It was okay. No hot tub. Amenities were okay. Not good value for money paid - we had to pay for valet parking daily as there was no free parking lot add to that resort fees. I wouldn't go here again.

Good hotel, what you would expect from a Choice property, with a due to its location right on the beach. Pool area was fine, nice, but not grand. No pool bar or services at pool to speak of; vending machine took $ but didn’t dispense drink and front desk just gave me a phone number to call. Should have just made it right for such small amount in consideration. But restaurant and bar inside was nice and room clean and updated and well appointed. I would stay here again especially if I want to be on the affordable side of things.

First thing they advertise a hot tub no hot tub Second housekeeping only came 1 day out of 4 we asked for towels on two different occasions never got them Third the breakfast restaurant service was horrible asked for some water the waitress never came back we waited so long that I just got up and asked the host if I can pay the bill (they automatically add gratuity)

Radisson is Located in Mid Beach on Collins avenue. Near Fontainbleau and Eden Roc hotels. Junior suite was nice and large, with balcony and ocean view; with microwave and good coffee-maker. Nice pool and beach access.

Really enjoyed our stay and would probably recommend. Pro's: heated pool,very easy beach access, staff was very friendly. Con's: no self parking had to use valet for $45 a night, saw a hot tub on street view but no longer had a one, didn't sweep room after house keeping so always seemed to have sand on the floor.

Nice and clean property, mostly renovated. The pool was nice and access to beach with chairs and umbrella. Walking distance to restaurants and cvs. The only thing was the noise, you can hear everything from the rooms upstairs and next to you, and on the weekend the hotel next door has a loud DJ outdoors until 2am. Overall enjoyed my stay

Clean. Staff were friendly except for the pool towel lady who is rude for no certain reason. We liked the restaurant by the pool as it offered quick meals for the kids most of the day. The WiFi kept disconnecting and you have to keep logging in every couple of hours. It was a pain especially if you have work to do. Also the elevators kept breaking and they were old and small . If you are looking to see the beach, you won’t see it from the hotel unless you are staying in beachfront rooms. The beach view is closed with shrubs and trees on that shore which is annoying to me. But you are right at the beach and you can walk to it any time. Also, the stupid valet parking is 45 dollars per night. If you don’t wanna pay that there is a public parking few minutes away. I parked there but then I got fined because I was 10 minutes late to book the parking. Overall we thought the hotel rate is high despite the fact that our room had no view at all and there is additional surprise fee that you have to pay (35 dollars per night or so)

When I checked in I asked for a room NOT close to elevator as it makes noise everytime someone is talking it “pling pling”. I got the room next to elevator. So I went back to reseption and asked to change the room. I got a new room and this was exactly behind the elevator, so I hard noises still but I don’t mind go back again and ask for another room as it was late in the evening and just came from a flight. Next morning I woke up and it was ants all around the floor in the room. Some towels were dirty, the hotel area is a bit run down and fasade is very outdated. Pool bar was under maintenance so it was a lot of noise when we tried to relax at the pool. I understand they need to maintenance it sometime, but please inform about this before the guest arrives and not charge full price for the stay. There are animals walking around the pool and pooping all the time. Will not come back to this hotel.

The unit did not meet expectations. It was not very clean, and the balcony offered little privacy, as the neighboring unit was extremely close and did not feel secure. Additionally, the bedsheets had noticeable blood stains. I requested clean sheets and was told housekeeping would address it, but unfortunately, no one ever followed up.

This was our 5th Stay at the Radisson Hotel on Miami Beach. It is an excellent value for a stay. Friendly staff, extremely clean throughout the whole facility. Comfortable and spacious room. Breakfast is served with large portions that taste fantastic.

Our stay at the Radisson was really nice. The property itself the lobby is very nice. Staff were very pleasant. Our view from room was great as we had a junior suite with ocean view. The room itself the beds were very comfortable. Only complaint is the rug under the bed had stains making it look dirty. Overall it was a great pick for our family with teens. Easy access to the beach and nice pool.

