This is a fantastic place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is in a great quiet location and has an onsite Bar/Lounge/Tea room that has a great small menu.

What a delightful property in a terrific safe walking area. Close to public transport. Great pubs and restaurants. Bar in the hotel was so lovely, we didn’t eat there, but I imagine it was great. All the staff were wonderful especially Stefan. Nothing was a problem for him. Super comfy beds, linens and Pillows. A great place to stay for 3 nights in Dublin.

Everything about this property was wonderful. I initially booked it thinking we would need parking but didn't as it turned out. So you can park your car here if you have one. The location is great as you can walk to all the sights but you're far enough away from the noisy pubs. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful with something for everyone. The beds are comfortable. There is coffee and tea making facilities and water, fresh milk and biscuits in the room. The toiletries are beautiful. The attention to detail is superb. I can't find fault with anything.

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. lovely staff, friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean and spacious and lots of finer details thought off as was celebrating our anniversary. Breakfast was delicious. Hugh Jackman stayed at this hotel the same weekend, so must be amazing! :) Only down fall for me is that they throw all the breakfast items away at the end of each sitting as it needs to be fresh. So much lovely food waisted must cost them a fortune and could do someone a good turn.

A quiet boutique paradise of a hotel in a quiet residential section of downtown Dublin, yet walkable to everything you need. A delightul, friendly and professional staff; clean and neat. The Wilder has excellent reviews for a good reason - it was a treat to stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff is always at the front desk and was welcoming and professional. The room was clean and had a surprisingly large bathroom and the staff kept it clean and did turndown service. The breakfast was good, we opted not to have it included in our nightly rate. I would recommend either to include it or eat elsewhere, as it's a little pricey otherwise. The bartender was excellent and we really enjoyed talking with him - he took such care in how he made our cocktails. It's a quick taxi ride or a bit of a walk to get to the main restaurants and pubs, but it's located on a nice, quiet street which we really enjoyed. Highly recommend.

Stayed 5 days after Christmas and over New Year holiday. Everything was top notch. Room was a bit on smaller side, but appointments and cleanliness were exceptional. Excellent friendly service. Neat to stay in such a historical building. The breakfast each morning was spectacular. Beds are luxurious. Great quiet location a block or two off St. Stephens Green and right in the middle of everything. Look forward to returning in a few months.

We had a small room with queen bed. What they call a small double. Barely had room for the bed, no storage space. Shower you could barely turn around in. But great location, great breakfast, and charming place

A stylish and friendly hotel. Breakfasts were wonderful and there was a lovely area outside to enjoy a drink. We each stayed in a Shoebox room which were fun and quirky but really really small. Not anywhere to put any luggage. I would definitely revisit and opt for a larger room.

The shoebox room is not comfortable for two. I would not recommend this room for a couple or anyone looking for a comfortable space in which to relax. The shower is too small to allow room for raising one’s arms and the bathroom sink is the size of one found in a child’s playhouse. I would change the description of this room from “shoebox” to “claustrophobic.”

We loved our stay at the Wilder! It is a beautiful hotel, in an excellent, central location. We only took one ride share while in Dublin and walked everywhere else. Do be aware if you book the Shoebox room (which we did) it is very small-even smaller than we anticipated. But the bed was really comfortable, everything was super clean, and the shower was great! The hotel restaurant is excellent- we loved the breakfast. Would definitely go back!

What a great place to stay. Couldn’t have been more welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, close to the centre but far enough away to be quieter. Beds and showers were fantastic. Could have done with a little more storage space in our room, but I’m being picky!

The property was great and the staff so very nice. However our room and the bathroom were so very small - no closet just a few hooks and not enough room to set suitcases except the floor. I’d recommend that you book a bigger room (if they are available).

What a great Hotel, I can’t fault anything really and my sleep App confirmed that I had a very good nights sleep. The staff were very professional while being welcoming and polite. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had! I would highly recommended this Hotel if you want a little luxury within walking distance of the centre of Dublin.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay at The Wilder. The staff was incredibly nice and attentive. They went out of their way to recommend local eateries, helped us when we needed a plug to fit the outlet, and helped me when I accidentally left my key card in the room. The rooms were clean, up modern, and the ac worked great. 10/10 would definitely stay here again in the future!

We were in Dublin bookending our trip to Greece and couldn't be happier that we chose to stay at The Wilder both times. The staff is so attentive, thoughtful, and accommodating. No details of service were overlooked, from check-in, to the welcome gin & tonics, to thoughtful sweets at turndown. Breakfast is especially lovely - and the servers remember preferences - not only for us, but we noticed for all of their guests which was impressive. Thank you Wilder Team.

I have high standards, and The Wilder was very nice. The continental breakfast was substantial and had a lot of choice. We stayed in the Popular size room and it was a good size by European standards for a boutique hotel. The bathroom was huge. I would definitely recommend this hotel; just don’t choose the Shoebox type room unless you’re a single person.

We stayed 2 x nights. Unfortunately our room was incredibly warm and informed reception after the 1st night. They said they would get it checked. We were given a fan for the 2nd night but had a disrupted sleep. Also. Breakfast at €26 is quite expensive.
