Great location! Enjoyed our stay in Chelsea.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance

Room was very clean and beds comfortable. There was little counter space in the room and bathroom. Security took care of a noise problem right away. Convenient to subway and restaurants.

The hotel is located centrally in a great area. You're close to subways, lots of things to eat, Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, Chelsea Market, and the High Line. The bartender, Nirvaan, was so kind and made fantastic drinks. The beds are very comfortable, but the pillows are terrible. They are thin and hard. If you can get a higher-up view, I recommend that. We stayed on the 30th floor on the north side and had an incredible view. The acoustics from the surrounding rooms are quite loud, so you can hear every time a door opens or shuts from another room (it sounds like a slam each time). The fitness center has the basics that you would need, but it smells terrible. I know most people won't workout on a trip but just be prepared! Overall, I am not sure if I would stay here again purely because of the pillows. I love a good night's sleep, and I was woken up multiple times in the morning from hallway door noise. Everything else about the hotel was great, so if you don't care about pillows and you sleep soundly through noise, this will be a good fit!
