We enjoyed our stay. Condo was in a great location, clean, and up to date. Parking was tight but we managed and elevators at peak hours are a little tuff. Overall great experience and we plan to be back.

Would definitely book here again!!! The condo was very clean, well stocked, and perfectly described through the pictures and the listing. The 3rd bedroom (the one with bunk beds) is small, but the kids didn't mind...and the rest of the condo was spacious, the balcony is huge! The wait for the elevators was typically only a couple of minutes...never more than 5 minutes even during peak times like checkout. The beach is great - perfect soft clean sand, shallow entry for wading into the ocean, with chair/umbrella rental right outside the condo building. The condo is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The parking was a little tight for our full size, club cab F-150 truck...but we never had a problem finding a spot to fit into.

We didn’t actually stay here because we were sent notification ahead of time that this property had maintenance work being performed on the parking deck at the time of our stay so we were able to move to another property near by. However, we last this location and property many times during our stay and it was a good location and nice property.

The condo was clean as expected. We ran into an issue when there was only one elevator working with hundreds of people waiting hours to go up and down to their room. Many were taking the stairwells. We was on the 18th floor. My husband, kids and I attempted the steps, made it to the 6th stairwell and I ended up having an epileptic seizure. I had to leave the stairwell and wait on the 6th floor for an elevator to get me to the 18th. We tried contacting someone. They informed us there is no one on property fix the condition. I would have to get in touch with the HOA if the condo, yet they did not have that information for me. We also had issues with our dryer I reported and it wasn’t resolved. So there is no one on property to manage situations. After the seizure and elevator incident (our first day) I asked for a refund so we could stay somewhere else and was hatefully told there would be no refund issued. We have already occupied the space and unfortunately we would be out the money. We spent the rest of our stay with one elevator working. People waiting in a hot area waiting to get to their rooms while the elevator stopping at each floor. Then coming to ground being full of being going back up. It was very frustrating and we will not stay at this place again. I don’t recommend due to unresolved issues, lack of empathy, and the demeanor of the people answering the phones. The only thing nice was the inside of the condo where we stayed.

Nice roomy condo on 6th floor. Great location to get around at Gulf Shores. Elevators were slow and beach was crowded. Pools were small and shaded most of the day. Having two food trucks and Sea and Suds beside us was a plus. Liquid Life responded to our needs quickly. Security was onsite and visible which is a great comfort.

Accommodations were wonderful. We have stayed at Seawind several times and this was the nicest rooms we have had. The elevator was broke for about 1 1/2 days which was inconvenient but the property manager/security was very accommodating about providing assistance until they were back up and running. Will definitely consider booking here again.

Overall a positive experience. Great location central to a lot. The condo was overall clean with no gleaming places for improvement. The place came well equipped with everything we needed for a 3 night stay. The linens were light and comfortable. Amenities were pleasant when enjoyed at the right time to avoid the crowds. I did see peopleCleaning the pools each morning which was nice.Parking was convenient and simple.Check in/check out process was very convenient.Only complaints (some as other have stated and some just minor things that could use improvement)- The fan in the master bedroom only has 1 speed it seems and it seems to be low speed. If you like air movement, would advise to bring your own fan.- The elevators are terribly crowded and can be difficult to obtain. 2 elevators for a 20 story condo does not seem to suffice. Had to wait 30 minutes to catch an elevator with enough room in it for a cart during check out hours. - The 3rd bedroom/bunk room is not as big as the photos make it to be, and there is no fan and no air vent in the room (though the host did provide a desk fan). We were hoping to be able to place our toddler’s pack n play in there for sleep but it did not fit. Over a good experience that aided in a good vacation for us with lots of memories made.

The condo itself was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The wagon filled with chairs and mats for the beach were so nice! Our kids loved the beach toys that were in the condo and they provided many hours of entertainment! It was a great location as we could walk to many restaurants. The pool, splash pad and hot tub were great but it would have been nice if it was heated for the cooler days. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we’re looking forward to coming back!

Clean unit . Nice . Beautiful view . Enough room for all of us that attended. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed to prep and make meals. Lights and outlets in both bathrooms and one bedroom didn't work first day . Made calls , maintenance finally came @12 on day 2 of our 5day stay

My husband a d I decide to take a "short" detour on our way home. As my husband was driving, I was scrolling for Gulf Shores availability. Vurbo showed Seawind 1401! Looking at the pictures and location, we decided it was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. The best balcony to "live" and enjoy the ocean view. I would recomend the beautiful condo!

I absolutely LOVED my stay in this perfect condo! My Mother and I were celebrating our February birthdays there and we just had a marvelous time! I was soooo impressed with the cleanliness, the comfort of the beds, the furniture on the balcony, the lovely decor, the well stocked kitchen, the speed of the elevators, the location of the property...just everything! So wanted to rent it for my Labor Day stay, but it was already booked. So sad, but definitely not surprised...So hope to rent this unit again in the future!

This place was great. The view was amazing and they had some great amenities (and even beach toys and chairs to use). No need to lug a bunch of extra stuff with you. The beds were comfy too and there was plenty of space to just hang out. Balcony was a great place to sit, read a book and look out at the ocean.

The condo is in a great location and right off the beach. The balcony has an incredible view of the gulf. The only thing that to consider is the bedroom with bunk beds is very small. This wasn't an issue for our small children, but may not be the best if you have teenagers.

This condo is a beautiful vacation rental. The balcony spans the living room and two bedrooms. It is a spacious place with three bedrooms, although we only used two. The rooms are a good size. We were not cramped at all. The only thing that it really needed was a new mattress in the room with the double bed. It was fairly comfortable on one side, but the other side is worn out. The condo had everything needed in the kitchen except a pot scrubber. The pans are not non-stick. We were there while Hurricane Francine was hitting Louisiana and the surf was high and currents were dangerous.. We spent a lot of time in the condo and on the balcony. I'm glad we had a place we enjoyed.

