poolbar und Restaurants, da die meistens dann wo anders hingehen, wo es günstiger ist. Würde das Hotelmanagement die Preise auf die Hälfte reduzieren dann würde das anders ausschauen, finde ich eigentlich schade! Alles in allem aber trotzdem einfach ein traumhafter Urlaub!

Very nice and relatively small hotel. Good restaurants and breakfast. Missed sun chair service. The Deli had some very good things on the menu, but was understaffed (only one person to clean, prepare and serve) meaning that waiting time could be up to 30 min. For example a smoothie og juice.
