Tenían un evento privado y no se podía usar la alberca. Eso deberían informarlo al huésped antes de entrar. No me quedé cancele. Pregunten antes de llegar a hospedarse. Fue una gran decepción!!!!😡😡😡😡

They don't have internet service, not even the tv antena work. Not safe door lock. It was someone screaming outside. The receptionist was really rude. Not enough parking spaces. I canceled and they don't return my money.

Room was dirty and have to be move to a different room in the corner and it was very inconvenient noisy They try to charge me for towels because I have to used them because the room got flooded and that I was dirtying towels I told them your floor is wet and unsafe to walk

El servicio fue regular, no muy amable pero tampoco grosero. La habitación limpia y espaciosa. El baño necesita un poco de mantenimiento porque sale un olor a drenaje a veces. No utilicé la alberca pero se veía en buenas condiciones.

Todo bien, lo unico malo es que si quieres cobijas tienes que dar un deposito de 200 pesos por cobija. Imaginate que solo tengas lo del hotel, no te vas a arropar y pasaras frio jajaja

Todo excelente, realmente el personal es muy amable, las instalaciones son lindas y limpias, tienes un restaurante enfrente rico y economico, el unico detalle es el que menciona todo el mundo: el internet, es malisimo, recurri a mis datos en la mayoria de ocasiones, eso si, ls TV tiene buen internet, asi que si vas usar internet para netflix o youtube, mejor usa la television, por todo lo demas estuvo bien, deje cosas de valor y sobres de dinero y limpieza no toco nunca mis cosas

Came here for the Baja 500 and we felt very safe. The staff were always checking the parking lot making sure the right people were staying at the hotel. Pretty decent prices too. Water was HOT but that's a plus🙌.

Ms. Elizabeth S. was super helpful, our room clean and ready no problems checkning in, she helped us with directions to restaurants and cool places to visit, everybody was super nice. The pool was clean. to my expectations I was very happy. I would definitely stay there again.
