Had a private room which was really good and clean. The common areas were huge and good brekkie options and very affordable. I was a little worried about being ‘old’ but there were a mix of ages of people staying. Good location and felt safe. Only criticism is it was a little noisy in the room as think walls are thin! But overall a good stay and good value for the city.

We felt very safe, there was plenty of free entertainment options within the property and it is in a very convenient area for walking to most places or to bus /train stations. The rooms however were a little cold, with limited heating options and when we asked for a heater, it seemed quite an effort for the initial team member to source one.

Accommodation underwhelming. Main lobby area/guest socializing area nice, lots of options for entertainment like pool or fuseball tables. However, for the room; No space for luggage. Bathroom sink and shelf was extremely small, no room to place toiletries bag. The noise was the worst part. Our first night was scary, people banging on room doors and screaming. Our door was attempted to be forced open multiple times yet there says there is security present monitoring things. This lasted almost an hour and no way to contact front desk from room for assistance unless you have a working phone mobile number. When we attempted to speak with staff the next day, we waited at check in desk for almost 20 minutes with no one showing up to speak with. Location was good for train access and into town. Overall I understand it’s a hostel but for the price of a hostel was bare for the rooms.

This property is in a fantastic location, close to the city and shopping. The rooms are spacious for a backpackers and the common area is clean and comfortable, there is a kitchenette and laundry for guest use which was convenient but could get a bit grubby with so much use

Very clean; friendly staff; excellent coffee available from on-site cafe from 8 am. Parking situation has recently changed - must download government parking payment app; however, once this was done, payment was simple and could be completed remotely.

I stayed in private room which was really good, just wish they had provided soap. The bedroom was really clean, but the kitchen was a disappointment, as it wasn't cleaned regularly, the draining board was dirty so any dishes cleaned where then dirty once placed on drainer. There was limited plates, bowls etc. No glasses and only paper cups instead of mugs which were limited. There was saucepans but no hob to cook on? Although there was some air fryers which was handy. Great seating areas they were massive and had pool tables and a large cinema area with a projector. Great that can check in late at night, as I had late arrival and was in good location.

Cost effective, clean, extremely comfortable beds in the twin room with ensuite. Definitely recommend to anyone. I'm nearly 60 travelling with my 70 year old Aunt and we were both pleasantly surprised.

I really enjoyed the stay at hostel G . To be honest I had never had a good experience with hostels before but honestly this place was incredible. Easier walk to shops, restaurants. Staff were cleaning the rooms every day. And the room I stayed had a prefect clean bathroom. But only thing was the AC was not working properly. Unfortunately the day I was checking out I caught a cold because of that. Other than totally recommend this facility to everyone who’s visiting Perth city. Very much affordable place for everyone.

Someone has to tell the blokes upstairs not to drag the beds across their floor in the middle of the night; that floor is my ceiling. And jumping from the top bunk at 3am is certainly not a fun activity for those attempting to sleep on the level below you, either! At least the coffee is good so, after practically no sleep I was still able to stay awake for the workshops the next day … The mildew in the bathroom has got away from you since last month’s visit. And there were no toiletries so, maybe someone pinched them?

Stayed for 3 nights. It was fantastic. Staff were kind and helpful, cleaners kept everything shiny around the clock. Room was comfy with own amenities. Nice and quite with people from every culture to contextualise with. Highly recommend and will be staying again. Job well done!

You have to make your bed for your stay and strip it when you leave. Bathroom was not particularly clean - walls had bits stuck to them etc. The rooms could do with another mirror so that when the bathroom is occupied with others showering, using the toilet or getting changed, someone can at least brush their hair or apply makeup. Noisy within Hostel and from outside. No bin near the entry so those sitting outside to smoke or chat leave garbage around. The location is very good. Walking distance to central Perth/ Northbridge.

Overall good stay, but construction noise woke us up every morning. Constant drilling and hammering from 7am to 5pm. Both floors of the hostel had the noise so I assume the dormrooms had the same issue. Beds were comfy and rooms and common areas were very clean. Would stay again but would have liked to be informed about the noise. Good big common area to chill in.

As everything in Perth this place is a bit pricey. Got a dorm room and immediately asked for a private after a snoring roomate. The private room was nice and clean. Very noisy as i think theres a gym next door. Noise stops at 10pm. Cant complaint as this is a hostel

It was good until night 6. They let someone with big alcohol smell check in my 4 dorm room at 11 pm. 2 other ramdom people went inside the room around this time. Strong smell so I could not sleep! At 5am i saw security inside the room taking his food . Very weired. Security was very rude with me. Im didnt sleep. I went back to the roo. Around 6 am the guest came back at 6:30 and bit later his alarm started and he started saying repetedly : i cant turn alarm off. I Terrible hostel night. Will try to cancel my next 2 nights.

Our door was attempted to be forced open multiple times yet there says there is security present monitoring things. This lasted almost an hour and no way to contact front desk from room for assistance unless you have a working phone mobile number. When we attempted to speak with staff the next day, we waited at check in desk for almost 20 minutes with no one showing up to speak with. Location was good for train access and into town. Overall I understand it’s a hostel but for the price of a hostel was bare for the rooms.
Accommodation underwhelming. Main lobby area/guest socializing area nice, lots of options for entertainment like pool or fuseball tables. However, for the room; No space for luggage. Bathroom sink and shelf was extremely small, no room to place toiletries bag. The noise was the worst part. Our first night was scary, people banging on room doors and screaming. Payed for a night had Government issued photo ID but after taking my money on arrival I was denied accommodation because I didn't have a passport or a driver's licence ... Because of them I slept on the street. No refund possible they did not give a hoot. My caravan was stolen with passports and licence...

Stayed for 3 nights. It was fantastic. Staff were kind and helpful, cleaners kept everything shiny around the clock. Room was comfy with own amenities. Nice and quite with people from every culture to contextualise with. Highly recommend and will be staying again. Job well done!

Had a private room which was really good and clean. The common areas were huge and good brekkie options and very affordable. I was a little worried about being ‘old’ but there were a mix of ages of people staying. Good location and felt safe. Only criticism is it was a little noisy in the room as think walls are thin! But overall a good stay and good value for the city.

Very business like. Definitely not your cosy little hostel. They make it difficult to do your own cooking. The fridges had almost no space and the kitchen had hardly any bench space. But it was very clean and close to everything

I stayed in private room which was really good, just wish they had provided soap. The bedroom was really clean, but the kitchen was a disappointment, as it wasn't cleaned regularly, the draining board was dirty so any dishes cleaned where then dirty once placed on drainer. There was limited plates, bowls etc. No glasses and only paper cups instead of mugs which were limited. There was saucepans but no hob to cook on? Although there was some air fryers which was handy. Great seating areas they were massive and had pool tables and a large cinema area with a projector. Great that can check in late at night, as I had late arrival and was in good location.