Love staying in this condo. A good little getaway with family/friends. Everything is the same as the pictures or better! Didn’t bother the host about anything other than the early check in process, which was easy to communicate with them. Fast to reply with anything you need. GREAT view from the 14th floor. Rooms were spacious and nice. Beds, bunk beds and pull out couch were comfy. Everything in this condo was great. Enjoyed the pools for the kids too. Will DEFINITELY be staying here again in the future!

Beds were hard, the fans did not go higher than a low setting, the toilet paper holders fell out each time you tried to use tp, there was no linen for the pull out bed and absolutely no circulation in the bunk bed room; no vents or fan. The location was great, overall not a bad stay, however definitely could use some adjustments to be made more accommodated.

My husband and I decided to invite my son and parents with us on our anniversary trip. We had such a relaxing time. The condo location was as perfect as the view. There was a slight mishap with the door code, but the management team was quick and helpful with resetting the code. The only reason I did not give five stars was due to the ice machine not working and the stove was inconsistent with heating. Otherwise, I would recommend the condo to anyone wanting a beach getaway.

We had two families come in for vacation. It was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen had all the necessities. Great location! There’s nothing I would change! Beach was great and kids really enjoyed the pool. Communication prior to arrival was great. 10/10!

The condo was clean as expected. We ran into an issue when there was only one elevator working with hundreds of people waiting hours to go up and down to their room. Many were taking the stairwells. We was on the 18th floor. My husband, kids and I attempted the steps, made it to the 6th stairwell and I ended up having an epileptic seizure. I had to leave the stairwell and wait on the 6th floor for an elevator to get me to the 18th. We tried contacting someone. They informed us there is no one on property fix the condition. I would have to get in touch with the HOA if the condo, yet they did not have that information for me. We also had issues with our dryer I reported and it wasn’t resolved. So there is no one on property to manage situations. After the seizure and elevator incident (our first day) I asked for a refund so we could stay somewhere else and was hatefully told there would be no refund issued. We have already occupied the space and unfortunately we would be out the money. We spent the rest of our stay with one elevator working. People waiting in a hot area waiting to get to their rooms while the elevator stopping at each floor. Then coming to ground being full of being going back up. Nice roomy condo on 6th floor. Great location to get around at Gulf Shores. Elevators were slow and beach was crowded. Pools were small and shaded most of the day. Having two food trucks and Sea and Suds beside us was a plus. Liquid Life responded to our needs quickly. Security was onsite and visible which is a great comfort.

Accommodations were wonderful. We have stayed at Seawind several times and this was the nicest rooms we have had. The elevator was broke for about 1 1/2 days which was inconvenient but the property manager/security was very accommodating about providing assistance until they were back up and running. Will definitely consider booking here again.

This was a great property! The description was so accurate. Management was so easy to work with ! We loved the balcony! We always like to come back in the evenings and spend time out there and this one was perfect!! It really was a beautiful condo and perfect for the 4 of us! Thanks for such an enjoyable stay!

Love staying in this condo. A good little getaway with family/friends. Everything is the same as the pictures or better! Didn’t bother the host about anything other than the early check in process, which was easy to communicate with them. Fast to reply with anything you need. GREAT view from the 14th floor. Rooms were spacious and nice. Beds, bunk beds and pull out couch were comfy. Everything in this condo was great. Enjoyed the pools for the kids too. Overall a positive experience. Great location central to a lot. The condo was overall clean with no gleaming places for improvement. The place came well equipped with everything we needed for a 3 night stay. The linens were light and comfortable. Amenities were pleasant when enjoyed at the right time to avoid the crowds. Great location. Property was clean. Great beach view from balcony. They have beach accessories available for use. We also left a beach ball because we didn’t want to take it with us so hopefully they keep with the rest of the stuff. Had a great experience overall.

The condo is in a great location and right off the beach. The balcony has an incredible view of the gulf. The only thing that to consider is the bedroom with bunk beds is very small. This wasn't an issue for our small children, but may not be the best if you have teenagers.

The site provided what was needed. The condo was nice and had plenty of space. The only issue was the stools were stained and the lock on the sliding door was broke. The location to the beach was great. There needed to be more elevators. Less chairs/umbrellas for rent directly in front of the condo building would have been nice. We had one issue with parking passes that did not settle well with us. It ended up costing us more.

The 3rd bedroom (the one with bunk beds) is small, but the kids didn't mind...and the rest of the condo was spacious, the balcony is huge! Over all stay was good. Nice condo great location! Kitchen well stocked (no storage containers with tops). My only complaint would be the 3rd bedroom with the bunkbeds was extremely small. No closet, room for a small suitcase or duffle bag. Very little room to move around.

Everything was nicely furnished and clean. Great views, kitchen fully stocked, plenty of sand toys, chairs, lovely patio furniture, etc. just a few minor problems. Master bedroom shower was hard to regulate the temperature. Kitchen sink faucet was wobbly and the TV’s were hard to operate (too many remotes!), but nothing that would make me not want to stay there again. We had an awesome vacation!

This condo is a beautiful vacation rental. The balcony spans the living room and two bedrooms. It is a spacious place with three bedrooms, although we only used two. The rooms are a good size. We were not cramped at all. The only thing that it really needed was a new mattress in the room with the double bed. It was fairly comfortable on one side, but the other side is worn out. The condo had everything needed in the kitchen except a pot scrubber. The pans are not non-stick. We were there while Hurricane Francine was hitting Louisiana and the surf was high and currents were dangerous.. We spent a lot of time in the condo and on the balcony. I'm glad we had a place we enjoyed.
