5 star hotel but the hotel itself is not spacious. For the price of 320-470$ usd per night, I found the hotel to be lacking in its amenities. Nice pool and small weight room. The place seemed like a private luxury condo. The Chinese restaurant was pricey. You could just go to central embassy for 1/100th of the price. Would I stay here again? No considering the rate is not worth what is offered. Breakfast and service was excellent however.

The Rosewood Bangkok was exceptional. We had a great stay from arrival and check in to our departure the service and experience were top-notch. We enjoyed the breakfast, the pool and gym as well as the concierge. The Rosewood is in a great location for relaxing and easy to get around on the BTS. Beautiful property very conveniently located to take the BRT and to walk to many malls /restaurants. We are Expedia Platinum and did get early check in and a room upgrade. However we were given a room next to a service area so heard noises from staff at odd times and carpet in hall seemed to have a musty smell as off the carpet got wet and didn’t dry properly. Biggest complaint is that we were supposed to receive a free breakfast daily because of our VIP status but were told their “contract” with Expedia did not include this. For an Expedia customer we would never have know this and may have made a different room choice. They did give us a complimentary breakfast for the first morning. Again hotel was beautiful, staff friendly and an excellent location to take the train and above ground walkways. We stayed there 6 nights and think we should have been given a better room location and the complimentary breakfast should have been honored.

Staff are very attentive and friendly. Location is perfect , connects to sky train and Central Embassy is next door, 5-10 mins walk to Central World. Cleanliness in the room is the only issue we had, some of the towels are kind of old and there are some stains in the shower stall. If they can provide some fruits in the room daily will be nice.

Rosewood Bangkok was very likable on my previous visit. A few changes are now noted, some I like, some not so much. Breakfast is an improvement that is now more enjoyable. Amenities are not as good. I know it is good for the environment to provide shampoo and shower gel in large bottles but I seriously doubt if it should be how it works in a 5-star hotel. The pump is not good anyway which makes me hate the large bottles more. Most disappointing of all is the comb. Rosewood used to provide very good "disposable" hair brush that I actually took home and is still in use. This time it was the first thing I look for when I arrived. The new comb is nothing but garbage. Then creamer. It is no longer supplied with Nespresso capsule. House keeping remains a weakness. This is not the Rosewood I liked.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. Staff at the concierge were really helpful. We had a wonderful experience at the Sense Spa trying the Chong massage. However, the midnight traffic was noisy. The lighting in the elevator is abit dim. Can hardly see the floor numbers on the buttom. The hotel room and corridor are very cold.

We had the most wonderful 2 night stay at the Rosewood Bangkok. Everyone was so cheerful, kind and helpful! Special thanks to housekeeping who worked diligently to clean the coffee stain from my white linen outfit. We had a wonderful conversation with Ms. Punch at breakfast, who gave us great advice on where to visit, and the porters and bell staff were absolutely fabulous helping us find a taxi during the height of rush hour traffic to make our dinner reservation. The concierge team was excellent and so kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The service of the hotel was excellent. We were given iced cold bottle of mineral water upon check in. Left my pair of spectacles on the table and when I came back in the evening, I found a piece of specs cloth next to it for me to clean my lenses. The small gesture tells us how attentive the housekeeping staff is. We love the breakfast at the hotel too. A very good selection and varieties.

The made billing errors which they said they would respond to and then never did. Check-in was painfully slow with the same information being repeated by multiple staff as though they all were following a disjointed script and not listening to the guest. Critically they also then left information out so we got the worst of all worlds on the check-in but the billing left a sour feeling.

Need improvements in some areas. Front desk staff didn’t communicate well on checkout arrangements. Hose keeping staff did not understand what I need at times. Door bell didn’t work. Water temperature in shower room not stable, etc. No major issues but small issues here and there.

Loved the room. Super lux and fancy with the view of the city. Service was stellar as the staff on call (via WA) was quick to meet out requests. Housekeeping was prompt and I think they cleaned up the room twice a day. Love the thoughtfulness and little surprises they left in the room (or sweets, handwritten notes and glass cleaners). Have stayed in various 5* hotels but the service here takes the cake

Fantastic hotel, the staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful, this is five stars hotel, the only downside is the transportation, difficult to be in time for dinners or out hotel reservations, take long time to get the transport and then the heavy traffic of Bangkok is additional matter. 1. The teacups in the room were stained, which was unexpected for a Hifi 5-star hotel. However, they promptly replaced them after I reported the issue. 2. Personally, I found the breakfast buffet lacking in taste despite its focus on presentation. 3.