Our room was dirty, there's a pacifier and a baby rug left in our room. we don't want to complain about because it's to hassle to transfer to another room. this place is very expensive but the room is not properly clean.

Beds/pillows okay. Older hotel. Decor basic. Had to call front desk about kids’ noise next door. Interior hallways and rooms drab. Pool okay. We had balcony facing beach, pretty good view, palm trees blocked it some. Beach was a bummer. Lots of seaweed washed up in big piles, hard to walk on the beach. Might have been a storm. South Miami Beach might be prettier. Most dining in the area expensive but walkable. Hotel more affordable for beachfront proximity but unfortunately beach not that great.

Like many hotels in the area, it is an older one that has been updated. Overall it's pretty good - we had a nice updated room with modern furniture and a nice bathroom. The pool is heated and there is beach access. HOWEVER - the hotel next door (Soho Club) has a loud thumping outdoor nightclub that can go on until 2am. Out of our 4 night stay it went to midnight once and past 1am once; the other nights it was quiet. There is no way to ignore it and sleep thru this. We didn't know and it seems to be a recent thing ( checking Google reviews I see it mentioned a few weeks before our trip at the end of March 2025). If you ask the front desk they act as if this is news to them . But we feel badly for the Radisson - they have a jerk next door and it's not clear what can be done. But we are not coming back to this hotel.

We booked a room with Front Ocean View Instead we got a pool view with only a partial view of the sea because everything was blocked by palm trees and next to us there was a reconstruction of the neighboring hotel so it was very noisy in the morning and during lunch there was also a lot of noise from the construction

Food was reasonably priced and good quality. Restaurant was a nice environment over looking pool. Rooms were clean and well maintained, bathroom was clean and well maintained and good shower water pressure. Hotel positioning was good - private beach area. Hotel had free WiFi and no issues with WiFi. Hotel does advertise access to Netflix on TV using your own account however, on arrival hotel do not connect TV’s to WiFi - my only small complaint.

Clean updated rooms excellent location on the waterfront in mid Miami Beach near the Fontainebleau complex. Received an upgrade to a room with a terrace (thank you Anthealey). Pool area was nice. Restaurant breakfast was good.

Decor was redone well. Shower barely had any flow, room is small , understandable so being an old hotel. Front desk clerks where somewhat non comprehensive of questions asked.

I was very happy with my recent stay here. Many people in their reviews, knocked the hote and staff, but I found that the staff was attentive, and willing to accommodate requests even at midnight without any pushback. My room was clean, neat, and in the best condition possible taking into account that the property overall is a dated building. I would stay here again.

I received the worst customer service at the check in counter ever. The clerk had a scowl on her face the entire time as if I bothered her. She did not greet us or say anything remotely friendly. She took my ID and ran to the back office for a good 10 minutes without explaining why. She mumbled to herself continously. After 20 minutes I had to ask her to give back my ID. She then said the system was not working and she couldn't check me in but her coworker was checking in other guests just fine. She told me to come back in 15 minutes, at which time the line grew to 15 people and she told me to go back to the end of the line. I was treated better at the DMV than by this hotel check-in clerk. My son and husband who are easy going people even said she was very rude. Horrible experience. I couldn't wait to leave this hotel the next day. I felt so un welcomed. She didn't explain anything. She had very bad attitudes. The room was dirty, hair from previous guests still on the shower wall and dust bunnies all over the closet floor. I wouldn't come here again. Just a horrible experience.

This hotel stay was a complete disaster and recommend you find other options. Had ants in our room and had to agrue with manager to move to another room: valet service very slow and charged $49 per day ouch: had several complaints for loud noise on our floor after 12 midnight: restaurant service slow and walked out of breakfast after waiting over 1 hour for eggs: room service only cleaned room once and begged staff for that service. For $350 per night a total waste of a long weekend. You have been warned of this terrible hotel on the beach!!

