Everything was good the only they need is more people around the pool get the towels licked up so you know if someone is there or not. There’s never enough lounge chairs. There’s towels everywhere on chairs and don’t know what’s what. It would make a big difference at the pool area if this was a priority.

Overall good, I’ve been a couple of times this year and I will say I’ve had a better experience with prior visits. Positives: Service at the Lido Bayside and the Pool and the Cafe were amazing. The teams were super genuine and kind. Really good vibes overall and just pleasant interactions. Food was delicious! Booked a couples massage and was really nice and fantastic. The Standard amenities always deliver and the property does very well with what it offers. Bed: Compfy and clean as usual Areas of improvement: Front desk service. Very cold and uninterested. When checked in I was told “nothings changed since your last visit, nothing new to share” Attendant did change my room to a more quiet walkway which I was super appreciative about and I was thankful for that accommodation. Check out was very quick and to the point. My room did not have toilet paper and wash rags. Had to request. It was taken care of though as soon as we requested which was nice. Also ran out of Shower bath wash. We requested more and it was never filled. I will return of course! I love the Standard. My biggest feedback is just that the front desk team should carry the same kindness and pleasantry as the rest of the staff on the property. Maybe it was an off day.

Hotel is very nice but the rules for the amenities are very strict.. They didn’t let me bring in my sister as a guest to the pool even for a short 15 mins visit and requested 100 dollars for that. No one of the staff members had any flexibility to the situation. It was a regular middle of the week morning without many people at the pool.

Charming over -21 spa property with attentive staff. Nice pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge, sauna and steam. Food service and check in were quick, and the speakeasy-type bar had a great menu of signature cocktails. Quiet, not a loud party vibe, relaxing.

Really nice hotel in terms of rooms, gym, pool etc. sadly the service lets it down a bit. You’re often waiting a long time for service around the pool/poolside restaurant. I also went for lunch (spent $100) and returned to find my bag had been removed from the poolside bed - meaning I was left on a cheap plastic chair for the rest of the afternoon. No apologies from the staff, just an explanation that if you’re away from your bed for 30 mins. Normally I wouldn’t mind this, but it should be made clear when you check in that this is the case. It’s incredibly annoying to have gone to spend money in their restaurant and then return to find that you’ve lost your bed for the afternoon. Overall decent but service needs to improve as pretty substandard for what is otherwise a decent hotel.

Spa facilities, pool, sauna, ham-am areas are amazing. Absolutely top notch spa experience. Pool is walk in and gorgeous. "Arctic plunge" looks like a hot tub but is 50•F but you can hop in the actual hot tub after with a waterfall that massages you. Great spa services offered and friendly staff. Rooms are great and allow you to escape the heat and relax for your next adventure. Beds creak a bit. Snacks and drinks there if you get desperate. Good shower. The property is fun to hang out at or go to surrounding areas. A 10 minute taxi ride to south beach. Only issues were service around the pool was a bit slow, but many staff try hard and you can tell some care a lot. It has a resort style service so while there are many options they are all a bit separate and have protocols for ordering or seating. Overall staff is really friendly and will help you out. The last at the concierge was magical and told us about Lincoln rd outdoor mall and sunset harbor. Lastly the people staying at the resort and the members there are social with great mindsets. Cool place to network if you're into that. One warning about Miami. Plan your excursions and get tips from people who actually know the area. Luckily my girlfriend and I were visiting my buddy and his fiancé so we had a guide, but if you don't know where to go you could end up in some tourist trap areas, restaurants or just end up lost and walking around in hopes of finding a legit place. Amazing trip however!

Loved the atmosphere and environment. Great getaway for some R&R. The only thing i didn't like was the fact that staff around pool daytime treats hotel guests alittle different from i guess day pass holders. They make you wear a wrist band that you cant easily remove. Even if you're just walking on by they want to make you wear the wristband even if you wont use the pool. Night staff is totally different and were told we didnt need no wristband.

We’ve been coming here for 10 years. I went online and reserved a large garden room with a tub, when I got there I had a large garden room, no tub. Also, they put us in room number 25. It was very loud outside. Plus they do day sales to individuals. It was very crowded. Could not hardly find a seat. Not sure if I’ll go back again.

Love this hotel! Incredible service! Great yoga class and incredible spa - all complimentary with stay! We used paddle boards on the bay and saw wild dolphins - incredible experience. Love it all!

Very clean and front desk staff was helpful and welcoming. Restaurant staff were not as attentive. Did not have our water until our food came to the table. The server at dinner only came by in the beginning to take the order and at the end for the check. The server during lunch was hospitable. Food was good

Room was really dirty, woke up at 11am to fire alarm having low battery and beeping, sink had a leak in the bathroom, room was super super small but you can't tell from photos and we paid for the garden suite. Tub in the garden suite isn't as private as we thought. Caught the cleaning service crew inside the hotel one the phone texting sat on the floor on top of our pillow. Hot water in shower wouldn't be hot at all for about five minutes then randomly become scorching hot. No Netflix or tv it's like basic cable and just not what you'd expect for a luxury resort. Ordered room service and it was $300 which was not the issue the issue was the steak coming cooked wrong and bottle of wine being a different bottle than what we asked. Spa was the only thing we actually really enjoyed and even then the lockers are old and my stuff got stuck inside a locker I had to have people come open it for me. The lady next to me told me "it's so annoying and happens all the time here". Just overall dissatisfied. $150 by the way is a resort fee you have to pay that isn't mentioned and food is mostly sandwiches to be honest. View is pretty, you can jump in the ocean which is nice, coffee is good, but just overall it was like meh.

