Beautiful brand new hotel with very welcoming staff. Our room was brand new and immaculate. Perfect one night stay for our family of 4. Loved the pool and outdoor patio with fire pit at night. Hot Breakfast also hit the spot. Will stay here again.

Clean and fresh, newer hotel. Bed was comfortable. Glassware in the room and complimentary breakfast. We walked to Texas Roadhouse for dinner leaving our truck and trailer in the parking lot which was awesome. Will definitely stay there again!

Brand new property. Everything was excellent. Rooms are well thought out and have everything you could want for a family of five. Gym was surprisingly great and motivated me to get up in the morning to use it. Breakfast had something for everyone and was delicious. Love the heated saltwater pool too. We could watch the kids swim without being overwhelmed by heavy chlorine smell, which was a very happy surprise. Was too hot to sit outside, but would have loved to use the fire pit and grills. Staff were very welcoming. Would definitely book here again.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was huge and well laid out. The pictures online didn’t do it justice. We enjoyed the salt water pool and gym. Overall was a wonderful stay!!

The only thing I was a little upset with was the water pressure in the shower was less than a sprinkler. Everything else was top notch and the breakfast had a nice variety of stuff. Coffee was hot and available 24 hours. Overall a great place to stay. Just boost the water pressure in the shower please...

Stayed after a concert at the EKU campus and the hotel was beautiful and brand new. Close to shopping, gas stations and plenty of restaurants. Right off the interstate but very quiet. Check in was super easy and the desk clerk very friendly even though it was late in the evening. Bed was very comfortable and room spacious for 2 people. ONLY complaint was the heater/air conditioner in the room couldn’t be turned over 68 degrees or it sounded like a jet was taking off in the room, it being 6 degrees last night we wanted it a little warmer than usual. We did not call the front desk due to how late it was and decided it would be fine just get under the blankets. ALL NIGHT LONG , the heater/ air conditioner made loud “thumping” noises every 10 min. Yes we should have called the front desk to be moved but it was so late and we were just staying one night. We did let them know when we checked out so someone could check what was wrong with the unit. I would definitely stay again but in the case of another defective unit I would want to be moved to another room.

The staff were all very friendly and professional. Breakfast was great and our room was clean and well supplied. The room did not cool off very well. It was 75 degrees, but did not cool to 69 until 9 am after being hot all night.The city apparently comes to empty the garbage outside at 4 am and that was very loud, even on the 3'rd floor.

After checking in the power went out in the whole hotel for about 3 hours. When the power did come on, the room I was in still only had power lights in the bathroom and the AC unit and the fridge. None of the outlets or the rest of the lights would not come on. The front desk staff was rude and very disrespectful and unhelpful. They lied to me about my rate per night. They told me I was only paying $143/per night. Which was not true and a blatant lie. The room tv did not have a remote either.

The staff was outstanding. SueAnn, Rhonda and Teresa to name a few were accommodating and really helped to make our visit a huge success. A special shoutout to SueAnn only because we seem to interact with her the most. Hilton you got it right with these women. Please hire more like them and let SueAnn trained them. The best!

Great property. New. Good variety of breakfast options. The only odd thing was that rooms were too be cleaned and only one bed was made up and the other left unmade. Not sure what happened there. But overall a great stay in a new hotel.

Looks to be a brand new hotel. Comfy and clean. Our room was the double queen suit and we had plenty of room for 5 adults. They did try hard for breakfast, but it was not very tasty. The little egg items were really grainy and tasteless.
