My second stay at this hotel. It’s such a lovely place across the beach and the ocean view room was excellent. Annie checked me in and also sent a plate of fruit to my room as well as given us coupons for ice cream. We ate a couple dinner at the hotel and was pleasantly good taste. All the staff were very friendly and gave good service.

Check-in was quick. Staff were polite and professional. I booked the family deluxe room which is just two standard connecting rooms. There wasn’t even a real sitting area for a family to sit. I don’t care for the wet bathroom with the deep bathtub. Water gets everywhere which makes the floor wet and slippery. It’s difficult getting out of the bathtub. Breakfast was standard for Vietnam. I was expecting more fruits besides dragon fruit and bananas. The daily soups were good. Windows are thin so you can hear the street traffic and music at night. Overall okay stay.

Ocean view room, but unsafe to climb in and out of the tall tub, especially if kids and elderly are extremely not recommended, water spilling all over due to the uncovered shower tub

Excellent service minded personal. Annie made everything for us to make us feel welcome! To have such a warm and friendly welcome in a big hotel is unusual and it made us feel like our home! We will defently come back and l will recomend this hotel to everone. Clean lovely rooms besutiful view, great breakfast !