The pool area was nice, the servers were great! The room was small, cramped and looked like it had been styled in the 70s. It had certainly been repainted somewhat recently. The bed sheets were clean. There were no nightstands since they would have blocked the bathroom and closet doors. Instead the bed had small wings that I would have bumped while getting out. I checked out early and found a different hotel.

The amenities/pool are wonderful however the rooms are pretty basic for what you pay. I paid for an “upgrade” since it was my birthday and our room, shower and bed were significantly smaller than our friends who paid less. The room also had a weird musty smell. I would come back to use the pool and amenities however would not stay again.

We liked nearly everything and especially the setup and the very professional staff. However, the bed in the room (room 38) was not great. Makes lot of clinky noise whenever you move seems a bit too old/firm for the standard/price of such hotel.

Room was really dirty, woke up at 11am to fire alarm having low battery and beeping, sink had a leak in the bathroom, room was super super small but you can't tell from photos and we paid for the garden suite. Tub in the garden suite isn't as private as we thought. Caught the cleaning service crew inside the hotel one the phone texting sat on the floor on top of our pillow. Hot water in shower wouldn't be hot at all for about five minutes then randomly become scorching hot. No Netflix or tv it's like basic cable and just not what you'd expect for a luxury resort. Ordered room service and it was $300 which was not the issue the issue was the steak coming cooked wrong and bottle of wine being a different bottle than what we asked. Spa was the only thing we actually really enjoyed and even then the lockers are old and my stuff got stuck inside a locker I had to have people come open it for me. The lady next to me told me "it's so annoying and happens all the time here". Just overall dissatisfied. $150 by the way is a resort fee you have to pay that isn't mentioned and food is mostly sandwiches to be honest. View is pretty, you can jump in the ocean which is nice, coffee is good, but just overall it was like meh.

Rooms were very small- no place to unpack- no nigh tables. in order to get to our room we had to walk through a dingy hallway. We asked to change rooms and they were not able to accommodate us. Spa is a nice amenity, pool is nice, food was good, drinks were crazy expensive at the speakeasy

check in was at 430pm on a room I called about and they let me know they would get me in earlier- room you could hear the toilets flush and the hot water didn’t work for the tub outside. staff could care less about helping you and it’s impossible to get anyone in the phone. it’s a shame because ibe stayed here for years the standards around the world but something has just gone down hill about this location :(

Overall good, I’ve been a couple of times this year and I will say I’ve had a better experience with prior visits. Positives: Service at the Lido Bayside and the Pool and the Cafe were amazing. The teams were super genuine and kind. Really good vibes overall and just pleasant interactions. Food was delicious! Booked a couples massage and was really nice and fantastic. The Standard amenities always deliver and the property does very well with what it offers. Bed: Compfy and clean as usual Areas of improvement: Front desk service. Very cold and uninterested. When checked in I was told “nothings changed since your last visit, nothing new to share” Attendant did change my room to a more quiet walkway which I was super appreciative about and I was thankful for that accommodation. Check out was very quick and to the point. My room did not have toilet paper and wash rags. Had to request. It was taken care of though as soon as we requested which was nice. Also ran out of Shower bath wash. We requested more and it was never filled. I will return of course! I love the Standard. My biggest feedback is just that the front desk team should carry the same kindness and pleasantry as the rest of the staff on the property. Maybe it was an off day.

We loved every aspect of our stay. The spa lived up to every promise and expectation and the staff were amazing. Craig at the pool went out of his way and we never lacked for service. We’re already planning our return visit!

Really nice hotel in terms of rooms, gym, pool etc. sadly the service lets it down a bit. You’re often waiting a long time for service around the pool/poolside restaurant. I also went for lunch (spent $100) and returned to find my bag had been removed from the poolside bed - meaning I was left on a cheap plastic chair for the rest of the afternoon. No apologies from the staff, just an explanation that if you’re away from your bed for 30 mins. Normally I wouldn’t mind this, but it should be made clear when you check in that this is the case. It’s incredibly annoying to have gone to spend money in their restaurant and then return to find that you’ve lost your bed for the afternoon. Overall decent but service needs to improve as pretty substandard for what is otherwise a decent hotel.

Spa facilities, pool, sauna, ham-am areas are amazing. Absolutely top notch spa experience. Pool is walk in and gorgeous. "Arctic plunge" looks like a hot tub but is 50•F but you can hop in the actual hot tub after with a waterfall that massages you. Great spa services offered and friendly staff. Rooms are great and allow you to escape the heat and relax for your next adventure. Beds creak a bit. Snacks and drinks there if you get desperate. Good shower. The property is fun to hang out at or go to surrounding areas. A 10 minute taxi ride to south beach. Only issues were service around the pool was a bit slow, but many staff try hard and you can tell some care a lot. It has a resort style service so while there are many options they are all a bit separate and have protocols for ordering or seating. Overall staff is really friendly and will help you out. The last at the concierge was magical and told us about Lincoln rd outdoor mall and sunset harbor. Lastly the people staying at the resort and the members there are social with great mindsets. Cool place to network if you're into that. One warning about Miami. Plan your excursions and get tips from people who actually know the area. Luckily my girlfriend and I were visiting my buddy and his fiancé so we had a guide, but if you don't know where to go you could end up in some tourist trap areas, restaurants or just end up lost and walking around in hopes of finding a legit place. Amazing trip however!

The standard is where we go for a couple days of respite when we need a break from work. We live in Fort Lauderdale and took the Brightline down and had a wonderful three days of Rest. The standard is funky and unique.! The food was amazing and we spent a lot of time in the outside bathtub

Be sure to not the Spa is not the hotel. They run separately and the manager of the spa is not great. Also the food at Standard Spa - Lido and poolside is a complete disappointment.
