Je suis très déçu de ce séjour. J’ai eu la chance de pouvoir faire plusieurs établissements pendant mon long séjour et c’est le plus mauvais. Dès le départ l’accueil était à partir de 14 heures. Nous avons quasiment attendu une heure pour avoir notre chambre. Les chambres sont de bonnes qualité en général, mais rien que le système d’ouverture ne marchait pas. Il fallait appeler la réception. Nous avons été à la piscine qui fait à peine 1 m de profondeur avec plein de produits à l’intérieur donc mal aux yeux. Le personnel n’est pas très accueillant ni professionnel et le petit déjeuner est le plus mauvais que nous avons pris durant tout notre séjour. Pas de choix .. plats froids et pas de fruits frais. Les alentours de l’hôtel sont très bruyants et désagréables la nuit (j’ai du prendre des AirPod)

Per the USD65/night, i dont know whether is acceptable. As this is our 1st trip after COVID. But the cleanness of room can be improved, the height of pool depth is only 1M, so child is fun except adult. The breakfast is fine, not too much expectation. Bed and pillow is OK, no dirt can find; Staff is kind, helpful! Closely (3mins walk) with supermarket, bank and fast food with restaurant. Staff are very helpful and hospitable, however the hotel has limited facilities. Our room on the 8th floor had a separate bedroom was OK, but stuffy as there are no balconies in the hotel and no fresh air circulating from outside. The air-conditioning in both the lounge area and the bedroom were blowing air at high volume, even when you use the lowest setting, and is directed directly above your head on the bed and sofa in the lounge, so you are feeling cold air on your face all night, which forced us to cover our heads or turn off the air con every few hours, basically not comfortable nights.

Overall, I had a nice stay in this property. I chose it as I had a flight in the morning the day after. The hotel is fairly well located between central Bangkok and the airport, so it is convenient in terms of distance. The room was spacious and had all the items you need. However, the amenities were very dusty in some areas and could benefit for thorough cleaning. Also, I went to the swimming pool at 7am and found a lot of dirt in the pool. It's still good to use, but I can sense that it's being neglected from the staff. In addition, they had a bulk booking for a tour group from Korea, who happened to be extremely loud at 2am. I called the reception to have a word with their guests to be more considerate towards other guests at night. Unfortunately, the staff has not done their due diligence to reduce this pain point. I ended up talking with the guests myself as they were still loud at 3am. I hope the management team will take this into consideration to improve their services.

Close to airport link Hua mak station so good connection to airport. Room was OK. There were many tourist group from different countries. Breakfast is simple and tastes were similar each other. Simple swimming pool & gym (dumbbell & 2 treadmill) on the top of hotel. Supermarket is in walking distance where you can eat and shop.

Excellent location near a shopping center that has a Swensens ice cream parlour, a 24-hr grocery store, a massage place, several thai restaurants. Also, a starbucks is within walking distance. The staff is great. I loved the small rooftop pool. Close to transit, but far from the main areas of interest.

Poor sound insulation. Alarms in the next room ringing for more than 30 minutes at 4 am. Called to front desk several times but no actions was taken. Disappointed on how they assist on this. Very annoying during shower. Need to constantly adjusting the water to avoid from getting burnt or too cold water.

The staff was very helpful and kind. In the building itself we unfortunately didn’t find much to praise. We’re pretty sure the first room we were given had water damage. Water (condensation?) also drips from a hole in the ceiling on top of the reception. Rooms aren’t well soundproofed, quite a bit of noise from the other rooms and the hallway. Overall the place just looks in need of repairs. The location is kind of convenient though, right next to a supermarket and with easy access to and from the airport via skytrain. Probably if the halal factor is important to you then you might appreciate this hotel more.

Very useful location as I was on business in the suburbs but also wanted to visit the city. Very convenient next to the airport link train and one of the MRT lines. Good enough for the price. Lovely staff and a few good places to eat nearby. I will likely stay again when I visit the same customer. Very convenient for the airport without being right there.

Great hotel. Great staff. Perfectly situated near BKK. Not much to do in the immediate vicinity, but very close to the airport transit link and a BTS line which makes it very easy to get around town. The restaurant is was great and make sure you try the hot Thai Milk Tea at the lobby cafe!

The staff was very helpful and kind. In the building itself we unfortunately didn’t find much to praise. We’re pretty sure the first room we were given had water damage. Water (condensation?) also drips from a hole in the ceiling on top of the reception. Rooms aren’t well soundproofed, quite a bit of noise from the other rooms and the hallway. Overall the place just looks in need of repairs. The location is kind of convenient though, right next to a supermarket and with easy access to and from the airport via skytrain. Probably if the halal factor is important to you then you might appreciate this hotel more.

Close to airport link Hua mak station so good connection to airport. Room was OK. There were many tourist group from different countries. Breakfast is simple and tastes were similar each other. Simple swimming pool & gym (dumbbell & 2 treadmill) on the top of hotel. Supermarket is in walking distance where you can eat and shop.

Excellent location near a shopping center that has a Swensens ice cream parlour, a 24-hr grocery store, a massage place, several thai restaurants. Also, a starbucks is within walking distance. The staff is great. I loved the small rooftop pool. Close to transit, but far from the main areas of interest.

Je suis très déçu de ce séjour. J’ai eu la chance de pouvoir faire plusieurs établissements pendant mon long séjour et c’est le plus mauvais. Dès le départ l’accueil était à partir de 14 heures. Nous avons quasiment attendu une heure pour avoir notre chambre. Les chambres sont de bonnes qualité en général, mais rien que le système d’ouverture ne marchait pas. Il fallait appeler la réception. Nous avons été à la piscine qui fait à peine 1 m de profondeur avec plein de produits à l’intérieur donc mal aux yeux. Le personnel n’est pas très accueillant ni professionnel et le petit déjeuner est le plus mauvais que nous avons pris durant tout notre séjour. Pas de choix .. plats froids et pas de fruits frais. Les alentours de l’hôtel sont très bruyants et désagréables la nuit (j’ai du prendre des AirPod)

The lobby felt fresh and clean, almost new and was a very nice space to arrive into. The rooms were not up to the same standard of this and felt a bit more ‘tired’. We booked this hotel for the location to the airport, so this wasn’t a factor for us and had everything we needed for a one night stay with that in mind It was clean and simple and very well priced

Nice clean hotel with all in room essentials amenities. I was on the 6th floor same building as check in counter. The water pressure is a little low in my opinion (but not so low). Close enough to walk to 3 train systems (BTS, Airport Link and Eastern Route).
