Didn’t have the room I booked available so was given an accessible room which didn’t suit me. Neighbours were also very noisy in early hours.

Stayed 1 night

We spent 1 night and had a great stay. The only thing that didn't meet my expectations was the comfort of my bed. It was too firm and felt like the padding was too compressed. I was in room 225 and slept in the bed nearer the window. Otherwise everything else was great. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again.

Fairly central Hotel for a visiting tourist. On the tram line which goes to the dock lands if your going to 3Arena. Friendly welcome at reception. Spacious reception which they have a bar and a sitting area. Also to the side they do an adequate breakfast buffet in the morning. The room was a nice size and the room was clean but the bathroom had some mould. Tea and coffee in the room and plenty plugs for the modern tech and a usb socket. Good tv with a small amount of channels. The bed for us was a bit on the firm side. When we mentioned this to the manager he sorted it straight away with putting a mattress topper on the bed which enabled us to get a good sleep. At night the area is quiet and peaceful. Short walk over the bridge and water and you are in the city centre.

They dont NOT have smart tvs as stated, they have satellite tvs, even tho the samsung tv in the rooms are definitely most capable of smart funtion but they have limited them for some strange reason and would not allow me to watch netflix or cast any app to them even after ringing the front desk, (who might i ad were very rude) this is a marjor failing, i chose this hotel for location, the fridge in the room which states minibar but was empty and a smart tv more for my partner than me, i assumed the 50 euro hold charge was for the minibar but was surprised to find it empty, the outside windows was dirty so the city view wasn't very appealing, the hallway smelled of vomit towards the elevator, no real pleasant smell existed anywhere, a hotel should have air fragrances throughout the hotel, a scent unique to itself, not vomit, the breakfast was nice, help yourself, no real ques existed despite the many posters about going early to avoid ques max wait 1 or 2 minutes, id say theres a bigger wait for the toilet at that time, the four courts stop is a dodgy stop many unsavoury characters linger here i would be cautious, but its incredibly handy, also good location to get dropped off by taxis, the bed and pillows are good and the shower is pleasant tho the sink was loose, the rooms are quite tho they could work on the black out blinds doing a better job, with so many options in dublin for that price i would have chosen a different hotel had they not lied in profile.
