The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my young children (e.g. diaper genie in the bathroom, high chairs/boosters in the dining room). The room itself was well kept with a great view, and it was nice to have the hot spring bath in the room. The free shuttle to/from Sapporo Station was also very convenient.

This property is amazing especially having your own onsen in the room. Meals were very traditional, our fanciest meals of our trip to hokkaido. Location very quiet and serene.
