Our 2-bedroom condo was nicely appointed, with comfortable beds and well-organized kitchen. We had everything we needed. The parking lot was lighted, and we could see our car from our room. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the property was much pushier in trying to sell it's condos than any other we have visited, including this property in previous visits. They even called my cell while I was trying to vacation.

We enjoyed our stay and loved our big, comfortable 2-bedroom apartment. It is so nice to feel like you have your own little home instead of a hotel room. The staff were extremely kind and even offered us personal snacks when we wanted something sweet at night. It is *not* well sound proofed, however, and we could hear the people above us and on either sides in addition to the train going by. The pool is really nice but I wish it opened earlier in the morning. Very close to so many great attractions and places to eat!

The unit we had was very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and full kitchen so it was nice with 4 of us to have space and be able to cook. There was a pool and game room and was only 1 mile to downtown Williamsburg and an easy walk. Overall great stay, just didn’t like the timeshare selling aspect.

Property was awesome. My family enjoyed it. Parking, lighting, convenience was great. 1 downside was no oven. I bought a pizza at Walmart and there was no oven on the kitchen only a stove top range.

Perfect for our weekend in Colonial Williamsburg. I loved having the kitchen to make easy meals. The pool was clean. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

The property was conveniently located, and in general was in good condition. The front desk staff was very friendly and they didn’t push you to attend the time share info session, which was appreciated. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and the bedrooms were tiny and had a very odd layout. We had no fireplace and the kitchen was not updated like advertised pictures show. We had the top floor so it was quiet. The heating system was rather noisy and kept kicking on and off every 10-15 minutes which was a bit annoying. The kids enjoyed the pool even though the water temp was quite cold.

The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. We enjoyed having a full kitchen with a table for eating and playing games. The fireplace was great after being out in the cold all day. The hotel location was perfect for visiting Colonial Williamsburg. We were able to walk.

The Patrick Henry is the most convenient hotel to the historic area, other than CW properties. The front desk staff are wonderful. The facilities are getting a little worn. Hot water seems to be an issue as well as tv reception. My only real complaint though, is the aggressive sales from the “ concierge “ desk. The timeshare sales people hold your parking pass hostage while they try to sign you up for a sales presentation. But the overall value and convenience of the PH outweighs the stress of running the timeshare sales gauntlet at every visit.

Rooms are way smaller than the average resort in Williamsburg area. Its kinda outdated and the elevators were slow and one wasn't working at all. Overall not a horrible experience but not excellent

The location is terrific and the staff was very nice. But the room was much smaller than I expected, and the pictures were very misleading. The furniture was uncomfortable, and the linens were so rough on the skin, it was a terrible night's sleep. It was a pretty big disappointment.

The staff at the property were great. They brought us two extra bags of popcorn free of charge upon request. They also had contactless check out and communication via text, which was great. It was also very easy to walk to the historical area of Williamsburg. It is a timeshare, so they did ask us twice about coming to the seminar, but we did not think that was excessive. Overall, great experience! Would recommend!

Stag was friendly a welcoming. Didn’t like them pushing their 2 hr presentation for the time share. Also didn’t like that I had to give names and driver’s license of all people staying with me. Not sure why that mattered. Also don’t like that I had to explain why I booked the 2 bedroom suite. Overall was comfy and super clean and quiet, but staff sure wanted to know more about us than I cared to share.

Cold shower, had to change buildings, should have been resolved immediately, but no manager on property so it took over an hour for staff to get room change approved.staff Not apologetic at all for the inconvenience.

Property was great--a little older, but comfortable and a great deal for the price if you need multiple rooms. Quiet and convenient. Would stay there again. Be aware that they may offer for you to attend a presentation. The free stay they offer in exchange has a lot of strings attached. But they kept their word and didn't pressure.

Great stay. We've been regular Williamsburg visitors for 30 years, but have never stayed at this location. Very pleasant surprise. Very convenient location. No more than a few hundred yards to the historic district. What interaction we had with the staff was exceptional. Very helpful and accommodating. We stayed in one of the two-bedroom suites. It was beyond our expectations. Very roomy, very clean. Everything worked. No issues at all. Everything seemed very well maintained. We were so impressed, we're going back in February for a quiet 3-day getaway.