We were given a room in the 5th floor when we checked in and there was a palm tree in front of the balcony that blocked the view. The next morning, we asked for a better room in the higher floor and Briana was very helpful. She was able to secure a room in the 9th floor for us with a much better view. The crew helped with luggage transfer and everyone we encountered was just friendly, courteous, and helpful. We loved the pool and the easy access to the beach, especially when travelling with kids. Can't wait to go back!!

Staff will steal out of your rooms!!! Keys were stolen out of my room. Reported it to front desk and they were laughing at us while we were about to be stranded. First set of staff upon booking were professional and nice but during our checkout we they made the experience horrible for us. We ended up having to leave because we’re about to miss our flight. The desk clerk wrote a 800# down and walked away. I asked someone to fill out a report at the desk and nobody chose to help us. We check our bags 3 times and all of our garments. We picked up our mattresses. We left garments behind because we couldn’t add them to our luggage. The shirt they claimed the keys were wrapped in was the shirt I tried on before I left and there were no keys. My sister not thinking to check her items and her bank card and keys were not in her bag either. That’s a terrible coincidence. Return back home to Dallas left with over $400 in bills because the key fob was missing. Tried to call the hotel to get this figured out but they kept putting me on hold and then would hang up. I got a message sent that my keys were found in the shirt I left behind wrapped up. I am so disappointed in this hotel. It was my birthday and they turned it into a nightmare.

The Radisson surprised me this trip! The rooms were all redone and very clean (we saw two different rooms). I was very impressed with the spacious and comfortable lobby area. The pool area with beach access was phenomenal. I really appreciated the beautiful garden surrounding the pool that was full of wildlife. Only downsides: the soho house hotel nextdoor blasts DJ music by there pool all day and I advise avoiding the north side of the 8-10th floor as the soho house also has a rooftop bar that will keep you up all night. We switched to a room on the south side on the 7th floor and it was very quiet and peaceful. Overall I highly recommend this place for the price point. Have fun!

This hotel is nestled in mid-Miami beach next to many other hotels. The front area to pull up for valet parking is very, very small and fits 3 cars at most. It is rather inconvenient. The hotel is very nice, the staff are very helpful and kind. The back of the hotel has a pool and a gate that opens up to the boardwalk and beach behind the hotel. Although the hotel is nice, there are parts of it including the pool, building, gate, and more that feel outdated. There aren't too many dining options either. Most are small restaurants you can walk to, but they are very expensive. This is a great hotel and location for couples or families with older teens/adult kids. I wouldn't recommend it for families with small kids as there aren't many stores and restaurants nearby that you can walk to if you need snacks, food, and other items. There is a CVS down the street where you can get some affordable drinks and snacks. There is no parking lot for this hotel or most in this area. It is all valet due to small properties and limited space.

Front desk staff was terrible through the duration of my stay for several reasons. Not activations at all at hotel which basically forces you to go elsewhere, big miss here especially when you can here the nightlife and even daytime activations at surrounding near properties. Food was over priced for the quality.

beach view was perfect as was the view of the pool. disappointed that there is no room service, & the 1 restaurant was limited. could not charge my food in the restaurant or @ the bar to my room? In the rm, the suite we had 414 seem it was under construction, AS IT needs a TV on the wall of the Jr living rm., & the throw rug in front of the couch was filthy.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it overall. The pricing was not transparent—upon check-in, we were charged additional fees per night and per person, which hadn’t been clearly communicated. Parking was extremely expensive, and the restaurant lacked variety for the high prices. Most of the staff were not particularly friendly, with the exception of the valet team, who were excellent. One major downside was that the hotel did not clean the seaweed from their private beach, making it unusable during our stay—especially disappointing since other nearby hotels did maintain their beach areas. On the positive side, the internet was good, the pool was excellent—very clean and heated. Overall, I would recommend considering other options in the area.

Loved this hotel right on the beach but also right on/walkable to everything else! Nice pool area and the blackened mahi mahi at the hotel restaurant to DIE for. I had it every day... ;) :) :) Please don't ever take it off the menu, I would come back just for the mahi
