I stayed here with my 2 granddaughters 12 and 17 and we had a fun time! Scott and Lyne were great hosts and nothing too much trouble .Lovely choice of breakfasts to set us up for the day . Lots of lovely walks and beautiful views Would definitely return with husband and dog next time ! Thank you both Sally , Talulah and Evie

Lynn and Scott were very friendly and helpful. Booked a last min over night stay, comfortable and very accommodating for our dog, babbacombe was lovely and would definitely recommend with a super breakfast too 👍

A class establishment at a very reasonable price. Very friendly and attentive hosts a breakfast to die for. In my mind the hardest thing to create in a guest house is atmosphere it just felt like home from home here relaxing in the bar area I felt like I was in my front room. Thank you Lyn and Scott

Stayed for 3 nights at this lovely guest house in Babbacombe. I booked the twin bedded room on the ground floor as mum is disabled and finds stairs difficult. It was spacious and tastefully decorated. Mum loved the luxury hot chocolate and biscuits provided! Towels were super soft and toiletries were available for us to use. Room was spotless too! Our hosts, Scott and Lynn, could not do enough for us during our stay and it was the little touches ( sweets at reception - naughty mum 😋 and an honestly bar if we had wanted to help ourselves to drinks!) The breakfast was amazing every day and kept us full until the evening. The hotel is in a very good location, minutes walk from Babbacombe Downs and all the facilities on offer including a small theatre. There was lots of “things to do and places to visit” literature available if we needed it. We will definitely book this hotel again for our next visit. My fussy 87 year old mum could not pick fault! Hopefully next year!

They use good quality fresh produce for the cooked breakfasts, all cooked to order. Another thoughtful touch was they offered more toast, fresh coffee etc. nothing too much trouble to them.

A lovely clean and friendly place to stay. Very comfortable beds, nice decor, ample amenities for us. Lin, who runs this business is incredibly warm and attentive. She offered additional fresh chilled milk or water from the fridge conveniently located in the pretty dining room and asked if we wanted breakfast or some lunch. This hotel is so well placed for short walk to St Marychurch attractions or Babbacombe Theatre and restaurants. Also close to sea and famous Oddicombe Beach with cliff railway. We will be back!!

Owners were lovely and very welcoming. Room was nice and clean though compact (the norm for British b n bs though!). Though we didn’t have breakfast it looked and smelt beaut. Location was convenient for touristy attractions whilst remaining quiet and quaint. Would defo stay here again.

Scott and Linn were simply amazing to have as hosts. They welcomed us to a lovely warm home and even arranged for a birthday surprise that my partner requested them to. They served us delicious breakfast and little treats around the home to enjoy. Scott even suggested us good places to go to nearby in the town. We would certainly stay with them the next time we visit Babbacombe.

Hi, visited Babbacombe for our friends wedding and the Guesthouse was in the perfect place for us. Close to Babbacombe front etc. The Guesthouse itself was lovely, perfect hosts, and breakfast was freshly cooked to your liking. All in all a smashing experience . Thanks . Paul and Lyndsey

A lovely clean and friendly place to stay. Very comfortable beds, nice decor, ample amenities for us. Lin, who runs this business is incredibly warm and attentive. She offered additional fresh chilled milk or water from the fridge conveniently located in the pretty dining room and asked if we wanted breakfast or some lunch. This hotel is so well placed for short walk to St Marychurch attractions or Babbacombe Theatre and restaurants. Also close to sea and famous Oddicombe Beach with cliff railway. We will be back!!

Had a lovely two night stay with our two kids at Babbacombe Palms. Great hosts, comfortable, spacious and clean room and top breakfast! Excellent location, close to Oddicombe Beach, shops and pubs etc. Would love to come again. Highly recommended!

Location for us was excellent. Very comfy bed, space for our dog too with close access to community rose garden. Lovely places to eat drink- favourites were, Chubbs wine bar and Clementines.

Stayed for one night on the way home with the family. Lovely place, very clean and welcoming. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Just a few minutes walk from the Downs. Beds were very comfortable and the shower room was spotless.

Lynn & Scott are excellent hosts, friendly, welcoming and willing to please. The room was cool, nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent, a lovely dish of fresh berries and other fruits plus good quality muesli and other cereals and yogurts. They use good quality fresh produce for the cooked breakfasts, all cooked to order. Another thoughtful touch was they offered more toast, fresh coffee etc. nothing too much trouble to them.

A class establishment at a very reasonable price. Very friendly and attentive hosts a breakfast to die for. In my mind the hardest thing to create in a guest house is atmosphere it just felt like home from home here relaxing in the bar area I felt like I was in my front room. Thank you Lyn and Scott
