Hotel room was bigger than usual. 2 rooms per floor. Lobby/Front desk is on the 8th floor. 2 elevators. Although the hotel's location was good, the service was very disappointing. Check in time was at 2:00 pm. But at 3:30 pm, I still didn't have the room. No explanation. As a frequent traveler, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The design (boutique hotel) starting from my hotel room door is modern and edgy. The room is surprisingly spacious for its location and i got the room with a 4G portable Wifi device which is really helpful when navigating outside. Having just come from an aged hotel in the Wanchai area, checking into this one was like a breath of fresh air. And even though i stayed here on Sunday night in LKF, being on the twelfth floor i could not hear any noise from the ground so soundproofing is good too. Lastly the one con is that the hotel entrance on the ground can be a little hard to find so look out for the sign, and then take the elevator up to the 8th floor where the hotel lobby is located.

Very convenient location, walking distance to central and HK stations. No fuss check-in and out; responsive and friendly staff. Too bad it doesn't come with a gym, would have been the perfect affordable hotel of choice.

Location at center of Lan Kwai Fong was great. Restaurants and Bars abound. Walk up the road on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights though as D’Aguilar street where the hotel is at is closed to vehicles. We arrived on Thurs night and left Monday, so that was not a problem. No bell service. Daily cleaning service. Daily bottled water. Pocket wifi provided and that was convenient when out of the hotel. Hotel has no restaurant. Room is clean and well appointed. Although small, well thought of so does not feel cramp.

This hotel was a great find! The location in LKF couldn't be better for accessing the area's restaurants and bars. The room, while compact (as expected in HK), was spotless and perfect for our needs as a central hub. For the price, it's definitely the best value we encountered, and we wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Prime location, located on one of the busiest bar streets in Hong Kong. So super convenient, I was hungry at 2am and got some Thai BBQ 2 mins walk from the hotel. Staff members are very very nice and polite. Cons: my room smelled like pee, straight up urine… also bathroom was not clean at all.

The location of this hotel is perfect - a few minutes walk to Central Station and surrounded by tons of great eats and drinks. Yes, it's right in the heart of the main party/nightlife area but as long as you're on one of the higher floors (18+) then you don't really hear the commotion coming from the streets. The staff is very kind. The shower design is horrible - our first one leaked so much that we had to move rooms. And then in our second room our shower still leaked as well. Carpet/furniture is very stained in both rooms we stayed in.

Really lovely hotel. The rooms were modern, spacious, clean and had everything you would need. The bed was comfy and the shower really great. The hotel team were very friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel. The location of the hotel is at the centre of the very busy and noisy LKF nightlife - so it gets really noisy at night. The hotel thoughtfully provide earplugs and I can sleep through anything so it didn't spoil anything but it should be a consideration when choosing. If you can cope with noise then don't miss out on this gem!

Great location on LKF. Can be a little noise from the street but to be expected. Comfy bed with pillows labelled so you can easily choose soft or firmer. The shower is cool with the fogging of the glass. The only thing I didn’t love was you couldn’t open the sheer curtain to get a proper look at the view and the bathroom lighting being a bit hard to use. You can change the bathroom lighting to many colours but not always clear how to turn off.

Hotel came highly rated and is not a budget hotel. With above in mind we had several complaints. Lightning not user friendly and was either all on or off. Sink/toilet/shower area very tight more suitable to single traveler. Toilet ventilation did not function. Sink has cabinet protruding into sink making use of sink difficult. On 15th floor street noise was bothersome.

I picked this hotel for its location and the look of the rooms. I did arrive earlier than 3pm and since it was possible to check in earlier I took it. I got a room for handicapped ♿️ which I would be ok but there was literally no space on this room besides the bed. Extremely ridiculous small room. I complained about this and not a single gesture was made. There is no water on the room so either tab water or take a floor lift to get water ( guys make an effort and place some jar with water ). Bed was okayish and room was cleaned. But the noise? Unbearable. I only slept 2h due to all the bars and people on the street and I was placed on the 9th floor... For the value paid I felt robbed. There is no breakfast, no coffee, no water, 10m2 room... staff irresponsive to my complain. No. I wont come back. No need to get one of those typical google reviews " dear customer let us improve and come back again to show we improved. " No gentleman, i won't let you steal from me again.

The hotel staff were amazing and the property condition was great. But be aware this hotel is in the heart of soho so is quite noisy on the lower floors. However the upper floors are more comfortable and as long as you’re prepared for the level of noise from being in party central of Hong Long you’ll have a great time. the location of the hotel is very good. with 5-8 min walk to the metro. The resto options in the area is really good. Access to the mall is 10 min walk. Lan Kwait Fong generally is "hilly" so the walks can be tiring at times. the hotel service is top notch. They were very helpful and friendly at all times. Everything works with this hotel. Perfect value for the price.

Buon Hotel con un'ottima posizione in Central, non offre colazione ma non ci sono problemi a trovare numerosissime alternative a pochi passi. Può dar fastidio il rumore dei locali notturni che si udivano anche al piano 26,un locale in particolare mi chiedo come gli sia permesso tenere il volume della musica così alto (e lo dico da frequentatore abituale di concerti di elettronica), ma siamo in LKF era da mettere in conto. L'hotel cerca di ovviare al problema offrendo tappi per orecchie, cosa apprezzata ma consiglio di portare i propri. Personale della reception molto cortese e simpatico, una pecca gli ascensori che se presi al mattino quando probabilmente stanno pulendo le camere portano a lunghe attese

Stayed here for 3 days. Staff is friendly. Location was convenient. Walking distance for dining, shops, and public transportation to where you need to go to. At night this area is very lively. We stayed on the 20th floor and you can faintly still hear the outside festivities going on. Didn’t bother us much cause at the end of our day we were to tired from our day going about the city. There are 2 rooms per floor and the room sizes is descent for 2 people. We rented 4 rooms for our family during our stay and had no issues. I would go back when visiting Hong Kong again.

Location at center of Lan Kwai Fong was great. Restaurants and Bars abound. Walk up the road on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights though as D’Aguilar street where the hotel is at is closed to vehicles. We arrived on Thurs night and left Monday, so that was not a problem. No bell service. Daily cleaning service. Daily bottled water. Pocket wifi provided and that was convenient when out of the hotel. Hotel has no restaurant. Room is clean and well appointed. Although small, well thought of so does not feel cramp.

I picked this hotel for its location and the look of the rooms. I did arrive earlier than 3pm and since it was possible to check in earlier I took it. I got a room for handicapped ♿️ which I would be ok but there was literally no space on this room besides the bed. Extremely ridiculous small room. I complained about this and not a single gesture was made. There is no water on the room so either tab water or take a floor lift to get water ( guys make an effort and place some jar with water ). Bed was okayish and room was cleaned. But the noise? Unbearable. I only slept 2h due to all the bars and people on the street and I was placed on the 9th floor... For the value paid I felt robbed. There is no breakfast, no coffee, no water, 10m2 room... staff irresponsive to my complain. No. I wont come back. No need to get one of those typical google reviews " dear customer let us improve and come back again to show we improved. " No gentleman, i won't let you steal from me again.
