We enjoyed the pool at the end of a long day. We were served a wonderful comprehensive breakfast everyday and the front desk was so kind to provide us to go breakfast on our departure day at 4 am in the morning.

A beautiful and unique hotel. The room was beautifully decorated. Beds were comfy, although the pillow were too bulky and difficult to sleep on. The location is great, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. A beautiful temple was nearby. The spa was fantastic and at a very reasonable price. Will stay again.

The map location on Hotels.com is incorrect. The hotel is actually on the Southeast side of town, not the west side (i.e. farther from the action), so that was frustrating. Otherwise, the hotel was great. The pool was strategically shaded, which made it quite refreshing to jump into given the warm temperatures. Breakfast buffet had lots of options.

Lovely hotel, relatively new and tastefully designed. Close to Wat Phra Singh as the name suggests. People very helpful. We booked their car to collect us from the airport and as soon as the driver met us he grabbed all our cases and then positioned us while he went to get the car. While we were trying to remember what he looked like, he found us on the crowded pavement and loaded everything, pointing out on the way to the hotel that the Flower Festival would be starting in two days’ time. Reception staff are all very nice, what you expect of Thai people I suppose, outside of Bangkok. Quite young and perhaps not as knowledgeable as one might get in a major city – they should do some of the day trips themselves on quiet days to be able to talk about them. Beds comfortable, wooden floors. Room cleaning excellent. Flaw in the bathroom design makes it difficult to get into the bath/shower if you are able bodied and impossible if you cannot bend one of your legs properly. The bath seal is already showing signs of mould, which might be a consequence of COVID closure. Breakfast is a good assortment of cuisines. Dinner we found to be awful. A rib-eye steak was nothing of the sort but was edible. BBQ ribs were just horrible. We may have caught them on an off night but didn’t want to risk trying again. People ordering local cuisine seemed to fare better. Cocktails are good and up to strength on the alcohol content. Free afternoon tea is pleasant. I would recommend the hotel

This hotel was wonderful. We loved the Eastern vibe, the layout of the hotel, the size and cleanliness of the room. The pool is nice. The onsite restaurant is excellent, with great food and prices! Breakfast was quite elaborate. The staff were ready to handle any request instantly. We just really loved this place. The famous Sunday night market is a short walk around the corner. It felt like we were in our own secure walled oasis. I can't recommend this place enough. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Chiang Mai.

Very disappointing experience. The pictures promise more than the reality. The hotel is definitely too expensive for the service provided. Noisy rooms and third class breakfast. At check out a fuss was made about a missing room plastic card. Really unworthy. In short: Once and never again.

I just can't get over how gorgeous this property is. We were able to check in early (which really made our day considering we just came off of 20 hours of flying). They have a very delicious breakfast buffet and our room was so spacious! They also went our of their way to make us to go breakfast boxes for when we left super early on a tour and also our check out day as we had to leave at 5am for a flight. The laundry option was really nice as we needed a refresh before we headed to our next destination. Also, this property is so close to everything, we walked everywhere and was easy to navigate from the hotel.

The entire experience with staff and property was amazing until we wanted a cab to leave to airport. It wasn’t expensive at all it was just disheartening that after having a wonderful time they told us are bags would be too big for regular cab so without saying it basically refused to get us a cab. They provided hotel van for 250 baht which again is inexpensive but we arrived we same luggage with left with and from airport it only was 89 baht. Besides that entire staff was friendly breakfast was delicious and every other time we needed to get a cab or ride to a destination we had no issues. I would check out Chai Lai Orchid elephant sanctuary it is run by local indigenous people and amazing time. Central Festival mall is also a sight to see. Happy travels.

Amazing room, excellent service, excellent food. Staff was very friendly and super accommodating. Pool is super refreshing and was very useful in battling the 106° heat. Every room has A/C so you can sleep comfortably! My wife and I were very appreciative of the staff letting us keep our luggage at the front desk for a few hours after checkout due to our late departure time.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet street close to Wat Phra Singh, easy to access to tuk tuks and other transport. Such a cute place with delicious complimentary afternoon tea, daily free 10 min neck massage. Breakfast had a little street market section with Chiang Mai sausage, sticky rice and BBQ skewers which were delicious. Would definitely come again when in Chiang Mai.
