The hotel was great just wish the bar was open Friday and Saturday night.

Great location for any event at the BOK Center. Parking can be an issue, they have one smallish lot that is on a first come basis.

Beware if you are staying here for an event. What they don’t tell you, until the day of arrival when it’s past the free cancellation period, is that they don’t have enough parking for guests during events. If you do not arrive early, you will not get a parking space. They literally sent an email telling us we should uber if we want to leave at night, as the spaces would be full upon return. Hotel was clean, but overpriced. It’s close to BOK center, but not worth the additional parking fee and hassle. Shame on me for not reading the reviews.

The pool was closed because of a thunderstorm, but everything else was perfect! Staff was so friendly and parking was easy to access ($16/night).

Great location good amenities but should note that pool is seasonal in advertising. Small annoyances in room with location of plug ins, none reachable at the desk area for instance.

Staff were very friendly they even got us in our room early. Property was very clean and gym was solid. Walkable to the BOK center.

Our stay was amazing. I absolutely love the room and the service. Everything was so clean and refreshing ; and because of that, I will definitely be staying there every time I come to Tulsa, Oklahoma.

This is the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. We had booked through Expedia, and chosen this hotel because it clearly stated it was an accessible room with a bathtub. We checked into our room, and no tub. No big deal, we told the checkout clerk (who was very friendly), and asked if we could have a room with a tub. She said that their system doesn’t show them which rooms have them and which don’t, and had to physically go to rooms and check them (not her fault, but seriously? It’s 2025, y’all can’t show it on a computer or something?). She puts us in another room, we go up there, and still no tub. At this point it’s almost funny except we’re carrying around all of our bags and tired from a long trip. We went back down to reception, and she brought us to another room, that had a tub. The room was 75 degrees though, and she said that the AC had just been shut off for some reason, and that it would cool down soon. She went back to the front desk to get us a keycard and brought a fan. We left our bags in the room, went out for dinner, and got back very late. When we got back to the room it was still 75 degrees, with the AC turned on max. We opened the fridge and found leftovers in there, as well as dirty paper cups in the cabinet, and I really don’t think the sheets had been washed either. At this point though we were exhausted and just gave up and went to bed. I’m so disappointed in this hotel, as I was trying to pick a nice place for a get-away weekend for my boyfriend and I

Property is convenient to the BOK center in downtown Tulsa. They charge $15 to park, but it is adjacent to the hotel in a gated and lit lot. The rooms are large and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchenette. The room was clean, but the rest of the hotel needed a good clean. It didn't look like the hall carpets had been vacuumed in a weeks. Breakfast was good with plenty of hot or cold food options. The price is reasonable for downtown Tulsa, but there are better options.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. Over the years it gets more dirty. They don’t wash the walls, they don’t vacuum, they don’t clean your room when you ask and allow parties with loud music in them.

This is the nicest Residence Inn I’ve ever stayed in! It was nice, clean, fully stocked and we were very comfortable.

Nice property that’s conveniently located near highways and eateries. Some homeless walking around which is expected since it’s downtown. Rooms not as clean as I’d like but overall good experience. I suggest they clean a little deeper ( lots of hair on there ground in room from previous occupants of the room) and keep the hot coffee going after breakfast.

The room was clean and staff was friendly. The sofa was worn and taped to cover a hole, as this didn't hurt the cleanliness or comfort of the hotel it did make it look less than stellar.

There was a crosswalk signal that beeped 24 hours a day. Stay out of Rm 207.

The staff were super nice and friendly. The room was clean and the shower had a lot of hot water. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable, but the pillows were actually supportive and comfortable. The temperature of the room was nice and cold during the day but it was hot during the night, and I could not get the fan to stay on to circulate the air. The room was close to the stairwell and it was very loud throughout the night. Sometimes the bed and walls would shake from the people going up and down the stairwell and the doors opening and closing. The only gluten-free breakfast options were bacon, hard boiled eggs, oranges, and bananas. Parking costs an extra $16 a day. For the price, I expected more but it was convenient for a 1-night stay for a concert at the BOK Center which was only 2 blocks away and visible from the hotel. There were unfortunately a lot of visible homeless in the area.

Street light outside our window beeped all night. Sleeping was difficult

I never arrived at the hotel because all of the flights were grounded and I was never able to come. I reached out to the hotel and explained the situation and they didnt cancel nor refund my $480 reservation

conceptually it's a great place. the breakfast was a pleasant surprise in terms of items and quality. but i was there 3 days and my room was never cleaned. also the front desk staff are nice but not the most helpful or engaging. like they are just doing a job. this could be improved.

We were in town for a reunion of Army buddies. The whole staff was extremely courteous and helpful, especially James, the bartender. He helped make our time there extra fun!

My stay was amazing and Betty at the front desk was phenomenal.. Betty is one of the nicest folks I’ve met on my travels. The room was amazing and I will totally be recommending wonderful Betty and your lovely hotel.

The girl at the front desk not once, but twice was so rude to my friend and I. She acted as if she could not be bothered by us. Said she “didn’t know how” to do anything we asked, we needed to wait for her manager, etc. just called to ask why I’ve been charged twice a week after our stay, she said I’ve been refunded. I have two posted payments on my credit card. I am calling corporate about her since her manager was 30 min late and couldn’t be bothered to see us either.

When I arrived to check in Ms.Betty, greeted me and made sure the check in process went smooth! On top of all of that her character was just plain amazing! She will most likely be the reason why I book again with this hotel! The room was exactly what I expected! If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would.

We went for a concert for one night. The location was perfect walking distance to the BOK center. We did bring our dogs & while they are allowed at the hotel, I wouldn’t consider it “pet friendly.” There is a tiny strip of fake grass in the back for them to potty on (like the width of half a car) and every dog has to potty there so it had poop stains and smelled horrible. My dogs would not poop on that tiny fake grass, so we had to take them to a dog park to potty which was not convenient. The parking is limited & if you don’t get there early enough you have to pay $19 a night to park- which wasn’t stated when we bought the hotel. Other than those two things, the room was large & it was close to the venue which worked well.

The B.O.K. Center is close about a 3 block walk! The hotel and hotel staff were very helpful. Like any large city there were homeless people but they were no problem. There was a good police presence the night of the concert and throughout our stay. Would stay there again when in Tulsa!

This was an exceptionally nice hotel and room for the rating. Immaculately clean (no odor, which is a rarity). Lots of upgrade touches not normally found in a 3 star hotel. Comfortable bed, large room, really nice kitchen. Best hotel breakfast apart from Embassy Suites. Staff was very helpful, professional, and personable.

Very clean hotel! My family felt very safe at this hotel. The breakfast was good.

Breakfast is really good but need more attention, around a hour left to close is everything empty.

Great spot! Walked to the BOK center to watch a concert. Felt safe, short walk. Parking was good, and the staff was super friendly. Beds were comfortable. Room was great an spacious. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here again, and highly recommend.

We had a great experience! The pool was a big hit with my kids, breakfast was delicious, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to the Performing Arts Center, and it was a quick drive to other locations. The full kitchen was a huge plus, and everyone slept well.
